You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, fried foods, processed food and junk food. A * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase.

1.Take crocin 500mg one tablet sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2.Apply volini gel twice daily 3.Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest If you have recurrent attack of neck pain a)Take X ray cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b)Sometimes It could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) Do physio therapy and neck exercise d)Consult me for further advice

If the hair recession has only just begun, then there may be a few things you can do to not only stop the hair loss, but even reverse it. Step 1: Find the Cause of Your Hair Loss As there are a few different causes of early stage, it’s first vital that you discover the exact cause so you can treat the loss accordingly. This may be difficult – especially if you believe that a number of factors have played a role.  Step 2: Use Natural Methods to Stop the Hair Loss While hair regrowth is your ultimate goal, you’ll first need to put an end to the progressing loss. This will involve the use of a few different natural methods; let’s take a look! Cleanse and Rejuvenate the Scalp Whether due to DHT sensitivity, traction, or stress, it never hurts to cleanse your scalp and provide it with the nutrients it needs for a healthy environment. Stimulate the Hair Follicles A main factor of hair loss is hair miniaturization. This commonly occurs in MPB, but can also take place due to trauma or other hair loss causes. To treat the miniaturization, then, stimulation of the hair follicles is a must. The easiest way to stimulate the follicles is through scalp massage. This will increase blood flow to the scalp, which delivers necessary oxygen and nutrients while also removing harmful waste. However, a deeper and more effective option is available. Microneedling is a treatment method that involves the use of tiny needles. These needles are rolled over the scalp (with the help of a dermaroller), and cause superficial wounds. As the wounds heal, they go through a three step process (inflammation, proliferation, and maturation) that can actually stimulate hair growth at FIVE times the normal rate! As discussed previously, DHT sensitivity is the culprit in MPB. With this in mind, you can treat the source of MPB by reducing the DHT that’s produced, and removing it from your scalp. The salicylic acid shampoo above will provide you with a great start, but that’s only the beginning. To really get to the source, you’ll need to stop 5-alpha-reductase and DHT in their tracks. An effective way to do this is to alter your diet. There are a few ways to go about doing this. Initially, you can start by adding in foods that inhibit 5-alpha-reductase and DHT. This will help to lower levels of DHT within the body, and can lead to less hair loss. However, if you’d like to trigger regrowth, you’ll need to incorporate alkaline foods.

Masturbation is physiological it means it is a normal phenomenon it does not cause any problems it does not have any side effects it does not interfere with your general health it does not interfere with your sex life there is no need to stop it and there is no need to worry about this

Hi While sitting on chair use proper foot rest.Learn specific exercise from skilled physiotherapist. Meanwhile take few precautions. Take hot water fomentation or if there is swealing in knee apply cold pack for 20 min. at every 3hrs. interval.
