Kindly show me digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Get X-ray or MRI done to rule out any structural joint abnormalities. Meanwhile, gentle massage over knees with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oils daily for about 15-20 minutes and hot fomentation afterwards will greatly help in subsiding the pain. Ayurveda’s Panchakarma offers specialized treatment of JANU BASTI for knee pains - these procedures would give strength to your knee and reduce the pain and stiffness. Regular oiling the joint will improve the lubrication also. Use knee caps over the joints and avoid over exertion of the joint. Avoid sitting crossed legs. This will greatly help. Ok as your requirement avoid all exercise for 3 days and do rest tk physiotherapy treatment for few days swd ift ultrasonic therapy it will help you and giving you relief after 3 days you can start spine extension exercise with treatment. Dear lybrate user, headache, shoulder pain with known history of cervical spondylosis can occur either in 2 cases. Cervicogenic or tension type headache or due to spondylosis itself where superior segment may give rise to headache and lateral nerves trapezitis (commonly seen with cervical facetal arthritis). You have symptoms of depression. Depression can cause body pains and headaches (psychosomatic) and vice versa. It's good that you have insight into your problems and asking for help. Dear, follow these best method to get fast relief from piles: *. Fill a tub with luke warm water. Put a stool in centre of tub and sit onstool. Note that your hips are within the water. Sit for 10-15 minute. It willrecover your swelling. You can add 1/2 tea spoon of salt and neem leaves 5-10 in water for fast recovery. * apply glycerine or coconut oil dipped cotton gauze on the anus in night. *. Diet plays very important role. Eat a lot of leafy vegetables, high roughage food (oat meals, daliya, corn). You seem to be suffering from coccydynia ie pain around the coccyx or tail bone. For that avoid sitting on hard surfaces and do a sitz bath ie heat therapy to that area by sitting in a vessel full of hot water 10- 15 mins upto 3 times a day. Besides that you can start on some analgesics for 2-3 weeks.

And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. Well creaking sound is a warning sign. There is a fluid in our joints which aids in easy movement and acts as a cushion and a protective layer for the bones as well creaking sound means that your joint fluid levels have depleted. Considering your age, ignoring this may lead to osteo arthritis etc. My advice - get a x ray done. Then undergo this wonderful ayurveda therapy called janu vasti to replenish the lost joint fluids. This is a 7 day course and takes about 45 minutes daily diet wise - work on improving your calcium levels fruits like chikku, banana, guava are rich in calcium. Dates are great as well sesame - this is the wonder drug to replenish joint fluids. You can have 1 tsp of sesame oil or roasted and powdered sesame everyday. Ideally mix it with one morsel of your food like rice/roti and have it. Milk/buttermilk is advised as well practice knee joint exercises regularly.
