I am getting pimples frequently in and around my nose. What should I do in order to prevent that? is there any immediate remedy to get rid from that?

Most common skin disease due to wrong feeding habit such as irregular hours of eating, improper food, excess of starches sugar food n bakery products. Excess of fatty foods, chronic constipation and menstruation disorder in female are some of common cause in this also its found in cases of excessive use of tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco and hence ointment does not serve your any purpose. So find out where you have to correct for better result? fresh juicy fruits, such as apple, pears, grapes, pineapple, lemon, or plan water either hot or cold should be drink. Vitamin a, e, nutrition and zinc to be consider part of treatment. Treatment: 1. A teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed with pinch of turmeric powder is effective home remedy for pimples / acne. Mixture should be applied to the face at night after thoroughly wash every day. 2. If you have constipation or menstruation in case of female, then remove a same, or go for treatment 3. Cap. Neem guard - 1 daily in morning after breakfast 4. Cap garlic pearls - 1 daily after breakfast 5. Steam on face buy using neem patti / leaves thrice in a week 6. Avoid cosmetic cream available at otc and use pure chandan and other herbs made paste along with non side effect face wash 7. Stress management 8. Steam bath twice a week diet: 1. Upon arising: a glass of lukewarm water with half a freshly? squeezed lime and honey 2. Breakfast: any fresh fruit and fresh milk. 3. Lunch: a bowl of freshly-prepared steamed vegetable, one or two whole wheat chapattis, and glass of butter milk or curd. 4. Mid afternoon: a fresh fruit or juice 5. Dinner: a large bowl of raw vegetable salad, with lime juice dressing, sprouted mung beans 6. Bedtime snack: a glass of fresh milk or fresh fruit note: we have kit for pimples and acne contain home made pure chandan with kesar, kasturi, baras etc. Cream, saffron facial bar contain neem, turmeric, sandal wood & cow urine - made from cowpathy, neem - turmeric face wash? made from cowpathy, panchagavya moisturizing cream, 1- month pills of homoeopathy/ biochemic non side effect remedy. My name is vikrant, age is 22 and height is 5'7" My weight is 59 kg. I am physically fit but I have no fat on my body. I used to go to gym but due to lack of mass I am not getting the good result. And when I lift the weight in gym my shoulders get blocked means my hand stuck into the middle and I can not move it upward or downward. IS THIS HAPPENS DUE TO LACK OF PROTIEN? Pls suggest me some good diet and supplements by which I can get a muscular body and can lift weights without any problem. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Grey hair is usually associated with ageing,which is natural process, but this is not always the case. According to medical science everybody has malenocyte in skin and hairs, bulbar malenogenic cell in roots of hair when stop producing melanocytes then hair turns grey & later on white. White hair is just keratin. Keratin is a transparent and colourless substance our nails are made up of keratin. According to age and other factor these melanins decide colour of hair.

As you said you have breathing difficulty while running. So why not do a pulmonary function test to know the severity of asthma and take regular medicines if required. You might have exercise induced asthma. Kindly don't ignore your problems as weight loss will become much easier later. Eat healthy low carbs, high proteins for weight loss.

diabetes mellitus usually does not cause any symptoms, hence many are not able to recognise that they are suffering with it. It may cause excessive urination, excessive hunger, excessive thirst, unexplained tiredness and weight loss. At home one can check blood sugar level with a glucometer, if fasting is >126 mg and after food > 200 mg, then diabetes is confirmed. Diabetes can not be cured, it can only be controlled with drugs, diet and exercise.

Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching Swimming regularly Yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. Play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Use cetrime soap for cleaning face, .Apply cucumber n lemon juice every day in morning and evening and leave it for 20 minutes. rinse thoroughly with water ..or apply honey for 20 minutes on face.

Mr. C lybrate-user, Looking at your weight and height you have grade 1 obesity with a BMI of 30.06 kgs/M2 (normal <23 kgs/M2). That itself is a major contributor for increased blood glucose and and hypertension. At your age HbA1c% should be ideally <6.8. Diabetes is a life long remaining condition, there is no cure. It can only be controlled by appropriate medication, diet control and regular exercise and weight reduction. Thanks.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Dear lybrate user, welcome to lybrate. Anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. If practiced properly, you will not get irritated at those circumstances at all. Those techniques are much easier to understand. I suggest anger management therapy. Take care.
