Dear , just get urine tested. If it shows more than 5 pus cells then you have infection for which you have to take antibiotic for 15 days and chek urine again to see that pus cells have gone below 5. If infection persists or recurs then only get usg done. When you have usg then post it here along with pictures before repeating it.

How to Deal With Acute Stress Disorder

How to Deal With Acute Stress Disorder

What is Acute Stress Disorder
Acute stress reaction usually happens when some stressful events occur. Acute usually indicates that the symptoms occur quickly and do not last for a long time. Symptoms, such as anxiety and stress occur when exposed to stressful events. It is believed that acute stress disorder occurs after unexpected crisis like traumatic events, serious accidents, domestic violence, sexual assaults or sudden bereavement. Acute stress reactions are commonly seen in people who have experienced major disasters or terrorist incidents.

Symptoms of Acute Stress Reaction
Symptoms of the condition develop very quickly, within minutes to hours in response to a stressful condition. Some of the symptoms are:

  1. Anxiety, mood changes, emotional trauma (ups and downs), poor concentration and sleep, irritability and the desire to be alone
  2. Unpleasant recurrent dreams
  3. Avoiding situations and people who may cause anxiety and stress
  4. Emotionally numb
  5. Nausea, palpitations, headaches, abdominal pain, difficulty in breathing and chest pain are usually caused by the stress hormones like epinephrine.

Management of Acute Stress Disorder
Generally treatment is not required as the symptoms go when the stressful episode is over. Talking to family and friends or understanding the symptoms is helpful. Some people might experience extended symptoms. The following can be done:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): This is the therapy where a person can talk to an experienced therapist to understand the patterns and the triggers that charge the problem. The aim of the therapist is to change the way a person thinks and help him avoid the thoughts and be more realistic and calm. Usually when CBT is used for acute stress disorder patients then it is termed as trauma focused CBT.

Counselling: This is usually done when the symptoms are more severe or persistent. It is helpful as it helps to explore the way to deal with the stress and its symptoms. Psychiatrists help by counselling the people and also there are many online resources, which might be helpful.

The premature graying problem is largely genetic. Hair follicles contain pigment cells that produce melanin, which gives your tresses their color. When your body stops generating melanin, hair presents itself as gray, white, or silver While you can't really prevent or reverse graying, there may be simple steps you can take to avoid premature graying. Doctors say low B12 levels can cause lessening of hair pigments. May restore gray hair if its cause was a deficiency in the PABA enzyme. Pantothenic acid (B5): B vitamin that supports hair health and color and prevents hair loss. Zinc and Copper: Deficiencies in these minerals can cause hair to prematurely gray

Hello Sir I'm 24 years old. And I'm soon becoming tired. I have less stamina. So for more stamina what I have to do. My weight is above 65. Waiting for your reply.

PGDD, RD, Bachelor of Home Science
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Mumbai
Hye, Thanks for the query. Lack of stamina can be due to poor nutrition. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week.

If you often feel tired, exhausted, fatigued, stressed or suffer from aches and pains or other chronic ailments, we have the ultimate solution. If you seek a deep level of luxurious pampering, relaxation and revitalization to carry your body, mind and spirit to another plane then Panchakarma is for you!

With much love and care Arogyam Ayurveda designed this therapy package to eliminate the internal causes of diseases and release the burden on your whole being. Large quantities of toxic bi-products are formed in the body as a result of numerous factors, including the body’s continuous metabolic processes, wrong body habits, wrong food habits, incompatible combination of food items, suppression of body urges, emotional imbalances, etc..

If your elimination system is functioning well most of these toxins are eliminated naturally. However, if it’s mal-functioning damaging toxins are deposited in various parts of the body. This toxic load results in the impairment of the Doshas, Dhatus (tissues), etc.. Consequently, normal functioning of the body systems are also impaired and we feel the many symptoms of toxicity and general ill health.

How Your HAIR LOSS or BALDNESS is Completely Reversible (Without Surgery): PART-1

How your hair loss or baldness is completely reversible (non-surgically)

Having deeply researched hair loss, I have devised a solution to promote hair growth. I would like to share with you how it happens in two parts.

Here's part 1

Is your hair fall normal or abnormal (excessive)?

Average daily normal hair fall is 100-150 and anything above that are considered abnormal hair fall.

What causes abnormal hair fall?

Males: males pattern hair loss (most common cause), telogen effluvium, stress, smoking, etc.

Females: chronic telogen effluvium (most common cause), female pattern hair loss, pregnancy-induced, stress, due to medicines like cancer therapy, cosmetic procedures - straightening, rebonding etc,

How does hair loss affect us?

  •     Destroys looks and confidence
  •     Affects social life
  •     Causes inferiority complex

What are effective and scientifically proven treatments for hair loss?

Medicines (solutions)

  •     Minoxidil, amenexil tablets
  •     Finasteride, dutasteride

Surgical:

  •     Hair transplant, scalp reduction surgery

Non-surgical:

  •     Platelet rich plasma (prp), dermaroller (microneedling)

Apart from this, multivitamins, stem cell therapy and various other treatments done have no scientific proof for giving best results.

What is the best non-surgical treatment?

'innovative prp' with derma roller is by far the most effective (research method by Dr. Jeetendra khatuja).

What is prp?

Platelet-rich plasma (prp); an autologus solution (made with patient's own blood) hence it is completely safe and with no side effects. Prp is an effective concentration of multiple growth factors (present in platelets like pdgf, vegf, egf, etc) which stimulate hair follicles to grow.

How does prp work?

Prp contains a high concentration of special cells called platelets (with multiple growth factors) in prp stimulate roots of hair follicles to promote hair re-growth.

During hair loss, the length and diameter of hair reduce and hair enter a 'resting stage' or 'arrested growth stage'. When an enough number of hair enter this stage, scalp becomes visible producing 'baldness'.

Prp causes a shift of hair follicles from 'resting stage' to 'active growth stage', thereby reverses the process of hair loss.

How is prp prepared?

There are various methods for preparing prp, but most of these methods are not effective.

The unique method developed by Dr. Jeetendra khatuja is called 'innovative prp' or iprp.

We draw 8ml of patient's blood and process it in special tubes with the help of centrifuge machine. The method has been standardised over the years for best results.

How prp is given?

Under all safety precautions, the treatment area is numbed under local anesthesia and prp is injected to cover the whole bald area.

What are the risks and side-effects of prp?

There are no risks or side-effects involved since prp is prepared from your own blood.

How long does prp treatment take?

Preparation of prp takes 15-20 minutes and actual treatment takes 10-15 minutes, so the whole treatment takes about 30-40 minutes only.

This is followed by a derma roller treatment, which is explained in part 2.

'consult'.

Hi onion is very good vegetable to treat sexual impotence. It increases libido and strengthens reproducing organs. White onions are best for this purpose. Take about 5-10 gm root powder of Ladyfinger in a glass of milk. Add 2 tsp of mishri in this milk and drink it. This will prove helpful in improving sexual vigour. Apply pranacharya gopal oil on your penis and give a massage. It will strengthen your nerves and erection power will get better. You can take ayurvedic medicines too along with this.
