Please have a habit of walking daily avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc take abhayristha 15 ml twice daily with water tab pilex by himalaya 2 2 for 15 days tab dynapar 5 1 sos for pain apply rooticool cream locally twice a day.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.

Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase.

Hello. Eat a heavy breakfast everyday and consume at least 5 spoons of cow ghee in the entire day along with your food, milk etc (each day and not just one time), never skip your breakfast and make sure it is your heaviest meal of the day. The best remedy is sitting in" prithivi mudra" (see image) for about 20 minutes every day doing this method for 6 months regularly will provide you with natural weight increase (touching the upper part of the ring finger and the thumb, while keeping rest of the three fingers straight). Eat 5-6 figs daily (either soaked in water or milk overnight according to your preference). Consume banana and banana milk shake made up of cow milk on a regular basis. Follow these remedies regularly and they will surely help you. Thanks.

Eating well doesn’t mean dieting over and over again to lose a few pounds. Instead, try to make healthy choices every day. Soft drinks, fruit juices, and sports drinks are loaded with sugar; drink fat-free or low-fat milk or water instead. Eat ample amount of fruit and vegetables every day. Eat a healthy breakfast every day. Don’t eat meals or snacks while watching TV because you’ll probably end up eating more than you intend to. Pay attention to the portion sizes of what you eat. If you want a snack, try carrot sticks, a piece of fruit, or a piece of whole-grain toastinstead of processed foods like chips and crackers, which can be loaded with fat and calories. Eat when you’re hungry, not when you’re bored or because you can’t think of anything else to do.
