You will have to really work hard at 1.Controlling your dietary habits like Cold drinks,Junk and fried food,Fatty food,Chocklates,Chips etc 2.Eat home made food 3.Daily brisk cycling for 45 minutes 4.Avoid mobiles and computers as much as you can 5.Always use stairs while climbing,no lift please 6.Help your mother in house hold works 7.No dieting but a light dinner 2 hours before sleep consisting of fruits and vegetables and a glass of milk. 8.just follow the above steps for next 3 months and show me the reports 9.CAN ABHIRAM DO IT

Weight gain depends on many factors such as genetic, hereditary, previous weight records and many more. Help yourself with more of milk products & nuts in diet. Only 3 meals will not be enough to gain weight. Include high calorie snacks in between your main meals such as nuts, dark chocolates, cakes, soy sticks. Even medicines & supplements will not work in isolation. And to gain weight it's necessary to be in positive energy balance, I would suggest you gain weight under the supervision of diet expert so to be in positive energy balance and to get desirable results.

hello sir, take high protein and high calorie diet. take milk and milk products. have small and frequent meals. do stretching and cardio workout alternate days. take juice with glucose, milk with dates,sprouts, tofu, paneer, egg, lean meat, plenty of fruits, plenty of water.don't skip your breakfast and meals.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Men diagnosed with the fertility related issues or infertility are more susceptible to type 2 diabetes according to recently published study.

The study recommends routine visits of such patients for check-up. The rates of infertility among men are rising due to changing lifestyle, dietary habits, stress and other physiological factors.

The scientists have been studying the associated factors for infertility. Now for the first time scientists have studied the effects of infertility on general ailments.

The scientists from stanford university, school of medicine conducted the study which showed that patients diagnosed with infertility have a greater risk of developing other conditions such as ischemic heart disease, type 2 diabetes compared to fertile men.

The scientists conducted retrospective study in which they assessed the medical records of over 1, 15, 000 men filed between 2001 and 2009.

The scientists scrutinized the men's medical visits before and after fertility testing to determine what health complications they developed in the years after fertility evaluations. They compared general health conditions of men with infertility diagnoses to men without the diagnoses and to men who underwent vasectomy.
The results of the study showed that the infertile men had higher rates of most diseases the researchers had shortlisted.

The scientists found that the infertile men had higher rates of diabetes even when the results were adjusted for the obesity. They found similar results for ischemic heart diseases.

The scientists have wished to expand their research to check physiological relationships between these conditions. Meanwhile, scientists have recommended that infertile men should regularly undergo health check-ups in order to prevent of onset of these conditions.

Please do not do all the exercises - you are not professional. The main exercise is push-ups and squats/warm up - just concentrate on this very simple and effective exercises and you will notice change in a month. Push-ups - 20/25/30 (times) - in three stages. Squat - 20/25/30 (times) - in three stages. Bench-press with the weigh you can bear - that to 15/20/25 (times). Get back to me in 4 weeks for sure. Also take milk 2 liters and 2 dozen banana daily/4 eggs/450 gms chicken daily.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.
