Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Hello, Thanks for the query. It is very essential to control blood glucose very effectively with FBG < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8. Platelets are a bit low. If there is fever and then cont has come down, then one has to be careful. Since when was the low count noticed? If there are no specific symptoms or no history fever, then there is no real worry. Thanks.

Hi lybrate-user. Welcome to lybrate. If you do not wish to continue this pregnancy you can opt for medical termination of pregnancy. However you can do it with medicines only upto 9 weeks. So if you are less than 9 weeks then I suggest you take medicines otherwise you can go for a surgical evacuation. But I would suggest you to take the medicines under medical supervision as incorrect technique and dosage can lead to incomplete abortion and very heavy bleeding. Hope this information helps you. 1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements. 9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources. 10. Sleep well.

To reduce fat do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,plank,push ups.sit ups,yoga after taking lukewarm water with lemon juice.If you want to add honey then add it.Eat small amount food frequently.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat lots of watery fruits,vegetables,unrefined foods.Eat more protein for better health.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.These will help to reduce fat.

Dear sir I am facing problems of pimple on my face from last 3 years. Please let me know how can I get rid of it. I had used too much medicine with consultation with doctor like azithral, isort 20 mg, lnvolym 400bp, creams like clindamycin, benzoyl peroxide, these are useful but when I stop this after 3 to 4 month pimple starts again. Now a days from last 4 months I am using safi its also effective. But little pimple with white pussy are still available. So please guide best something for pimple and scars also or small type of hole due to pimple.

Saafi is useless. Please stop it. Some people have more oiling skin and are prone to get acne. At your age, a complete hormonal checkup and ultrasound should be done to rule out pcos which is hormonal cause of acne. At the same time, treatment and most importantly maintence should be done. If I say I have weak eyes, and I will have to do treatment with specs. But I will have to wear it continuously. Similarly some people do get acne Kate in life, so this has to be treated.

There is no genuine tablet to reduce weight since its not scientifically feasible. Your weight can only be reduced by proper diet + daily dose of exercise. To remove cholesterol, you can eat more almonds, dals, beans, Cod liver oil, flaxseeds, apples, brinjal, ladyfinger. To reduce weight you can follow these steps. >> Add more Fruits /Salads to your diet. Double your water intake..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet..>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim..>> Love yourself and respect your body.
