Diets that are deficient in vitamin c can cause severe dental problems, including loose teeth and bleeding gums. Try a salad with citrus fruits, such as orange or grapefruit sections, to boost your body's ability to fight those destructive symptoms, as well as plaque. Be sure to buffer citrus fruits by including them as part of a meal, because their acid content could potentially erode tooth enamel.

You need to do ultrasound of pelvis to see the cause of pain, though pain is very common and you can take antispasmodics. If your period cycle is 24-25 days interval then it is normal, at this interval you will get twice in one calendar month.

Blocked Fallopian Tubes - Know About It!

Blocked Fallopian Tubes - Know About It!

It's said that blocked fallopian tube is the most common cause of female infertility in about 40% women. Fallopian tubes are channels through which the egg travels to reach the uterus and blockage of these tubes can put a stop to this from taking place. Depending on the different parts of the tubes, this form of blockage is of several types.
What are the different types of fallopian tube blockages?

  1. Proximal tubal occlusion: This form of fallopian tube blockage involves the isthmus (an area of about 2 cm long, this part of the fallopian tube connects the infundibulum and ampulla to the uterus). This problem occurs due to complications associated with abortion, cesarean section or PID (pelvic inflammatory disease).
  2. Mid-segment tubal obstruction: It occurs in the ampullary section of the fallopian tube and is most frequently a result of tubal ligation damage. The procedure of tubal ligation is performed to put a stop to pregnancy permanently.
  3. Distal tubal occlusion: This is a kind of blockage wherein the section of the fallopian tube that is close to the ovary is affected and is commonly associated with a condition known as hydrosalpinx (a condition in which the fallopian tube is filled with fluid). The latter often happens due to Chlamydia infection, leading to fallopian tube and pelvic adhesions.

The conditions that may give rise to this problem can include:

  1. Genital tuberculosis (the TB infection that occurs in the genital tract)
  2. Ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy in which the embryo places itself outside the uterus)
  3. Tubal ligation removal
  4. Complications related to surgery of the lower abdomen
  5. Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)
  6. Uterine fibroids (benign growths that occur in the uterus)
  7. Endometriosis (development of uterine tissue outside of the organ)

These disorders can lead to the development of scar tissue, adhesions, polyps or tumors to form inside the pathway. Additionally, the tubes can also get stuck to other body parts such as ovaries, bladder, uterus and bowels. Two things can happen to the fallopian tubes, either they can become twisted or the tubes walls may stick together, leading to a complete blockage. Moreover, even if the fallopian tubes are partially damaged, they can remain open so as to enable pregnancy to occur, while increasing your risk for ectopic pregnancy. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Gynaecologist.

Hello, working late nights can only increase the stress levels in the man and which can invariably decrease the sex drive but has no effect on sperm count.

If it is not a vaginal intercourse and limited to only kissing and blow job chances of sexually transmitted disease is remote. However anal intercourse can transmit diseases.Never indulge in anal intercourse without use of condom

Sexual Addiction - Signs You Are Suffering From It!

Sexual Addiction - Signs You Are Suffering From It!

Are you a sex addict and suffer from sexual addiction? Sexual addiction, also referred to as hyper sexual disorder or compulsive sexual behavior, is a condition in which a person becomes obsessed with thoughts about sex, sexual urges, and risky behavior, all of which are capable of landing them in trouble. It is also likely to cause distress in a person’s personal relationships, health, and in other spheres of life. Self-stimulation by a person is also a part of sexual addiction. A sex addict is detested by the society, and ends up being rejected from all places.

Symptoms of sexual addiction
A number of behavioural characteristics of an individual may indicate that he or she is a sex addict. Some of them include:

  1. Number of affairs at a time
  2. Cybersex
  3. Extreme sexual impulses
  4. Excessive masturbation
  5. Unsafe sex

Ways to deal with sexual addiction
Here are the top ways of dealing or coping with sexual addiction:

  • Get enrolled in a treatment program for sexual addiction, and follow the program seriously and sincerely. The program may include therapy sessions with a therapist, and attending other sessions and therapies that are meant for sexual addiction recovery. These programs are quite strict, and you need to maintain discipline.
  • Self-educate yourself for coping with your sexual addiction. Undertake research and find about the various types of compulsive sexual behaviors that are linked with sexual addiction.
  • Analyse and recognise the triggers to your sexual addiction and sex addictive nature. Recognise situations and thoughts, and then train yourself to keep away from being triggered.
  • Abstain from any form of risky behavior while coping with sexual addiction. Recognise all conditions that may be risky and avoid facing them. Stop yourself from visiting pubs, strip clubs, and bars where you are likely to be tempted to find a way and have sex.
  • Avoid watching pornographic videos and pictures. You should install a software on your computer that blocks all forms of adult websites.
  • Take medication for mental health issues and for substance abuse. This is important for coping with sexual addiction. Stress, depression, anger, and anxiety are common factors that lead to sexual addiction and compulsive sexual behavior.
  • Make a healthy lifestyle choice and spend time in locations that are healthy. Do not try to deal with negative sentiments by having sexual intercourse. Work out regularly and try activities that are productive.
  • Practice stress management. Consider trying out relaxation techniques of several types such as meditation, yoga, and tai chi.

Your determination, focus, and willpower are the most important factors that determine your rate and progress of recovery from sexual addiction. The treatment program may be quite lengthy, but you should hold on tight and not quit half way.

Preejaculation semen does contain sperm, however without knowing your last periods date its difficult to comment upon the chances of pregnancy. Hwever, the symptoms you mention are not pregnancy symptoms.

#TimeIsNow - This International Women's Day, Empower The Woman In Your Life!

#TimeIsNow - This International Women's Day, Empower The Woman In Your Life!

It's International Women’s Day yet again. A time to celebrate women’s accomplishments- both those of legendary creators including Mother Teresa, Kiran Bedi, Anuradha Koirala – the anti-sex-trafficking activist & Mary Kom to name a few and the women in our lives who mentor and inspire us every day. It’s a day to celebrate our journey towards gender equality and women empowerment.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme is “Time is Now: Rural and urban activists transforming women's lives.” It comes on the heels of unprecedented global movement for women’s rights, equality, and justice. The theme has taken the global campaigns and marches on issues ranging from sexual harassment and femicide to equal pay and women’s political representation.

Women still have a long way to go to attain equality and non-discrimination from her male counterparts. 2018 International Women’s day is an 'iron in the fire opportunity' to bring a call to action to entrust women with what they actually deserve, not only in a particular sector but to every woman who resides in urban as well as rural areas. It is a step to respect and appreciate the women who step out every day for the livelihood of their families and kids - a step to stop casual sexism faced by urban women in the workplace.

Women, experiencing sexual harassment in the workplace, not only bear strained relationships with their counterparts but also are at risk of numerous health problems. Let us know about the health effects of sexual harassment:

  1. Depression: Self-doubt and criticism can lead to depression and loss of interest in work or other activities. Women also experience loss of self-confidence and feelings of failure & powerlessness.
  2. Anxiety: Many women feel anxious about going to work, communicating with co-workers or being involved in social situations.
  3. Insomnia: Sexual harassment trauma can cause nightmares and may lessen the woman's ability to sleep properly.
  4. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD): Studies say that sexual harassment meets the Criteria A1 and A2 of PTSD. The stress of sexual harassment may cause a woman to relive the trauma even when it is not happening, or avoid things or people that remind her of the sexual harassment.

The International Women’s Day echoes a word for transforming the lives of women with a bold determination not just on papers but in reality to support the women all around the globe. Many working women have sad tales to tell as they are exploited at a very high level, and they actually lead a stressful life in comparison to their male counterparts.

So, the spotlight this year is to fight against the injustice that most women face every day and to bring about a change that will be remembered for years and will outshine the lives of such women who devote themselves for the livelihood of their families.

Join a campaign, embrace your inner activist and empower the women in your life...
