Hye. Thanks for the query. For a cure for dry skin, you may want to make some changes to your diet. There is no substitute for eating natural foods to keep skin healthy. Include essential fatty acids in your diet. Dry skin needs essential fatty acids to protect the skin’s outer lipid layer, but make sure you are eating or cooking with the right fats. Include pure ghee, nuts, seeds, low fat dairy and fish in your diet. Eat plenty of fruits and drink fresh fruit juice to keep skin hydrated and protected from free radical damage. Fruits are therapeutic for dry skin because they are high in antioxidant vitamins and water. Fruits, especially citrus fruits, help the skin get a plump, moisturized look and feel. Add plenty of green leafy vegetables to your diet, such as broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts tomatoes and spinach. They protect the skin from the harsh effects of the sun and other environmental factors that dry skin and prematurely age skin. Make sure your diet contains fiber. Fiber flushes toxic chemicals from the body such as smoke, smog, stress hormones and other environmental factors that can cause dry skin. Include whole grains, pulses, nuts, fruits and vegetables in your diet. Lastly keep hydrated. Include water, coconut water, lime juice etc in your diet.

Since you are also getting fever, chills and body pains, I would suggest don't take it lightly or assume it is a normal due to removal of wisdom tooth. Headache may be incidental to the fever and tooth removal.

Dear, tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like nicotine replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. But still you will need will power. The exact cause of most mouth ulcers is unknown. Stress or tissue injury is thought to be the cause of simple mouth ulcers. Certain foods, including citrus or acidic fruits and vegetables (such as lemons, oranges, pineapples, apples, figs, tomatoes and strawberries), can trigger a mouth ulcer or make the problem worse. Sometimes a sharp tooth surface or dental appliance, such as braces or ill-fitting dentures, might also trigger mouth ulcers. The exact cause of most mouth ulcers is unknown. Stress or tissue injury is thought to be the cause of simple mouth ulcers. Certain foods, including citrus or acidic fruits and vegetables (such as lemons, oranges, pineapples, apples, figs, tomatoes and strawberries), can trigger a mouth ulcer or make the problem worse. Sometimes a sharp tooth surface or dental appliance, such as braces or ill-fitting dentures, might also trigger mouth ulcers. Some cases of complex mouth ulcers are caused by an underlying health condition, such as an impaired immune system; nutritional problems, such as vitamin b12, zinc, folic acid, or iron deficiency and gastrointestinal tract disease, such as coeliac disease and crohn's disease. Avoiding foods that irritate your mouth, including acidic or spicy foods avoiding irritation from gum chewing brushing with a soft-bristled brush after meals and flossing daily, which will keep your mouth free of foods that might trigger a sore. Avoid smoking, tobacco chewing. Seek medical advice about mouth ulcers if you have: unusually large sores sores that are spreading sores that last three weeks or longer intolerable pain despite avoiding trigger foods and taking over-the-counter pain medication difficulty drinking enough fluids a high fever with the appearance of the mouth ulcer. Take becosules for 10days daily once (one cap) apply dologel on the affected area. Gargle with betadine mouth gargle.

Dear lybrate user, if you do not masturbate when you attain erection then you may notice the secretion of a sticky colorless fluid from your penis as your penis gets flaccid. Pregnancy can be easy and smooth, while on the other hand, it might be time consuming, marred with conception difficulties all along the way. Pregnancy may seem exciting to some, whereas it can be stressful for others. Regardless of whether it is the first child you are planning or have had a successful pregnancy previously; there are some tips you need to keep in mind in order to improve fertility and give birth to a healthy child.

Some fertility boosting factors are:

  1. These fantastic swimmers are at the very root of male fertility. Some important components which need to be taken into consideration are sperm count, sperm motility (the ability of the sperm to swim around the female reproductive tract) and morphology (shape and size of a sperm). In order to have all these parameters in check and working fine, one needs to abstain from smoking and limit alcohol consumption among many other lifestyle modifications.

  2. Having unprotected vaginal intercourse during the woman’s fertile days in a month helps improve chances of conception.

  3. Fertility becomes a challenge when you are either overweight or underweight. The weight of a woman affects ovulation (The release of eggs from the ovaries) and causes hormonal imbalance; factors which make it very difficult to conceive. Keep your weight levels in check and that could prove primarily essential in bettering your fertility.

  4. Staying well nourished boosts your odds of conceiving! Make sure to include enough protein, iron, zinc, vitamin C, and vitamin D in your diet, because deficiencies in these nutrients have been linked to lengthened menstrual cycles (and therefore less frequent ovulation) and a higher risk of early miscarriage. Consult gynaecologist if you should take a daily multivitamin supplement. And be sure to eat protein-rich foods, such as meat, fish, low-fat dairy products, eggs, and beans.

  5. Beware of STDs or Sexually Transmitted Diseases. One is the most prone to STDs of any kind if he/she happens to engage in unprotected sexual intercourse; having a number of sexual partners just ups the chances of getting afflicted by STD. Protected vaginal intercourse helps prevent STDs, thus enhancing fertility and subsequently, chances of conception.

  6. According to several studies, the lubricant one chooses surprisingly plays a significant role in determining fertility. Not all lubricants boost fertility and sperm motility (sperm count). Baby oil or egg whites are a few good examples of such lubricants.

  7. While a limited amount of caffeine consumption is good, overdoing it might spoil and hamper fertility. Limit caffeine intake and keep it within a level of 200-250mg a day.

  8. Smoking, besides playing havoc with every organ in the body, affects the reproductive organs and thus fertility. In men, it leads to reduced sperm count and in women, it causes DNA damage. Stub the bud right now and never get back to it.

  9. Certain toxic chemicals can lead to female and male infertility. So it is advisable that you stay away from chemicals such as pesticides, organic solvents and lead, the primary toxins which pose a severe threat to fertility.

  10. Exercising regularly can never go wrong. It gives you the strength and stamina, boosting your overall health. However, vigorous exercises, especially when you are trying to conceive, will do you no good. It might adversely lead to the suppression of certain hormones such as progesterone (pregnancy stimulating hormone) and might affect ovulation, hence affecting fertility. Aim at a regular 20 minutes session of light exercises; mild cardiovascular exercises such as walking can work wonders, especially in such circumstances.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi, most likely your having migraines. They are the most common headache type and they include a spectrum - from minor dull headaches to severe throbbing headaches. Having migraines means you have a sensitive nervous system, in that, various environmental stimuli can give you headaches- it could be change of weather, irregularity of schedule, certain sounds, smells, bright lights. The hot weather by itself may not be triggering headaches, unless you are also dehydrated, or have other triggers- eating irregularly, not sleeping properly, etc. Don't worry and start by making sure you are drinking plenty water as well trying to be regular in sleeping and eating habits.

These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily.
