Hair loss and increase in fat might be due to lack of protein in diet. Have more of milk, eggs, chicken, dals and beans in diet. 6-8 hours of sleep is necessary.

Hye, Wajan genetics aur apne kane peene ke uper bahut depend karta hai. Wajan kam hona poshtikta ki kami ka asar hota hai. Aap theek see waqt waqt pe khaye. Ek waqt pe poshtik khana khaye. Thoda Thoda samay samay pe khana le. Din mein 6 se 7 baar acche se pet bhar khaye. Bahar ki khane ki cheze kam le. Inse sirf charbi badhegi maas nahi. Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal doodh shengdaana khajoor lassi batata le. Chai coffee soda kam le, isse poshtikta nahi milti balke pet jaldi bhar jaata hai. Sahi samay pe Sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan acche se badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 3 din zaroor kare. Wyaayam se maas aur wajan badhega aur bhook bhi lagegi. Sirf 2 ya 3 baar khane se kamjori hogi. Meetha khaana ho tho ghar pe banaaya kheer sheera lassi basundi le. Sirf dawa ya protein powder ya tonic lene se wajan nahi badhega. Uske liye acche se khaana aur Wyaayam bahut zaroori hai. Nahi tho powder ka bhi asar nahi hota. Apne aap ko waqt de, wajan badhne mein waqt lag sakta hai.

If you are under some stress, there will be difficulty remembering. So if you handled stress better, you will certainly improve. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is rested well to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. So, catch a good 8 hours of sleep every night. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, do yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out, if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. You may also meet with a counselor to take care of the stress related emotions, and then you will fare better too.

Dear lybrate user, red eyes could be because of many reasons but commonly it is due to allergy or infection. You need to visit eye specialist to differentiate between the two as the treatment is different. Also get your eyes checked for any glass power.

Hello, The broad frame structure is something which cannot be changed. Heavy weight is no big deal and because you realise the fact that you need to lose weight ,it is quite achievable. Start doing some sort of exercises on a regular basis like swimming,powerwalks ,gyming,cycling etc. A sensible diet with regular exercise will make you healthy and also ensure desirable weight loss. Eat homecooked meals and encourage eating fresh fruits and vegetables with 2 to 3 servings of pulses and legumes. Concentrate on overall fat loss,rather relying on spot reductions(as they dont exist).

I realized that from 6 month my sex desire is not like that earlier like I am feeling not excited or there is no any feeling with sex, 2 month back I engaged with my gf for the first time in my life. My sex was less then 1 minute if I say it was for only 30 to 40 second after few days I again try but again same problem I thought may be because I am new or due to nervousness, there for I tried again after few days but again same result every time I also feel that my penis is not tight as it has to be, one day I tried with Viagra 50 mg this time I stand for 3 to 4 minutes and penis was also tight with good erection I do not know how this problem came with me because I realised this problem from 6 to 7 month before that when ever I did masturbations I had good erection and no issue with penis. Hello- While lack of libido is sometimes related to hormonal imbalances, it's important to understand the other factors which can lower libido and contribute to erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Two of the most common sexual dysfunctions that affect a large percentage of men are Premature Ejaculation (PE) and Erectile Dysfunction (ED). When it gets added by lack of libido the situation get more complicated. Due to reduced or hampered blood flow (critical to achieve a penetrable erection) to the genital areas is one of the main reason for premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction, the logic of 'one reason one problem' gets applied. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise like walking at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Dear patient, 1.calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. 2. Leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. 3. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. 4.Butter, margarine should be taken. 5.Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body. 6.Try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. 7.you should eat more food at each meal. 8. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts.
