It's better you do few routine blood tests .It will rule out any infection or not. Also carry digital thermometer which will let you know whether it's actual fever or not. Good Day.

Avoid spicy and oily foods drink carrot /beet home made juice / vegetable soup twice a day apply calandula n aloe vera cream 3 times a day report after 7 days stay healthy - naturally.

Use a homemade remedy in addition to your store-bought dandruff shampoo. Natural products such as baking soda can help you achieve an itch-free scalp. Part long hair into sections and sprinkle a handful of baking soda in different places along your scalp. Rub vigorously for a couple minutes and rinse with cool water.

hii.. abdominal infections usually does not cause any pain in testis. but any urinary tract infection or a stone in kidney or ureter may cause a radiating pain in the testicle . sonography may not reveal a pathology . it could be a mild infection. use supporter that is available at any sports shop n avoid bicycle and motorcycle.

Decrease activities that increase patellofemoral pressure (eg, jumping, squatting). Cryotherapy: apply ice for 20-30 minutes, 4-6 times per day, especially after activity. An elastic knee support that has a central opening cut out for the kneecap sometimes helps. A physical therapist can recommend exercises to strengthen the muscles. Exercises can also be used to stretch and balance the thigh muscles. In some cases surgery may be indicated.

Hi, maintain a good healthy diet during pregnancy and be happy! management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines which are very safe to take even during pregnancy and post-delivery - schwabe's alfalfa tonic and arnica 30 - both twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 1 month.

Hi lybrate-user thanks for asking your query need more information from your side 1) avoid fatty, sugary, salty n maida products 2) do regular brisk walking (45 min), start running +jogging 3) eat your food slowly. Don't finish your meals too fast 4) avoid cold water, ice cream, chocolate 5) eat freshly home made food only. Don't eat leftover refrigerator food 6) do 10 suryanamskar n try to increase d number 7) don't eat n sleep late night 8) gandharva haritaki churna 1 tsp+ 1 glass of warm water drink @night 9) avoid aerated drinks n alcohol. Strat buttermilk, nimbupani. 10) hv some nuts in your pocket for munching when your in outdoor thanku.

Have a diet with rich protein go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Yes coke is harmful to the body as it contains too much of sugar. If you want health and fat loss you to stop drinking that coke completely. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day. Take fiber rich diet like vegetables and fruits Avoid: Do not eat sugar sweets chocolates ice cream cold drinks sweet biscuits jam cake white bread cheese butter noodles milk and milk product.
