Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Past few months I have growth of thick facial hair and dark spots on my face. These are very much visible on my skin tone. Moreover I'm facing a few scalp problems too. Hair growth is not only on my face but on my hands and legs too. Why is this sudden hair growth? My cortisol level is only 0.5. Please suggest me what can be done to get rid of this. Is there any natural way to treat this? If not what cosmetic treatment can be done?

Treatment for unwanted hair is Laser hair Reduction by using Diode Technology. Multiple sessions are needed (6-8) depending upon growth of hair. Unwanted hair is a sign of homonal imbalance. Few blood tests might be needed and evaluated. Also USG (Pelvis) is required to Rule out PCOD. To clear spots you may go for Chemical combination peels treatment at skin clinic by dermatologist.

You can perform morning walk to reduce your weight. An adult human must take about 4 to 5ltrs of water through out a day. So first increase your water intake. Don't miss your breakfast. Have you any problem of Diabetes, Cholesterol, Blood pressure etc. First of all you've to do a thorough pathological investigation about the above mentioned diseases. This is only for confirmation. Then only I can give perfect medication. Thanx

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your father can take cod liver oil in the recommended doses but should be careful if he is taking antihypertensive medicine as cod liver oil reduces the blood pressure - take advise of the treating physician before starting any new medicine or supplement.

I am a 34 year male. Since I was 23 old , I started developing gray hair and by now almost all my hair has grown grey and now my body hair is also started turning white (chest and pubic hair ). White hair since adulthood is in our hereditary and I am into a transferable job and getting posted to different states in usual 2 years time. Is there any remedy to it and something very serious to worry about ?

I am a 34 year male. Since I was 23 old , I started developing gray hair and by now almost all my hair has grown grey...
Hair turned grey merely due to less or no production of melanin. Each hair has a separate melanin supply in the body. Medical Conditions leading to gray hair-
1.Thyroid Disease: An underactive or overactive thyroid can affect the melanin production in the hair which can cause premature greying
2.B12 Deficiency: Deficiency of B12 has also been linked to premature greying of hair.
First we have to rule out any such condition ,for permanent cure you can go for constitutional homoeopathic treatment which will take your detailed symptoms into account. FOR COMPLETE CURE U CAN CLICK ON CONSULT OPTION . Grind sesame seeds and mix it in almond oil. Apply this on your scalp for few weeks as it will help in preventing your hair from turning white. According to experts, it can also help in reversing the process. Your hair will turn black if you use this solution. This combination works really well! Make sure to grind the sesame seeds properly. After applying this combination on your hair and scalp, you should leave it for about 20-30 minutes. Wash off with plain water. Say goodbye to white hair and say a big hello to a young you. If you use these home remedies, you will surely get great results. Try them and thank us later. Stress could be another cause for getting white hair and so, do not take much of stress and live a happy life. Take care of you and your hair! -

Hi,
I'm vegetarian. Could you please suggest me the healthy diet for daily intake.
Hi, you need to follow small and frequent meals and this type of diet keeps your fit and healthy. It generally includes a 6 meal pattern where you will have breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, evening snack, Dinner and bed time snack. The break fast will be of normal type as you wish, go for a fruit around 11 as a mid morning snack, lunch again can be of your choice, evening snack can be a oats porridge or sprouts and dinner again is of your choice. Bed time snack can be milk or butter milk. Mid morning and evening snacks are interchangeable and you should mind your portions of each meal with healthy options. Include high fibre foods like whole grains cereals, legumes and pulses, vegetables, fruits and whole milk and milk products, salads, beverages like green tea, lemon tea, buttermilk. Reduce the intake of refined carbohydrates, pasta, noodles, sweets, bakery products, oily and fried foods, butter, ghee, junk food, carbonated beverages and alcohol. Include energetic and essential foods such as oats, quinoa, flax seeds, almonds, walnuts, sprouts, dry dates in your diet. Stay hydrated all the time and take stairs instead of lift, if your office is near your residence prefer walking or cycling.

How to make my penis more thick its normal and long but I want to make it more thick.

How to make my penis more thick its normal and long but I want to make it more thick.
Increasing penis length, girth and enhancing overall appearance is quite possible. This is because the male organ consists of muscles and no bones. As you can develop your biceps, muscles can also be developed present in penis. However, for this, you need to nourish the male organ from both the sides; internally and also externally. There are many homoepathic medicine available. The muscles present in penis are very flexible and strong when they become straight and erected. They are otherwise flaccid in resting position. For this, you should do exercises advised and homoepathic medicines to nourish the entire structure. You can consult me by clicking on consult option for homoeopathic treatment or you can buy package of penis enlargement offered by me which includes medicine and consultation..
