Firstly leave eating antibiotics for your constipation, buy divya chooran from patanjali and eat 1 tea spoon full at night before sleeping with lukewarm water regularly for 3 months although your problem will b cured in 1 day but continue it for the said time, after getting fresh in morning eat 5 gram triphla chooran and this too for 3 months. Your problem will b cured it's a guarantee. Avoid sugar, sweets, maida, bakery products, over spicy, refined oil, late night dinner, eat food sitting in sukhasana, eat more fibre feel free to consult for a diet plan.

Generally citrus fruits have a low pH, meaning they are acidic. Citrus and other acidic foods may contribute to symptoms in those with upper gastrointestinal issues like an ulcer or reflux.

I am suffering from lungs allergy from 4 years what is the best treatment for it.

Best treatment is to identify the cause of it and remove it. Otherwise inhalers can be of help. Regular good exercise can decrease allergy

TB interferon QU is >10. Positive Tuberculosis Interferon. To kya aap mujhe bta skte h ki mujhe TB h? Or agr h toh kuch jyda serious toh nhi h?

MD - Pulmonary Medicine, DAA (Allergy)
Pulmonologist, Mangalore
Hi Lybrate-user, TB quantiferon positivity does not necessarily mean you have Tuberculosis disease. It can be sign of something called latent infection where you will be positive for TB screening tests like quantiferon and mantoux but not necessarily have the disease. Whether you have TB or not depends on if you have symptoms of TB like fever, cough, loss of weight, loss of appetite, night sweats. Chest radiograph and sputum testing are required to confirm the same.
