Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face.

My wife has pain in right side breast ,she also feeding my 18 month old child, there is no smell in his breast milk ,shall it might due to milk blockage or some other reason.

MS - General Surgery
General Surgeon, Kanpur
She may need an ultrasound of breast to be done, she may stop feeding, if she has started menstruations then this pain may be physiological, so may take some pain killer and use comfortable breast support.

I have a oily skin,, I wake up with 2-3 pimples on/around my nose most mornings. My question is, is there anything I can do about the amount of puss in the pores of my nose? I could sit around for hours, just squeezing my nose, and getting the white pimple like puss to squirt out. Sometimes I actually do this and it will help for a week or so, then my pores just fill back up again. I'm not a big fan of doing this though, as it really makes my nose sore from all the squeezing. Now because of squeezing I have got dark spots on my nose, is there any medicine to reduce black spots. Anyone have any suggestions, or is this just something I have to deal with.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

Avoiding trigger factors, practising proper skin care and following prescribed long-term medication can help successfully manage rosacea. Rosacea is characterized by flare-ups and remissions. Oral and topical medications may be prescribed to reduce facial redness and to treat the boils and pimples. Antibiotics help treat rosacea by anti-inflammatory action and inhibiting cathelicidin production. To reduce extensive redness and to remove visible blood vessels laser treatments may be used. Once the condition improves topical medications may be used to maintain remission.
