Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

1.Sulphur may help you grow new hair take Garlic. 2.Keep scalp clean 3.Do dry massage of scalp for 10 mts 4.Apply coconut oil to the scalp at night and wash in the morning 5.Treat dandruff with ketoconazole shampoo twice a week 6.If no dandruff use vatika shampoo 7.Take good healthy nutritious diet including fruits and vegetables- Eggs, Cheese ,Cauliflower ,Whole Grain atta, berries, mushrooms, banana, carrot (good source of biotin vit B7) 8.Curry leaves extract (boiling in water and taking that water) 9.Do not apply any gel/lotion /any other chemical on scalp 10.Get thyroid t3 t4 tsh tested for medicine contact on private consultation.

Hello- Females are afraid of vaginal sex due to mis concepts of extreme pain. Talk to her and aware about the real facts of sex. Don't go for vaginal insertion straight away, practice foreplay, start with kissing , rubbing and even caressing her, you can also perform oral sex to make her comfortable. Insert finger at start when she is hot, always use artificial lubrication for insertion and when she is ready go for vaginal sex. It is not necessary that these steps should be taken in one sexual session , you have all the time in the world so take it slow. Some people also drink alcohol , to minimize pain and enhance sexual urge during first sex, it really helps.

Intermittent treatment invariably leads to poor outcomes. Do we extinguish fire stub in our house at the beginning or after the entire house is on fire and run for a fire engine? even if the fire engine arrives and extinguishes the fire. What remains is burnt out house. Similarly. Acting early and aggressively is important in arthritis. If we wait up for inflammation and swelling to occur and cause pain. Not only the inflammation leads to silent destruction of the joints and irreparable damages. But also we will require higher doses of medicines. Regular intake of medications and maintenance of minimum possible blood levels of these medicines to avoid inflammation is the key. All the best. Remember. Time * inflammation = damage. Acting early and aggressively avoiding/minimizing inflammation is the key.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.

Take good amount of milk and milk products. Drink plenty of water. Take proper sleep. Avoid fried and spicy food items. Apply the paste of curd, turmeric n white chandan in the night. For more suggestions you may consult me again.

knee pain in teenage girls can be due to softening of the patellar lining. but if she has night pain then its wise to get it checked by an ortho surgeon to rule out other serious conditions like tumors which can occur in teens.

Do Suryanamaskar daily for height gain. To increase weight follow a good diet. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

I'm 21 year old guy. Doctor suggest me metadec 25 mg for my weakness. Now I have increased it capacity to metadec 50 mg. Bit I don't feel any change in myself. I still feel weak. Should I go for metadec 100 mg? Please suggest. I'm very depressed due to my physical weakness.

Meta derc is a steroid and excess use is not good for a normal person. Metadec Injection is used for Osteoporosis, Catabolic States, Kidney Failure, Anemia, Breast Cancer and other conditions. Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Use vichy or body shop night cream most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

1) Use Natural oils such as coconut, almond etc. to massage gently the scalp for countering hair fall. 2) Have more proteins and trace minerals in diet. 3) Start taking Ayurvedic hair nutrition supplement. 4) Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. 5) Get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated. 6) Milk with 2 spoon cow ghee on empty stomach 7) Avoid hard water to wash your hairs.

Hello, * U better know the basic reason of your obesity, first regulate your die tic habits.. * Avoid, junk food, non-veg,irritant,fried food. * Take, plenty of wter. * split your digestive meal into 4/5 part to consume in small intervals, instead of taking a heavy meal once a day. * keep marie biscuits in your bag to consume 4 pcs, 2 hourly with 100 ml of water. . * Homoeo-care** @ calcarea carb 30-/ 6 pills ,thrice a day. @ Fucus Vas Q- 10 drops with1/4 cup of luke warm water, thrice a day. From 1 - 2 week I am finding myself unhappy, I don 't have any reason for that, everything is fine in my life as earlier but from few days my over thinking has become a threat for me, I am a student, I am unable to focus on my studies. I am really feeling somehow depressed, I can't find any reason for this, I am unable to live my life as earlier, every time I feel sad and want to cry without any reason. I think I am fed up of my daily schedule. Please tell me how can I get back myself.

At your age this claim is serious. If you have depression then there are some major ramifications to take into account. I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved. As regards the concentration you are sure to have hormonal imbalances which may impact your memory because of the chemical but also the distractions that come with it; together with depression I can imagine your problems. But you may work on the following even if the hormones kick in: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling.
