Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Always use your umbrella whether its raining or not. Use a cap or scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Don't directly spray perfumes on your body. Spray them on your clothes and wear them. Don't use deodorants or roll ons. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap.

• Aloe Vera Gel – 3 Tbsp • Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp • Tea Tree Oil or Basil Essential Oil – 7 to 8 Drops Combine all the ingredients well and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.To use wipe off with lukewarm water and then apply a layer of this cream.Use this at night regularly to remove scars fast.You can store this cream for a week in the refrigerator. for good result consult me .

Hello Dear, Scar are the fibrous tissue form on the skin in order to repair broken tissue. When there is an injury the skin produces more cells in order to grow the punctured skin that is known as scar. Scars always occur when the outer layer of the skin, the epidermis is cut and the injury extends to the dermis. The resulting scar does not have good blood circulation, is sometimes uneven and is less elastic. In addition, major variations in color are possible.

Usually because of sun exposure, but if darkness is patchy on the face also and not uniform, then we need to evaluate internal or hormonal causes. Treatment of the cause will help both internal and external treatment may be required.

Hello. Use fash or facecare facewash twice a day. Use Nadoxin gel on the pimple very little amount or one pea size drop for full face once a day for 15 days. See a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory response.

Brown spots generally appear on exposed skin areas like the face, back, neck, chest, shoulders and hands. Some of the main causes of brown spots are sun exposure, aging, and genetics. Factors like stress, pregnancy, vitamin deficiencies, and weak liver functioning may also contribute to this problem. Home remedies are: simply apply fresh lemon juice directly on the affected area. Leave it on for 30 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water. Repeat this remedy twice daily for about two months to notice positive results. If you have sensitive skin, dilute the lemon juice with water, rosewater or honey another option is to mix enough sugar in lemon juice to make a paste and use it as a scrub on your face, especially on your brown spots. The groin area, inner thighs, elbows and knees are always darker than normal skin tone. You can go for laser de pigmentation if you really want good results. You may use kojic soap if it suits your skin. (it needs testing and heavy moisturisation)

This is because of your allergic rhinitis. Take slightly oil massage & steam to your face, that can cover your rhinits & black heads.

Lot of things to do. Soaps vil dry out your skin, so they r an absolute no. No vigorous rubbing of skin on face or body. Before bath, oil body with any oil be it coconut, olive. Use a soap free body wash or a dermatologically tested medical soap. After bath, pat dry within three minutes and apply moisturiser. Include dry fruits like almond, walnuts, figs, groundnuts. Have plenty of salmon, mackerel and sardine. Drink two litres of water. Have roasted flaxseeds. Avoid alcohol and aerated drinks or they vil dehydrate u more.Use loose cotton clothes. Avoid woollen clothes directly on body. Use it over cotton clothes if required.

Well to start with, the hot topic of today that is “Do’s and Don’ts to preserve the look” has become  of a trend and a showy business.

Face-Wash, Hair Creams, Protein Powders, Mass Gainers, Keratins and many other things are available today in the market exclusively for Men.

Today the value of face value has increased – a perfect irony.

If you need some important tips and guidelines on the topic “How a Male can impress Women?”, then I would recommend you to read the whole blog, until the very end. I would like to start by saying that whatever I am writing is tested and experienced by myself as well as people around me, so it is completely safe to use.

I do know that there are tons of websites offering a lots of information, but believe me they just are like written theories which are hard to implement or if implemented they have side effects because they talk about using artificial things such as chemical and man-made cosmetics which can be harmful for the skin. I will not suggest that for sure.

So let us begin our short journey and learn to maintain looks and appearance. First thing to note is that we are talking about the dos and don’ts for achieving overall personality.

We can categorize the whole blog into various parts focusing on every category, which needs to be taken care of like the Body Posture, Face, overall Food trend one must follow, Exercises that one must practice to be in shape, etc.

Body Posture

For the Body Posture category, I can only suggest to keep your backbone erect while walking and sitting either on a chair or on any other surface.

Face

The next thing, which has to be cared about, is a man’s face. One can keep it clean and spotless by using natural face wash gels like aloe Vera made or Neem leaves extracts.

Having a clean shave makes your skin fairer. Short and trimmed hair always looks good on average heighted person. Getting facials and face cleanings done on an occasional basis with natural creams is recommended.

Food or Diet

In the diet and food category, the important things that one should keep in mind are drink at least 4 liters of water per day, include more of salads and protein filled food in your diet, other foodstuffs that contain calcium, minerals and fibers.

Fruits have to eaten on a daily basis; Vegetables of varying colors should be selected.

Exercise

Exercise regularly; it can contain simple walking, pace walking, push-ups, abs exercise and a lot of running.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* Body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - Work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. For glowing skin apply these methods: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. • Apply one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) add one spoon of rose water mix it apply it for 10 minutes.
