Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following general guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. ज्यादा समय तक एक ही जगह बैठे रहने, अनियमित दिनचर्या का हमारी हेल्थ पर काफी बुरा असर पड़ता है। पर ऐसी गलत रूटीन का सबसे पहले और सबसे ज्यादा दुष्प्रभाव पड़ता है हमारे पेट पर। शुरुआती समय में तो हम आलस की चपेट में आते हैं। और हमें ये आदतें बहुत भाती हैं, पर धीरे-धीरे इन आदतों का असर हमारे शरीर और उसपर भी सबसे पहले पेट पर नजर आने लगता है, पूरी शरीर भारी लगने लगती है। कुछ समय बाद काम करना तो दूर उठना-बैठना मुहाल हो जाता है। और अंत में ऐसी स्थिति होती है कि हम चाहें भी खुद के मोटापे पर काबू पाने की तो भी हमारा शरीर जबाब दे जाता है। और हाँ मोटापा सिर्फ दिखने में ही भद्दा नही लगता बल्कि यह अपने साथ तरह-तरह की बीमारियां भी लाता है।
भारत में मोटे लोगों की तादाद तेजी से बढ़ रही है। आज करीब 4 करोड़ 10 लाख ऐसे लोग भारत में मौजूद हैं, जिनका वजन सामान्य से कहीं ज्यादा है। अधिकांश लोग शुरुआत में मोटापा बढ़ने पर ध्यान नहीं देते हैं, लेकिन जब मोटापा बहुत अधिक बढ़ जाता है तो उसे घटाने के लिए घंटों पसीना बहाते रहते हैं। और शरीर के बाकी हिस्सों की चर्बी कम हो भी जाती है पर पेट की चर्बी पर काबू पाना बहुत मुश्किल हो जाता है।

पेट बढ़ने की वजह 
मेटाबॉलिज्म के स्लो डाउन होने की सबसे बड़ी वजह होती है आप खाना तो पूरा खा रहे हैं, लेकिन वर्कआउट नहीं कर रहे हैं, इसके अलावा हमारी 8 घंटे नींद का पूरा ना होना भी पेट का फैट बढ़ाता है। रात की नींद अगर पूरी नहीं होगी तो आपका खाना डाइजेस्ट नहीं होगा तो आप का मेटाबॉलिज्म धीरे-धीरे स्लो होता जाएगा।

मोटापा घटाने के लिए खान-पान में सुधार जरूरी है। कुछ प्राकृतिक चीजें और कुछ आदतें ऐसी हैं, जिन्हें अपनाने से बेडौल पेट को सुडौल बनाया जा सकता है और जो अभी फिट हैं वे इन नुस्खों की मदद से अपनी मेंटेनेंस को बरकरार रख सकते हैं।

1. खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी नहीं 
सबसे पहले तो ध्यान रखने वाली बात यह है कि खाना खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी न पीयें, बल्कि खाने के एक से डेढ़ घंटे के अंतराल पर पानी पीयें।
2. कार्बोहाइड्रेट से बचें
ज्यादा कार्बोहाइड्रेट वाली वस्तुओं से परहेज करें। शक्कर, आलू और चावल में अधिक कार्बोहाइड्रेट होता है। ये चर्बी बढ़ाते हैं।
3. मिश्रित आटा
केवल गेहूं के आटे की रोटी की बजाए गेहूं, सोयाबीन और चने के मिश्रित आटे की रोटी ज्यादा फायदेमंद है।
4. पत्ता गोभी
रोज पत्तागोभी का जूस पिएं। पत्तागोभी में चर्बी घटाने के गुण होते हैं। इससे शरीर का मेटाबॉलिज्म सही रहता है।
5. पपीता 
पपीता नियमित रूप से खाएं। यह हर सीजन में मिल जाता है। लंबे समय तक पपीता के सेवन से कमर की अतिरिक्त चर्बी कम होती है।
6. दही 
दही का सेवन करने से शरीर की फालतू चर्बी घट जाती है। छाछ का भी सेवन दिन में दो-तीन बार करें।
7. मिर्च
मोटापा कम नहीं हो रहा हो तो खाने में कटी हुई हरी मिर्च या काली मिर्च को शामिल करके बढ़ते वजन पर काबू पाया जा सकता है। एक रिसर्च में पाया गया कि वजन कम करने का सबसे बेहतरीन तरीका मिर्च खाना है। मिर्च में पाए जाने वाले तत्व कैप्साइसिन से भूख कम होती है। इससे ऊर्जा की खपत भी बढ़ जाती है, जिससे वजन कंट्रोल में रहता है।
8. अजवाइन
अपनी डाइट में अजवाइन की पत्तियों को शामिल कर लीजिए। अजवाइन की पत्ती के सेवन से पेट की चर्बी कम होती है। बेहद कम कैलोरी, फाइबर युक्त, कैल्शियम और विटामिन सी का प्रमुख माध्यम होने की वजह से ये बेली फैट कम करने में एक असरकारक चीज है। खाने के पहले अजवाइन का पानी पीने से पाचन तंत्र सही रहता है
9. पुदीना
एक चम्मच पुदीना रस को 2 चम्मच शहद में मिलाकर लेते रहने से मोटापा कम होता है।
10. सब्जी और फल 
सब्जियों और फलों में कैलोरी कम होती है, इसलिए इनका सेवन अधिक मात्रा में करें। केला और चीकू न खाएं। इनसे मोटापा बढ़ता है। पुदीने की चाय बनाकर पीने से मोटापा कम होता है।
11. सलाद 
खाने के साथ टमाटर और प्याज का सलाद काली मिर्च व नमक डालकर खाएं। इनसे शरीर को विटामिन सी, विटामिन ए, विटामिन के, आयरन, पोटैशियम, लाइकोपीन और ल्यूटिन मिलेेगा। इन्हें खाने के बाद खाने से पेट जल्दी भर जाएगा और वजन नियंत्रित हो जाएगा।
12. अनानास
अनानास में ब्रोमीलेन नामक एंजाइम पाया जाता है। ये तत्व पेट को फ्लैट करने में मददगार
13. साइक्लिंग
पेट की चर्बी कम करने के लिए साइक्लिंग करना फायदेमंद है।  टहलना सेहत के लिए फायदेमंद है। 
14. सीढ़ी
लिफ्ट की जगह सीढ़ियों का प्रयोग करें।

It is an absolute myth that you need a hair trim every month in order to grow your hair properly. Trimming your hair has no effect of the length of the hair. What trimming on a regular basis can do is that trimming on a regular basis can help in preventing various scalp complications from occurring. If the length of the hair remains very long, it becomes even more prone to dandruff and lice infestations.

Rather, here are a few cures for all hair types. Following these simple home remedies will cause your strands to retain their original texture and length:

  1. If you have long hair, then it is very important that you follow a proper hair care regimen; else it can lead to dandruff. It may also cause the hair to become frizzy and dull as the hair does not receive proper nutrition due to its length.
  2. Trimming your hair once in a month helps in keeping the hair length at manageable levels, so that the hair ends are properly nourished.
  3. You can apply hair oils such as coconut or olive oil that helps in nourishing the hair and adding volume.
  4. If you have oily hair, then you might be prone to dandruff like conditions.
  5. In order to prevent this condition, apply lemon juice or vinegar to your scalp as it helps in balancing the pH levels of the scalp and thus prevents dandruff. If you add honey to the mix, then it acts as a wonderful conditioner.
  6. In case of dry hair, you can apply conditioner on a regular basis to avoid dullness. Apply hair oils on a regular basis to add nourishment to the hair.
  7. Also diet plays an important role in determining the health of the hair. Eat foods which are rich in B vitamins as they contribute to healthier hair.

The hair follicles determine how fast your hair grows; so trimming your hair plays no role in the process. Also, a healthy diet and habits such as washing your hair regularly with suitable hair care products are very easy ways to achieving great hair health.

I had to move to a different city for studying in a college. I'm a single child and my parents are very over protective about me. Thats why my mother decided to come with me and stay together in a rented house. My mom is a house wife and dad has his business back home. Although dad keeps vising for a good 10-15 dats every month, yet mom has to stay alone in d house d rest of d days when dad isnt around. Every time dad leaves, my mom kees crying the entire day and stays very irritated. She creates a scene and scolds me over trivial reasons. She loves me a lot and doesnt let me do anything on my own. She doesnt even let me go to college and come home alone.She drops me and picks me up as well. She is skeptical about me going anywhere outside college campus with my friends. Although i avoid going out with friends but on some days i have to go out in order to participate in extra curricular activities of college. On such days, my mother would be very concerned and would worry a lot. My mother has diabetes,high blood pressure etc and if she takes tension it adversely affects her health. Sumtimes she drops me to college and den i go out of college meet friends and den come back to college. I dont like the way she tries to control my life. From what i eat to what i ear and everything else she controls me.I hv told her that i can stay in a hostel but she says she cant live without me and also that i cant take care if myself. When dad is away she keeps calling dad all the time which makes dad feel guilty as well. We tell her something as to how she can keep herself busy with books or exercise or some creative classes. We tell her that she needs to give me some space and that i'm not a 10 year old anymore. But when we say all this, she cries or gets angry and her blood pressure gets high etc. She has sacrificed a lot for the family but she needs to understand that each one us are also individuals and we all need to have a life of our own. I feel like running away somewhere or just dying. Right now each one of us is frustrated. What do i do?

You all need family therapy. Your mom?s mothering is smothering, isn?t it? She is refusing to cut the apron strings even now! I like that she loves you so much but it should not stifle your growth and independence. All people, and particularly children seek Permission and Protection to grow, develop, and become independent. It is not the equal use of both but a discrete use of one over the other for the singular purpose of growing up and away of the dependent person. You must talk to the college counselor and get him/her to intervene. But the greatest proof would be for her to see that you are a responsible person by the way you conduct your life and studies. Now I know it could turn out to be ?a chicken or the egg? situation, where you may feel justified that you can?t be responsible without the provision of that kind of opportunity or permission. However, do not get into that futile argument but prove yourself to her. Then talk to dad too and get him to assure her. She obviously gets worked up over little or no reason, which is why she may have all those medical complications. Someone has to become firm and take a strong stance. It all sounds good on the surface but what she is inadvertently doing is stifling your growth and self-confidence. I do not recommend that you do sneaky things behind her back because that is no solution to over-protective parents. This whole manner will disturb your healthy development. Parents? love must ensure the healthy personality formation while they are in charge. At a certain age that is relinquished to enable independence. So you must do something either through the college (try the counselor or the principal), through dad, and of course through your responsible behavior. A professional will also help by reminding your mom to sever the umbilical cord. So it is all up to you to maneuver, in a gracious manner, this healthy outcome for your own good. Let me know how it goes. I am fully with you, and would love to be of some help. Let?s see what initiative you take. The single child status does not help at all for these reasons, particularly.
