Dear sir, if a person has a low blood pressure without experiencing any symptoms like dizziness, fainting etc. There is no problem. But if the same person takes stress, or anxiety or depression, can he get affected by cardiac arrest, heart problem, diabetes or dangerous health issue?

If the blood pressure is low and no symptoms, then it is fine. But if you have any such symptoms, the immediate response should be take sugar in any form. Either glucose water, electral powder, ORS, etc. Stress, anxiety or depression are the things which affect all the individuals and yes it can cause heart and other problems. Best to continue exercising, so that it can be avoided.

Yes Mr. lybrate-user you are little bit facing exertional weakness needs rest for 2-3 days use coconut water for 3--4 days. Also carbohydrates rich foods.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. To give a diet chart I need to know following details: Weight, height, diet pattern, blood glucose levels & HbA1c% and extent of exercise being done daily. Because diet is a specific individualised thing. As regards foods to be avoided: sweets, junk foods, deep fried foods, pastries, bakery items, foods made form maida. Fruits which can be taken include papaya, guava, apple, orange, sweet lime, pomegranate, pear & water melon. Only about 100 g per day should be taken that too with strict glucose control. Mango, grapes, banana and chikkoo should be avoided. Use whole grain flour for roti and chapati. Thanks.

Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

Hi Divya There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately.

Hi, He is supposed to take inj Tetvac within 24 hours of the bite and a course of anti rabies vaccine on the day of the bite (O day), the next day (day 1), day 3, day 7, day 14 and day 28. He should bring down his blood sugar levels by following strict diet and medicines as advised by his diabetologist.

Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try Homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take Acid phos. 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 2.wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 3.Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Hello You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Thank you

I was prescribed Pre Aldonil 150 in place of Pre Aldonil 75, which I am taking presently. The doctor went abroad soon after advising me this, and is not going to be reachable for a long time. I cannot find 150 in Mumbai market. My chemist suggests I take 2x75 instead if 1x150 once daily. Is it safe for me to accept this suggestion? A quick and clear answer will be much appreciated. There are other possibilities, but the most likely cause for your symptoms is carpal tunnel syndrome. I would recommend that you see a Physiotherapist, you can ice the wrists, and buy carpal tunnel splints for nighttime.

Hello Nirali! Increase intake of Proteins in your diet. You can include milk and milk products like dahi, paneer etc. Include sprouts, kalachana, and egg if you are non vegetarian.
