U have to continue the treatment if you expect good results. I am starting here but it's not all you have to continue to get a consistent result. Take german reckeweg calcarea carb 1m single dose in morning. Mixed fruit juice daily. Report me after 7 days.

Hello.. Find out wt kind of allergy u hv, like soaps,any cosmetics,more tym in water,or any chemicals allergy,any perticular food allergy etc. once we gt the source of allergy we cn control it by avoiding its exposure. U cn apply Flucort N ointment two times per day for 15 days. Apply Venusea cream immediately after bath. Alokem gel + calamine lotion,mix both n.apply 2-3 Times per day. Prosoft soap for bath. Cap eposoft once a day after food for 3 months. Tab Ener c 1000mg,dissolve in a glass of water n hv early morning. Take bath with Luke warm water,n.keep bath tym short. Thanx

Please note that Surgical correction is the definitive correction of squint. Your refractive error has to be evaluated in detail as the squint is partially getting corrected with contact lens. If the residual squint is small. It can be corrected by changing your contact lens prescription. Thanks.

Respected Doctor, My wife gave birth a female child on Sep. 23.2015. It is a normal delivery. Now almost 4 months have been over. At birth time to reduce the stomach she bandaged by using cloth around her stomach for a 2 months. At that time the stomach is reduced but now the stomach size is being increased where is the wrong? Is there any excersize to do to decrease the stomach or else any other way? Please suggest me.

She should continue rigorous breastfeeding. Abdominal toning up exercises are necessary. Avoid high caloric diet, foods with hidden fats and fast foods. Stomach is not the only place. Hips and thighs are also prone to fat accumulation. Hope she is not diabetic or hypothyroid. BP needs to be checked. There are more issues......

It is possible. Take protein rich diet. Apply arnica oil before sleep. Don't wash hairs with hot water. Use leukwarm water. Use arnica shampoo+ conditioner. Take good sleep n try to manage your stress.

Best time for having sex is from the 4th day of menses till 16th day. If bleeding occurs even after third day then start sexual intercourse after bleeding stops the ovulation occurs on around 12 to 14 days so keep doing sex and get positive result.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Being flexible is not always about doing splits or doing some random bending. It is about achieving a level of mobility that will not hold you back from doing whatever you are able to do. Most people think that stretching or flexing your muscles and body as the first method to defend you from pain. But if stretching and flexing can be done correctly, it can lengthen one's muscles and give one relief from pains and aches. Stretching is also done to increase the functional range of one's joints and muscles. There are various ways by which one can stretch their muscles. However, the question which looms over here is which is the correct procedure and which is the wrong one.

The Wrong Vs the Right Way: Before discussing about the correct way, let us talk about the various wrong ways in which stretching can be done. The first rule is that if stretching is causing you pain or if it is hurting you, then you are probably taking it too far. A muscle needs to relax as much as possible, if it needs to stretch. If one is stretching so hard that he or she cannot relax then the muscle will not lengthen. Stretching should never be painful.

One should also avoid stretching for an insufficient length of time. Only a few seconds of stretching will not hold the therapeutic effects of stretching.

The following methods are few of the correct ways to stretch:

  1. Always start with the warm muscles. Warm your muscles by doing some aerobic movement or by applying heat with the help of a warm bath.
  2. After warming your muscles, monitor your level of discomfort. Let it go once you feel pain.
  3. Hold any stretch for at least 30 seconds.

Stretching the Correct Muscle: There are muscles, which need to be stretched and there are muscles, which should not be. So getting to know the correct muscles to be stretched is as important as knowing the correct procedure to stretch your muscles. Every muscle, which does not hurt should not be stretched. There are different types of muscles that cause pain like stiff, tight, short muscles and long muscles. Muscles that are tight should only be subjected to stretching. Stretching muscles that are too long is not a good idea.

Using Physiotherapists: Most people who cannot determine which muscle should be stretched and which should not be should consult a physiotherapist. Physiotherapists can quickly and easily diagnose muscular issues. They will also show ways to stretch which are most effective for particular needs.

Stretching should be made a part of one's life. It is a way by which one can become their healthiest self and avoid muscular imbalances.

Dear its not about diet plans its about following gud dietary habit and making sensible choices of food which keep you full for long time and at the same time give you good nutrition. First try to avoid long sitting it creats insulin resistence which is the key to all modern life style diseases like obesity diabetes and many more. At every hour or two as possible stand for three minutes at least. Make healthier choices of food try to carry home made food and snacks besides junk food. Stay hydrated drink plenty of water you can drink coconut water chhach lemon water which are healthier to tea coffee. Spare time for exercise yoga and walk. Choose wholegrains over refined flour. Use filtered oil as cookinf medium over refined ones. Have protein rich diet. These changes will help you.

Weight reduction you need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips : 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Hello. It can be due to stress or exertion. Take homoeopathic medicine natrum muraticum 30 (3 drops twice a day half an hr before meal). Take this for 4 days. You will feel good after this. Give your feed back after this.
