Go for a walk in the morning and evening for an hour. Consumption of plenty of water be ensured. Take salad, fruits, vegetables, sprouts in lunch to minimize quantity of bread, rice consume. Drink more water in a day. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

It is not very good for your future sexual life although musterbation at young age is normal but it should be done in moderation say twice a month. Go gor morning walk followed by free hand exercise and have healthy balanced nutritios diet. Lead a healthy lifestyle it will improve.

The best way to gain weight naturally is through good diet and exercise. For wt gain you must: 1. Take more of proteins like milk and milk products, pulses, soyabean and its products, eggs, chicken etc. 2. Carbohydrates rich diet with sufficient amount of fibre. 3. Intake of vitamins and minerals should be proper. 4. Intake of water should be 3-4 litres. 5. Take proper rest and sleep. 6. Avoid tensions. 7. Exercise is also very important along with a good diet. Hair loss, now-a-days, is common among males and females of all age groups. We all lose some hair strands everyday, however, some people lose more than normal strands in a day that can cause severe hair loss. Hair loss is mostly genetic, so if hair loss runs in your family, you are most likely to suffer from hair loss too. Hair loss happens either in clumps, that is overall hair loss, or focussed on any one part of head - especially the crown. While genetics play a big role, some additional factors can aggravate hair loss - hormonal imbalance, Alopecia areata, stress, thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss in you. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Exercise daily to keep yourself healthy inside out. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using eggs, green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, thyme, chamomile etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary tea once in awhile. A good dermatologist can successfully reduce hair fall by conducting some tests beforehand that includes blood tests, iron level, vitamin B, thyroid function tests and a biopsy of the scalp. Since some hair loss is temporary, your hair will grow back on its own without medical treatment. More serious hair loss can be treated with creams, oral drugs and surgery. Dermatologist can give your head a fuller appearance with the help of hair transplants and scalp reductions, which is successful both in males and females. Strictly avoid all junks, oily -spicy food, pickles if you r eating, drink lots of water, juices or daily have fresh fruits. Try to keep your bowel clear. Avoid constipation. Never apply extra pressure while defecating stool. Try not to spend more than 3-5 minutes in toilet. Otherwise you will harm your piles and they might bleed. Have fresh buttermilk (chaach) at least once a day. Apply any herbal ointment over local affected area daily. Meanwhile you can start with tarunikusumakar choorna 1 tsf at bed time with luke warm water at 10 pm night. You may revert after 2 weeks.

Headache is a symptom rather than a disease and may be caused by high blood pressure, insomnia, weak eyesight, sinusitis, hunger, anemia, listening to loud music, studying in improper light, emotional strain, overwork, constipation, and flatulence. 1. Apply a paste of ground clay or sandalwood powder mixed with rose water for relief in burning sensation with headache. 2. Grind 10-12 grains of black pepper and 10-12 grains of rice with water to make it a paste. Apply this paste on affected area of the head for 15-20 minutes. 3. Take 2 tab pudin hara thrice a day with water for stomach pain and get an ultrasound abdomen done.

Start your stop smoking plan with start s- set a quit date: choose a date within the next 2 weeks, so you have enough time to prepare without losing your motivation to quit, if you mainly smoke at work, quit on the weekend, so you have few days to adjust to the change. T- tell family, friends and co-workers that you plan to quit: let your friends and family in on your plan to quit smoking and tell them you need their support and encouragement to stop. Look for a quit buddy who wants to stop smoking as well. You can help each other get through the rough times. A- anticipate and plan for the challenges you'll face while quitting: most people who begin smoking again do so within the first 3 months. You can help yourself make it through by preparing ahead for common challenges, such as nicotine withdrawal and cigratte cravings. R- remove cigrattes & other products from your home, car and work: throw away all of your cigarettes, lighter, ashtrays and matches. Wash your clothes and freshen up anything that smells like smoke. T- talk to your doctor about getting help to quit: your doctor can prescribe medication to help with withdrawal.

Take care of personal hygiene. Always wash fruits & raw vegetables especially salads properly before consuming. Also wash hands properly before having food. Cover your food always, protect it from housefly. Take clean water. If you do not hv aqua guard or filters, boil water for 7 minutes after it starts boiling. Always wash hands properly with soap & water after touching flush.

Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Stretching and strengthening exercises for low back and abdominal muscles will help reduce pain. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. If pain persists consult a physiotherapist specialized in back pain treatment. Good luck for quick recovery.

You should do following methods to get strong wrists. • Increase intake of calcium rich diet such as milk, cheese, curd, green leafy vegetables, spinach, cabbage, soya products (tofu, carrot. • Sit in sunlight for 5 min daily, sunlight has vitamin D. * Give a gentle massage to hand and wrist joint once a day with any oil. * Do some wrist exercises daily. Such as hold the 1 litre water filled bottle in both hands with the hand facing upwards & move the wrist up & down without moving the elbow joint. Repeat this exercise 3-4 times a day & slowly increase the weight after 7-10 days according to your strength.

You may attend a university, trade school, night school, community college or adult school. You may enhance your knowledge via business seminars, lectures, books, e-courses, and whatever else shows up in our information society. So wouldn?t it be helpful to have some good study habits and some tools to increase your ability to learn? Although you may not be studying information to get good grades, retention of what you are learning can help your career, your parenting skills, your business, your relationships, your hobbies, and so much more. So it makes sense to acquire good learning skills sooner than later. Skills such as speed reading and good comprehension are useful for all the great information you want to take in. Here are some more secrets for improving your ability to learn. Most apply to classes, but you can adapt them to any learning situation. 1. Be Prepared. If you?re taking a class online or at a school, study the curriculum in advance so you know what to expect. Engage in necessary prep work like downloading software, getting a workbook, or setting aside the dates for the course. 2. Get and Stay Organized. If you?re a computer note taker, make sure you set up a file folder system that will enable you to find what you need when you need it. Learning good computer organizational skills will save you a lot of time and headaches. If you take notes by hand, keep them in a labeled binder so you can review them later. Keep any other course papers in the binder as well. 3. Be On Time. If you?re taking a teleclass (this is a class conducted via telephone), call in five minutes early. Clear your desk, and have your pen and pad or a new computer file open. For live classes, show up a few minutes ahead of schedule. When you?re on time, you will have your full attention focused on the class, and not on ?catching up? with yourself and what you may have missed. 4. Take Good Notes. You can also ask the teacher for his/her outline, summary, or notes. Review your last class notes before your next class. 5. Establish Your Learning Style. Which is your best and preferred learning style: visual (reading), auditory (listening) or kinesthetic (doing)? When you know your learning style, take classes that incorporate that style. For example, audio learners keep CDs in their car to turn traffic jams into productive time. Book learners may keep a notebook handy to take notes and read as they exercise on the stepper machine or treadmill. When you study, do you need silence or do you enjoy having music playing in the background? Knowing how you learn best improves your effectiveness. 6. Ask Questions. If you?re taking a course online or in a school, make sure to jot down questions as they come up and ask them when you have a chance. I?ve always believed there are no dumb or silly questions. If you need clarification, you won?t continue learning until you have your questions answered. Most instructors see questions as a sign of an alert, intelligent mind. 7. Complete All Assignments. Stay current with your assignments and complete each one. If you?re reading a self-help book, do all the exercises. If you miss a class, find a way to get the assignments?from another student or the teacher. Online classes are often recorded, so make sure to listen to the recording if you can?t make a class. With information coming at us from so many directions and in so many formats, it?s difficult to sort out what?s important. It?s even more difficult to retain data with so much to store in our brains. Ultimately we have to be more selective in what we choose to learn, and we need in order to develop effective learning habits. Having good study habits can help.
