Thank you for writing to us. Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: Cinnamon Tea - Directions for its use: Place the cinnamon in a mug and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes before straining. Drinking 1-2 times a day. OR -- Place green tea and ginger in a strainer or sieve and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Steeping green tea for too long can leave it with a bitter taste, so don’t exceed 3-4 minutes. You can stir in a little raw honey if you really need to sweeten it, but avoid milk or sugar at all costs. Drink 1-2 cups daily on an empty stomach. For further queries get back to me.

To understand what you are studying, you must be able to be attentive or concentrate. Concentration is possible when you are interested in that subject. Creative way of learning can help you concentrate and understand easily. When you are able to understand and concentrate, it is stored within your brain. If you read more and more it will be store in long term memory. Third part is retrieval. Whenever you want to retrive what you learned and stored, your brain gets the request, searches the database and retrieves the information for you. The retrieval may prove to be difficult if you are anxious, stressed, worried or tired physically or mentally. Retrieval is more easy when you are relaxed and healthy. Brain needs nutrients to keep itself sharp. Fruits, vegetables and dry fruits provide much needed nutrients for your brain. Include at least one fruit in your daily diet. - Tips for Weight gain: Eat more than your usual calorie Eat a lot of protein rich food, dairy products, starchy food, eg. beans, pulses, eggs and also potato, almonds, low-fat cheese and yoghurt. Never skip meals Morning: Breakfast : never skip breakfast, i am giving you few option of food items you can take 2-3 toast with butter + 1 bowl of full milk with cereal OR a bowl oats/porridge OR stuffed parathas/upma/poha Mid morning / snack: 1 fruit + yoghurt, you can make fruit raita + nuts OR fruit juice Lunch: 2-3 rotis + vegetables, you can add half tsf desi ghee + 1 bowl pulses (dal) +add a bowl of full cream yoghurt or paneer + 1 bowl of rice / paneer sandwich + salad Evening snack: Vegetable /sandwich can add cheese / OR Milkshake like Banana milk shake Night dinner: Same as lunch Can avoid Rice Or 2 toast with Roast / grilled Or Baked potatoes OR Veg sandwich / grilled veg burger (paneer) A glass of milk before going to sleeping Consult me for further management

Hey I low in calcium for few years but it's tablets are too big to swallow that's why I don't eat it but my joints pains frequently and cramps too. I married 3 months before. These are some instructions & methods for good sleep : • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep .You can also do foot massage daily it destress you . • Do not take stress . Do long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant ,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night . Suvarna prashan sanskar is one of the 16 essential rituals described in ayurveda for children.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
