Get thyroid profile done get back here with details of your periods if low or delayed, get them corrected get ultrasound abdomen done. There can be other reasons till your reports are ready, take minimum salt and sugar take more of vitamin C through lemons and oranges and other citrus fruits take apple cider vinegar etc simple exercises are walks baby must be keeping you on toes take adequate rest while you are dieting like others, means not starving but eating healthy take lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits drink lots of water get back here with reports for more guidance shedding few kgs is more difficult than going for a strict diet and exercise regime with a baby to look after, it's better that you eat normal food with minimum fats and carbs but more of simple proteins like toned milk and curds.

My age is 25 & I sleep for almost 6-7 hors daily. After 1hour of waking up still I don't feel fresh, generated and rather I feel slwwpy amd tired and I sweat alot.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Check ur blood sugar,thyroid and lipid profile...walk daily in the morning...take high protein in diet..take food having high fibre.lots of fruits..lots of green veggies..plenty of water.take supplements of zinc and folic acid..

Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, to maintain a good nutritional status and to maintain ideal body weight. You can make your body fit by proper diet and exercise as well. To build your stamina, don’t just rely on physical activity, you also need to watch what you eat. Include a well-balanced diet by adding low-fat products, plenty of fruits and vegetables 1. Just do Warm up for ten to fifteen minutes of easy running. 2. For mental tiredness - do meditation and yoga 3. Mix it up. Run for two minutes at high intensity and then jog slowly for two-minutes, thirty-seconds. Run at top speed for 30 seconds and then jog for 45 seconds. Mix up your intervals at random. 4.Cool down for fifteen to twenty-five minutes. 5. All types of outdoor sports are best to overcome fatigue and boost your stamina level; this is because it is a form of aerobic exercise. Sports like football, basketball and all other sprinting games will help strengthen your heart 6. Include cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, jumping etc. DIET TO INCREASE STAMINA- Peanut butter is also excellent for building stamina. It is high in calories and digests slowly. Consume peanut butter in combination with complex carbs. Lean meat, fish, chicken and eggs (IF YOU ARE NON- VEGETARIAN" Rich in protein, these foods are important for growth and development, muscle building and repair. -Be sure to eat breakfast -Eating fruits can provide you with immediate energy.-Avoid simple, processed sugars.-Incorporate foods that are rich in omega-3 into your diet.-Mineral dense foods can increase stamina - take green tea these above ways will help you boost stamina.
