Dear sugest you to do some exercises for ankle like moving ankle up and down on a regular basis and keep foot in the hot water with some salt added to it for 15-20 mins thrice daily. Wishing you good health.

Exercise helps a lot for sciatica. Exercises to be done while lying down. Avoid sitting for longer time at one place. Do stretching exercises, releaving compression from nerve is must. Yes it can be solved by yoga and physiotherapy depending on cause.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. In case it continues consult a Acupuncture/Acupressure Dr. In your place.

You are getting pain because of your sitting position for long hours. You need to strengthen your back muscles by doing regular exercise and yoga. Avoid eating chilled and sour food items. Medication. Dashmoolarishta kadha 2spoons twice a day with equal quantity of warm water. Mahayograaj guggul 2-2-2 trayodashaang guggul 2-2-2. All for 6months.

Hello, back pain occur due to many reason: 1: muscle spasm 2: disc problem 3: stiff back 4: postural fault 5: traumatic history so it will be better if you send me your detail such as your symptoms either it is localised or radiate till your leg. Back strengthening exercise plays important role in releiving pain. Core muscle strengthening plays important role in releiving pain. So consult a physio and learn some strengthening exercise and start doing it guided by them.

As rightly advised by the other doctor, you need to take proper precautions before taking the blood sample. If its persistently high, then you need further evaluation. The symptoms you are having is because of increased prolactin levels in your body. The cause can be a small tumour in the brain, certain kinds of medications etc. An endocrinologist will help you with medicines to control the level of prolactin. If there is a treatable cause, then that should be treated by surgery.

Hi back pain usually occurs due to prolonged sitting in a bad posture hence the pressure on the back increases and you get back pain as your muscle don't support any undue pressure so for this now you can start with a hot packs for ten minutes twice a day and also start strengthening your core muscles.

Dear, First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

DEAR……….. Shoulder pain Physiotherapy uses a number of different physical methods to promote healing. If you are referred to a physiotherapist, they should explain to you what treatment they will use and how it will work. Possible treatments include: • specific shoulder exercises – for example, if you have shoulder instability, you may be given exercises to strengthen your shoulder • massage – where the physiotherapist uses their hands to manipulate your shoulder Read more about some of the different techniques used inphysiotherapy. Shoulder exercises If you have shoulder pain, it's important to keep your shoulder joint mobile with light and gentle movement. Not using your shoulder can cause your muscles to waste away and may make any stiffness worse. Therefore, if possible, you should continue using your shoulder as normal. If your shoulder is very stiff, exercise may be painful. Your GP or physiotherapist can give you exercises to do without further damaging your shoulder. You may be given exercises to do on your own, or you may complete the exercises with supervision from your GP or physiotherapist. You may also have manual therapy, where the healthcare professional moves your arm for you. Manual therapy uses special techniques to move the joints and soft tissues in your shoulder. One review of a number of studies found that long-term physiotherapy was as effective as surgery for impingement syndrome (any type of damage to the tendons in the rotator cuff). Hi I am 34 year old and having back pain from last 2 months. Used few creams like move etc but there is no relief. My daily routine required lots of travelling hence most of the time I sit in office and while travelling as well. Hello, you can use Volini spray or Moov cream for the back ache but make sure that the spray or cream does not touch the baby's skin. The child's skin will be sensitive and may cause irritation. You can try simple measures like exercises and physiotherapy if you are not relieved.

Hi If you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine ( ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance

I had knee pains from 6 months. I used calcium. Tablets nd joint gold. and d3 tablets. Still shall I continue or not. I am doing cycling one hr daily. and taking multigrain ravva as lunch. I am scard if I stop medicine again it repeats. Please suggest sir. Now I am feeling better.

I am interested in your detailed history as to what is site of back pain and knee pain, duration and radiation of pain and any associated symptoms if any. You are obviously very low in vitamin d levels and should get it adequately supplemented with medications. I would also advise to start intensive physical therapy aimed at strengthening your back muscles and also knee exercises initially under supervision of a physiotherapist. If you do not improve after adequate physical therapy and supplementation then i will advise you to get relevant x rays and send it across to me for further opinion.
