Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

I give the observations of lumbosacral spine mri with the request to advice me in the matter. End plate fatty marrow changes are seen at inferior endplace of l5 and superior end plate of s1 vertebra. Diffuse disk bulge pre dominently lateralised to right side is seen at l5-s1 level causing narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses, compression over bilateral traversing and left existing nerve roots. Ligamentatum flavum hypertrope, bilateral interfacet joint hypertropexy and diffuse disk bulge is seen at level l4-5 causing indentation over interior tsecalsac, plumping and crowding of nerve fibres of cauda equina, narrowing of bilateral neural foramina, compression over bilateral exiting and traversing nerve roots. Bilateral interfacet joint hypertrophy and diffuse disk bulge is seen at l 3-4 level causing indentation over interior thecal sac, clumping and crowding of nerve fibres of cauda equina, narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses and compression over bilateral traversing nerve roots. I shall thank you if you could go throw the findings of the mri and would physio/medicines help. I am aged 57 and in a sitting job in a bank from 9.00 to 7.00 pm. How much rest can be helpful as I am suffering from acute pain in my lower back and unable to sit as I feel pain in the tail also, thanks and regards

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Dear, follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. *• Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water.

Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2.Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3.Donot skip breakfast. 4.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 5.Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be active. 6.Make sure you get enough sleep – it's an essential part of being healthy.While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair.

Dear hello, you have not mentioned the duration of your complaints, any way. Pain in joints is very common in your age of population. This is the beginning of what is called osteoarthritis caused by drying of the joint fluid. It is good that your weight is not much. Maintain this and observe some discipline like. Sleep on a firm mattress, use thin pillow, use commode, don't squat and avoid stairs. Go for a morning walk for 45-60 minutes, do genrel exercises/yoga etc. Take any pain killer like ultracet semi sos i. E. Only when you have intolerable pain. Take calcium, vit. D3 and glucosamine for 3 to 6 months. I am sure you will settle. Take care.

Back problems could be bacause of a lot of reasons, bad posture, muscle weakness, heavy weight lifting, trauma or accident. You should go to an orthopaedic surgeon and ascertain the cause first. If medicines are not giving you any relief may be you have weak back muscles for which you should learn some exercises and do them daily. Visit a physiotherapist and get your back assessed. Also maintain a good posture. Avoid sitting for a long time, take small breaks, get up and walk, do exercises for back, avoid heavy weight lifting.

Neem ke patte will not harm you but I have doubts if it will do you any good either. First consult a nephrologist for kidney stone. Perhaps a lithotripsy will be recommended. Whatever is suggested treatment go through it. Then come to me. I will give you help in improving your bodily health.

At 51, probably your mother is having hormonal changes due to menopause, that means periods stop suddenly or start getting less with time to stop altogether. Bones become brittle due to less calcium, heart is prone to attacks, slight weight gain is noticed & mood changes is part of menopausal syndrome which is a combination of all of the above/ one of above and for lucky woman none of the above. If nerve disorder is a physical problem, do consult a neurologist but if she complains about aches here and there, she needs counselling. It is also due to empty nest - means children are grown up and are occupied in their own lives, the group of women affected person interacts with have same problems to share. Remember you want her to live 90 +, this is middle age for her! keep her occupied according to her capacity to work and the talents she has. Give her calcium tablets like shelcal / 1 per day plus toned milk and curds, lemon juice for vitamin c, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, no oily and heavy foods, simple exercise like long walks, keep blood pressure and sugar under control, no sleeping or anti anxiety pills. Do get back and tell us about her progress.
