I want to know the main difference between sex and masturbation. Sex improves mental and physical health whereas masturbation reduce those. In both sex and masturbation, the penis is getting pumped by vagina and hand respectively. Then why it is said that regular sex is good while masturbation should be controlled to greater extent.

Masturbation should be controlled and regular sex is also to be controlled according to age, physical factors, stress, fatigue etc. People spread false knowledge and people like you fall prey to those propaganda. I am 46 years male and I am facing problem that while passing urine, I didnt get satisfaction and again I have to go and pass some drops of urine just after that. This problem I m facing for last 20 yrs. Besides when I take liquidlike water /tea, I feel to go for urine within 20-30 minutes. There was nothing came in urine culture report kft or urine routine.

Dear first if you are having the problem for the last twenty years rest assured that it is not a life threatening illness. Because no serious problem can go untreated for such along period of time. Tea coffee etc are natural diuretics that is they make you produce more urine so it is quite normal in many people. Have you ever done any ultrasound of your prostate. It is unlikely that you would have prostate problem for the last twenty years but it is one 9th the options to look into regarding the dripping of urine.

For relief take over the counter medicines i.e. take tab. Sinarest sos after meal. Gargle with warm water, Use nasal spray otrivin for sneezing or running nose. drink warm water, juice,green veg., veg. Soups, lquid diets, dalia, protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, A avoid cold area, dust area, cold things .i.e. ice creams, take bed rest , feel high cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, Cold sponging in high fever . If symptoms occurs again go for tests..cbc, blood c/s. X-ray PNS, X-ray chest. After tests give me all details I give you best advise. Get well soon .

Can I drink alcohol if I am taking antidepressants? If no then tell me how should antidepressants be discontinued? How much time it take 4 leaving antidepressants.

Drinking alcohol while taking antidepressants is generally not advised because alcohol can make depression worse. It can also increase the side effects of some antidepressants, such as drowsiness, dizziness and co-ordination problems. For oily skin - Sunprotek by Salve Pharma is good. Scrubber, Cleaner and moisturiser - You can use St. Ives Scrub, Cleaner could be tea tree face wash by body shop. Moisturiser - Neutrogena oil free moisturiser.

Take rest for 2-3 days. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. It may have to be further investigated. I appreciate your concern regarding hair fall. Hair fall is usually ascribed to multiple factors like diet and nutrition, hormones, stress, acute or chronic medical conditions, drugs,cosmetic products etc. From your description, it seems you might be having Telogen Effluvium, which is hairfall secondary to stress. If I were your dermatologist/trichologist, I would like to take through history including family history, history of recent major trauma/illness/stress/medications etc and recommend some basic investigations like CBC, blood sugar, Thyroid function test. Some other special investigations like trichogram and dermoscopy and further aid in diagnosis and prognosis. I would suggest you a course of oral tablets containing biotin and other essential vitamins and minerals for minimum 3 months. Also, would put you on solution containing 5%/10% minoxidil once a day and a hair serum containing peptides for hair growth at night.(Q sera etc). I would advise use of gentle shampoo and conditioner on regular basis and use of coconut oil twice a week. Also enquire from your dermatologist about upcoming treatment options like mesotherapy and platelet-rich plasma. Avoid combing in wet hair and let them dry by wrapping in towel. Avoid blow dryers and hair-color/dyes. Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and try to de-stress your routine life.
