Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi sir/madam, I'm 21. I want to know whether I'm stable or not. I don't know why I'm like this. I don't know whether I'm normal or not. From a long time I'm suffering from extreme emotions. (I can't explain correctly so I'll day some examples how I feel) For example: when I listen to a song and it is based on friendship I recollect when I spend time with friends and I can't control my feeling. I feel like I want to relive in that moment and I feel like I want to run and search for that moment. That feeling is extreme I can't control that sometimes I feel like I want to cry, sometimes I feel like I want to run and find something. And I used to check things again and again. Example: when I try to put bottle cap. And ill check whether I did it properly or not. I know it placed properly but I can not control myself to check it again and again. I think its not rotated properly so I used to rotate and rotate sometimes the cap has broken because to rotating too tight. I'm trying to do things but I can't. Basically when I feel like I want to become like someone I used to think I'm already like them and enjoying with them and I can completely feel that. For example: I like cricket when someone score a hundred I feel like I did that I use to think what I'll do at that time. And completely thinking about it entire the day. And I can't concentrate on things I'm doing. When I saw a aeroplane I feel like I want to be in that aeroplane and somebody in that plane are enjoying I also want to enjoy like them and I can't control myself I want to go and do something to stay there. I'm day dreamer what I do I'm not doing with focus a situation strikes in my mind and use to think of it continuously. And when I try to start a think I fell like I can't do that so I stop doing it (at beginning or in between) When I saw a negative situation I feel that it happened to my and I know its not good I want to divert my mind but I can't do that. I will try to come out from that situation but I can't. I'm afraid to do a things. If I want to study a topic I think like this I didn't listen to that topic in classes. Can I read it and if I listen to class I think I can read well and if a bought video class of that topic when I try to listen I feel I think its not the correct time to study and according to survey we can concentrate for 15 min only this class is for 1 hour can I listen to it. I think I can't listen to it. I feel like this. But once I'm in that I try to do things better. I didn't said about my feelings to anyone till now. Even my patents also don't know it. I'm facing some situations from my childhood I don't know that makes me a person like this. I feel so sad sometimes I want to cry but I didn't do that. I use to keep that feeling inside me. I'm not living life that I like. From pasy 2 days anger increasing in me. I want to break something in that anger but I think it cost to much so I won't break. When I want to discuss something with my parents they say something but I don't like that. I can't do it against to them. I feel like I'm dying in that problem. And I'm thinking now that I can't spend time with my family because they won't understand me so I'll be alone I like my mother a lot (my father will not do any work my mom take care of me andsisterfrom our childhood) when I try to say something I like and I want to do it she says we can't to that because of financial problem and even though when I show interest to that my mom says you are selfish you don't understand others. But the truth is I always understand others but others don't. I want to do things I like but I don't do that because I know my parents can't afford it and kill my though I'm understanding them but they says I'm not understanding them. My father don't do any work and make us trouble. I feel I'll be like him. Please help me I don't want to live like this and bcoz of text restrictions I can't say totally. Thank you.

Practice Mindful Breathing The primary goal of mindful breathing is simply a calm, nonjudging awareness, allowing thoughts and feelings to come and go without getting caught up in them. Sit comfortably, with your eyes closed and your spine reasonably straight. Bring your attention to your breathing. Imagine that you have a balloon in your tummy. Every time you breathe in, the balloon inflates. Each time you breathe out, the balloon deflates. Notice the sensations in your abdomen as the balloon inflates and deflates. Your abdomen rising with the in-breath, and falling with the out-breath. Thoughts will come into your mind, and that’s okay, because that’s just what the human mind does. Simply notice those thoughts, then bring your attention back to your breathing. Likewise, you can notice sounds, physical feelings, and emotions, and again, just bring your attention back to your breathing. You don’t have to follow those thoughts or feelings, don’t judge yourself for having them, or analyse them in any way. It’s okay for the thoughts to be there. Just notice those thoughts, and let them drift on by, bringing your attention back to your breathing. Whenever you notice that your attention has drifted off and is becoming caught up in thoughts or feelings, simply note that the attention has drifted, and then gently bring the attention back to your breathing. It's okay and natural for thoughts to enter into your awareness, and for your attention to follow them. No matter how many times this happens, just keep bringing your attention back to your breathing. All the best.

This is not at all a problem. Do pl do not be panicky. Control your masturbation by reducing the frequency. Replenishment of dhatus by'vrushya' and'stambhan' yogs (semen enhancer and time increasing combos) will help you. Penis vessels dilatation tila (oil for penetrating in penis by gentle massage) will help to thicken penis size.

I think you are eating foods with a higher sodium content perhaps like salty snacks or fried salty food. By eating such things face always tends to get bigger when you eat more salty snacks.it does have a lot to do with fluid retention .So fromtoday onwards stop taking high salt diet and soon your face will be normal

Jelqing is the most effective way add size to your manhood. Coupled with a water based pump, it’s the fastest way to get a thicker penis hands down. Here is a basic guide for newbies who want to start using this exercise right away. Step 1: Rub down your penis with a quality lubricant. The best lubricant for Jelqing is one that will not dry out fast, allowing you to complete several strokes before needing a second application. (I suggest astroglide) Step 2: Give yourself a partial erection, 50%-70% of your full erect state. Your penis should not be erect enough to have sex, but it should be erect enough to where you can feel blood moving in and out when you Kegel. Step 3: With your dominant hand, make the “OK” gesture while wrapping your thumb and index finger around the base of your penis. You should get as close to your pubic bone as possible. Step 4: Squeeze the “OK” grip at the base, and slide your hand upwards towards the head of your penis. You want enough pressure in your grip that you feel the squeeze, and feel the blood being forced upwards into the shaft and head of your penis. If the grip is painful at all, you are squeezing to tight, or are using an improper gripping technique. Step 5: Continue to the glance of your penis, and stop just under the outer mushroom edge of your penis glance (head). You have just completed one Jelq. Each stroke should take no longer than 3 seconds, and no less than 1 second. From One Jelq to Jelqing: From here you want to alternate hands, keeping as much blood as possible in the penis while reapplying the OK grip with your other hand. Each stroke lasting no longer than three seconds, and gripping firmly enough to create pressure inside the penile shaft. Basic Jelq- The OK Base Grip Basic Jelq- The OK Base Grip Basic Jelq- Sliding OK Grip to Penile Glands Basic Jelq- Sliding OK Grip to Penile Glands Basic Jelq- Completing the Jelq Stroke at Glands Basic Jelq- Completing the Jelq Stroke at Glands Safe Jelqing Rules Always use a lubricant! If you are circumcised, the amount of friction can cause damage unless you are uncircumcised. Always “warm-up” for a few minutes to ensure you are 50-70% erect. Never jelq while you have a full erection, this will damage your penis. Never ejaculate while jelqing, the firm OK grip will prevent your semen discharge and create a painful situation. If you are Uncircumsized, you need to read about the different variations of jelqing. Five Minute Sessions Once you get the hang of it, you should have no problem completing 100 Jelqs in 5 minutes. Use this simple routine for your first 30 days. You will immediately notice your erections are harder, and your penis will appear thicker and meatier.
