Hi, sleeping problem can be solved with homoeopathic medicines. Take medicines as prescribed and your problem will be solved. Tab tranquil (sbl) 4tabs to be chewed thrice a day 1/2 an hour after meals. Coffea cruda 200 4pills to be taken in the evening at 7 pm, then after dinner and again before sleep. Daily. Revert back for further treatment.

I am 21 years female having a problem of pcos in border line. My thyroid profile is normal. I didn't use any medication for pcos. No my problem is that I am not getting my periods regularly. I used to take promlt_N 10mg OD for 5 days and got periods since 3 months. Using this hormone pills is good or not? Pls give me suggestion what I have to do.

Get the cavity treated either by filling or RCT whichever doctor suggests according to the pulp condition. Get it done immediately to avoid further more pain and infection.

You take 50ml parashute coconut oil add 15 drops of neem oil stair well end apply day end night for one month khadirarist sy 3spoon add 3spoon lukewarm water mor end eve end panchnibadi vati 2 tab mor end 2in eve after meals for 15days end report to me do not use shapoo. Use indian shikakai powder (you will get in aatarwala jdi buti saler shop) medicine ypu will get in ayurvedic shop.

Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration, irritability, fatigue & digestion problem. So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Do not think during sleep and avoid use of laptop during night. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily.

Why aged people gets more depressed especially when they are unable to undertake any physical exercises nor able to go out and mix with crowd/society. They are even neglected by their own kith & kin. In such a state how can one avoid depression and what all measures he should follow to avoid depression.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Geriatric psychology is a vast area of psychology. Old aged people has many problems. As you mentioned, they are unable to take any physical exercises, go out and mingle with society, they are neglected by their kith and kin, they will have host of physical illnesses, they see their deteriorating physical strength, motor abilities and even mental abilities. Moreover, they are not employed and do not have activities to fruitfully pass their time. In these eventualities, it is more than normal to have disappointment and related depression. The only way out of this situation triggered depression is to engage yourself actively in social activities, read books, write stories or novels, engage in possible hobbies etc. External motivation is hard to come by. But you can be self motivated. Take care.

Dear user, take: tab. Pan-40 1 tab before breakfast. Syp. Mucaine-gel 10 ml 3-4 times daily. Tab. Meftal-spas whenever you have severe abdominal pain. Avoid spicy and junk foods. Take this medicine for one week and revert back.

First of all, start doing meditation daily for 30-40 min and increase it up to 1 hour. Sit in a calm relaxed and noise free place and at a time when no one will disturb u. Turn off your mobile phone first. Focus on your breathing and forget everything else. Sit still without any movement and focus only on your breath coming and going out of your body. Next thing is pranayam. Daily be done for 20 min or more. It will give more oxygen to your body cells and brain and improve the functioning of brain and body. Helps you feel better and think better. Take your medications regularly with faith and eat well and healthy food. Make yoga a part of life under guidance of a good yoga instructor. Pray with devotion and faith to your deity. Do these things daily religiously without fail and you will see lots of positive changes in your self.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee Exercises would help to strengthen the quadriceps muscles which is the key muscle. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.

Premature greying is greying before the age of 30 yr. After that it is natural physiological process. There are various reasons involved in it. Genetic factor is the most important cause. Apart from that stress, nutritional deficiency. Thyroid problem increase it it is very important to follow good nutritious diet. Hair require protein. Sprouts, beans, nuts are excellent source of protein. Green leafy vegetables give iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Melanin is the pigment which gives colour to hair. It is made up of protein. Oiling is important as it conditions the scalp. Consult trichologist for treatment.

Commonly dandruff or any other infection and lack of hair nourishment are the main causes for hair fall. My mother is 60 years old and she has a back pain and legs pain problem. According to recent consultation with the doctor in surat, the MRI report says the lower back pain is due to (manka ) has weakened and need to do the operation for that. I am little scared that if the operation doesn't go well than my mother will have more problem and she will not be able to move also. Please guide me doctors if there is some other option other than operation. Because there are many cases I saw that after operation the patient condition went more worse for this problem. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.
