I have been catching cold very often in the past few months. Is there something I can do about that.
Take pranacharya jukamonil syrup 1-1 tsf twice a day with warm water. And laxmi vilas ras 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Avoid milk. Cold drinks. Take hot water steam.

There is no standard interval as such between 2 episodes of masturbation. In fact it should be done only if you are enough stimulated or whenever you have strong desire. It should not be overdone also.

U seem to be sensitive to sunlight. Wear sunglasses while going out in sun. Use sunscreen lotion whenever you go out. Drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Hope this helps u.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Hi, prevention is better than d cure. She should stop taking non-veg, tk. Simple, non-irritant, easily digestible diet on time. Tk, plenty of water to moisten her skin. She should keep affected area, clean and dry. Give, homoeo medicine: @ sulphur 30-, 6 pills, alternate morning. Revert after 5 doses tk care.

Mr. Lybrate-user, diabetes mellitus most often does not produce any symptoms, that is one of the reasons why many people do not realise that they have the disease. When fully developed it may cause excess urination, excess hunger, excess thirst, unexplained weight loss and tiredness. Depending upon the type of diabetes and severity of blood sugar level different drugs are used to treat the patients. In t1 only insulin injections are used. No other drug is useful. In t2 there are many oral anti-diabetes drugs plus insulin injections are used. Hepatitis c is a viral disease, occurs when the virus enters due to either blood transfusion (infected blood), using used needles, unprotected sex with infected person etc. Usual symptoms are fatigue, gastrointestinal upsets, joint pains, loss of appetite, jaundice, dark or yellow urine and bruising or bleeding easily. Treatment is using a number of antiviral drugs. Thanks.

Chickengunea Fever It is a viral disease which is transmitted by the bite of aedes aegypti mosquito. the symptoms are 1.Fever 2.sore throat, body ache joint pain, 3.rashes. 4. Symptoms are like dengue but not severe If you have fever since 5 days1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest 4.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen and Dengue antigen(NS1) test after consulting doctor 5. consult me for further advice 1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest 4.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen and Dengue antigen(NS1) test after consulting doctor 5. consult me for further advice

Keep in bind that high BP not only show effect on wife n also on baby. Care under obstetrician is important..wife should undergo daily/alternate day BP n fetal heart rate monitoring. Take complete bed rest ,take prescribed tablet in tablet ,have a watch of daily fetal movement of baby(around 10times in 24hrs) If u haven't done sonography with doppler,u should do it ,it will show ur baby's situation whether high BP affecting ur baby.

Lactose Intolerance -  How to Deal With It?

People suffering from lactose intolerance find it difficult to digest the lactose or sugar in milk, which results in gas, bloating or even diarrhea. An inadequacy of an enzyme called lactase, produced in the small intestine, is the root of lactose intolerance, a condition also known as lactose malabsorption.

How to deal with lactose intolerance in your child?

  1. Cutting out on dairy products does not mean you would be deprived of sufficient amount of calcium. Find alternate sources of calcium in your food apart from dairy products, for instance, spinach, rhubarb, pinto beans oranges, milk substitutes such as rice milk or soy milk, canned salmon, juices, breads and broccoli. Do give your child foods rich in vitamin D such as liver, eggs and yogurt. Asking your child to spend some time out in the sun can be a great idea in this regard, as well. Your physician will prescribe you with calcium and vitamin D supplements.
  2. Limit your child’s intake of dairy products. Opt for small servings of milk so as to reduce the chances of gastrointestinal troubles. Your child should consume milk with other foods to delay the digestive process. Try out a variety of dairy products as not all of them possess the same amount of lactose. Buy lactose free products or use lactase enzyme drops or tablets that may aid your child in digesting different dairy products.
  3. Probiotics are living organisms that exist in your intestine and help you in maintaining a healthy digestive system. Yoghurt and other supplement capsules are rich in probiotics. Hence, they can be perfect choices for your child. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a gastroenterologist.

Healthy bones are like banks, the more deposits you make, and the more withdrawals you can count on. Diet plays a major role in ensuring healthy bones. In particular, Calcium and Vitamin D need to be taken in the right amounts through life to build bone and slow down bone loss. Eating a healthy balanced diet, containing adequate calories, can help to improve your overall bone health not to mention your overall health.

The easiest way to obtain this is through the regular consumption of milk, cheese, and yogurt i.e. 3 servings each day from the milk group of foods. Teenagers and pregnant women need five servings each day.

A serving is equal to:

A glass of milk
An ounce {matchbox size} of cheese
A carton of yogurt

Tips to boost calcium intake
Dairy products are extremely versatile and can be included in the diet in many ways. Cooking does not destroy calcium, so it could not be easier to get your recommended number of servings each day. Serving suggestions include

A bowl of breakfast cereal with milk
Cheese on crackers or toasted cheese sandwich
Fruit salad with yogurt
A slice of pizza or lasagne
A fruit smoothie or milkshake
A frothy cappuccino or mug of hot chocolate
Baked potato with grated cheese

Pancakes
Skimmed milk powder added to soups/smoothies/sauces

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 4. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits, eggs, fish, meats etc. 5. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 6. Take any multivitamin tablet once daily after food for 2 weeks. 7. And meet your treating doctor to get checked whether it is improving or send your investigations to us.
