Wow, that are a lot of things you want to benefit from in one shot. I can suggest a few things for your intelligence and you can search for some others in your spare time. Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food. You may also include these noted foods that are good for your brain health: Brain-Friendly Foods MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay. But the MIND approach “specifically includes foods and nutrients that medical literature and data show to be good for the brain, such as berries,” says Martha Clare Morris, ScD, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush University Medical Center. You eat things from these 10 food groups: • Green leafy vegetables (like spinach and salad greens): At least six servings a week • Other vegetables: At least one a day • Nuts: Five servings a week • Berries: Two or more servings a week • Beans: At least three servings a week • Whole grains: Three or more servings a day • Fish: Once a week • Poultry (like chicken or turkey): Two times a week • Olive oil: Use it as your main cooking oil. • Wine: One glass a day You avoid: • Red meat: Less than four servings a week • Butter and margarine: Less than a tablespoon daily • Cheese: Less than one serving a week • Pastries and sweets: Less than five servings a week • Fried or fast food: Less than one serving a week

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. This could be due to lumbar Spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS You will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take You may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed It may have to be further investigated. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, thanks for the query. Your understanding problems are stemming from forgetfulness or memory lapses; which can be a sign of stress or anxiety. Anxiety & stress occur due to variety of reasons like improper lifestyles, addiction, mental illness like depression etc. Here I am suggesting few simple tips & tricks which you should do for next 10 days. I hope they will work for you like they have worked for many of my patients. 1. Sleep at least 7 consecutive hours at night 2. Do 30 minutes of rope skipping or brisk walking daily 3. Do at least 15 minutes of pranayama or meditation daily 4. Avoid smoking, alcohol & spicy foods at night 5. Study in this format, 30 minutes study followed by 10 minutes break in which you have to walk around or do stationary cycling. Get back to me after 10 days for next action plan. Good luck.

Dear, the height of body depends of many factors, but the main factors are: 1. Family history 2. Diet 3. Age 4. Sex 5. Lifestyle these are methods by which you can gain height. 1. You have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. 1. For adult nimesulide 200 mg twice daily + paracetamol 500 mg 4 times daily + becadexamin once daily for 7 days For older child (son) use nimesulide 100 mg and paracetamol 250 mg for 20 months old daughter use nimesulide 50 mg and paracetamol 125 mg per 5 ml and give 5 ml 2. Get CBC (complete blood count done) If TLS is less than 6000: viral if TLC >10000: bacterial If platelets below 75000: get admitted to hospital for supervision and platelet transfusion if count goes below 50,000 If platlet above 1-2 lac, repeat after some days, if goes below 1 lac, be alarmed. If joint pains are very seveare: Chikungunya If joint pains not very seveare bit headache, pain behind eyes and seveare muscle pains: may be dengue. If nose running heavily: simple viral fever (Rhinoviruses) 3. Give Vitamin A 10000 (Aquasol) once daily to boost immunity and cause epithelial growth to prevent secondary bacterial infection 4. If bacterial infection is present: yellow or dirty white thick sputum or expectoration coming with cough or from nose and TLC > 10,000: Give Microcef 200 mg twice daily for 5 days to older child 100 mg twice daily younger child below 3 yeras: 75 mg twice daily 5. Never give gastric irritant analgesic like ibuprofen (ibugesic ior brufen) or Diclofenac (voveran) or like as they may cause gastric erosion and if platelets count goes down, gastric hemorrhage may occur resulting into death.

Please take you father to a Psychiatirst. He needs medication and therapy (counselling) as well. Please do not leave him alone. Highly depressed person is likely to commit suicide. Can masturbation cause yellowing of urine? For past 1 year I'm experience this problem. When I drink more water in that day the urine is normal colour. Colour of my urine changes from white to pale yellow to dark yellow depending on the amount of water I intake. And I masturbate twice a week.
