4-5 banana is good if your lifestyle is very hectic and you are involved in strenuous work. Banana provides energy and many other small nutrients like potassium to keep you healthy. So don't worry you can take 4-5 bananas

It is to be applied once a day for atleast 8 hours. Its definitely helpful for keloid and hypertrophic scars. Results are better if combined with intra lesional traimcinolone. Good luck.

I hope that the periods are not started yet today 2 nd may and your date is 1st may If you start duphaston from today take one tablet per day till 4 th June and wait for a week to start the periods Be prepared for delayed periods

Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. Go to ring ang bar. Pit upside down, do exercise regularly for 1 hour. For 1 year. Drink complan fruit juice daily milk cream 4 bananas daily morning 2 boiled egg daily morning calcium sandoz tab and check after every 3 months the height report me if u r satisfied.

Health Tips to manage chronic fatigue
  1. Keep your activity on an even level. Avoid overexertion and emotional stress. Allow time for yourself to relax. Yoga, meditation or deep breathing can help manage stress and keep you fit.
  2. Improve sleep habits. Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Limit daytime resting.
  3. Avoid taking caffeine and alcohol before bedtime. These may affect sleep.
  4. Exercise regularly, but not close to the bedtime. Experts suggest not exercising, at least, 3-4hours before bedtime.
  5. Limit artificial light at night. Use low wattage bulbs, cover windows, turn off the television and avoid using phones and computer screens in the dark.
  6. Increase exposure to sunlight at the day time. Keep the curtains open in the house.
  7. Have a healthy and antioxidant-rich diet which are high in fiber such as fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid packaged foods.
