HI…. A) Take 30 ml of khadirarishta before meals, B) take 1 tsf of haridra khand after meals, C) take 1 tablet of gandharwa-haritaki vati at night before sleep…do all these things for 15 days it gives you good result…THANKS.

Your hormones may being acting up at this age. Even so, it is a good time to investigate if there are any childhood factors that are contributing to this situation. Take your parents and meet with a counselor and identify that. Your fear will gradually lead to anxiety and compulsive behaviors. Before it gets out of control and difficult to deal with seek help earlier, especially about this fear. If the fear is of recent origin, you could perhaps identify it and deal with it. But if it is from a long past, then much work has to be done to sort that out. If medication is required please cooperate with both the therapies to get the best results. It is possible to work it out without medication, if you cooperate with the therapy. Sometimes this kind of nervousness could be genetic too. In the meantime you must do certain things to build your constitution physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Mental stability can be achieved by learning a few skills in handling emotions in an appropriate manner. Stress management skills, which have a lot to do with expressing emotions, will need to be a major part of your recovery program. Emotionally you need the help of a counselor and that will help you tremendously to move from anxiety to normal fear. Please persevere and cooperate through all the support you need and you will come through successfully. Develop your body’s health by physical fitness through exercise, good rest (sleep), and a proper diet. Any way what you need to focus on is to do vigorous exercise of the aerobic kind for the heart’s fitness; meditation for the brain’s fitness; sleep for a well rested mind and body; a sound spiritual well being for good confidence and stability; and a diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Vigorous exercise, especially of the callisthenic kind, will make your heart, which is a muscle, grow larger; and then your heart will need to beat less often and you will respond to the anxiety with a calmer disposition. If your mind, constitution, and your emotions are in check and fit, you will never be disturbed again.

Early ejaculation or premature ejaculation is a common problem and most indians have it. It happens because you are not able to control your excitement when you go for sex. By the time you start to sex with your partner, your peak is near and you get discharged soon. Males usually have 3 minutes from arousal to discharge. Females take 10-15 minutes to get aroused. So how to match both. Learn to desensitize or control your emotions a little by thinking some thing else while you do fore play on your partner. When about 10 minutes have passed then think of yourself and you will charged immediately in a second. Then do sex. If you have proper desires then erection will too be good. If negative thoughts are there then erection will not be good. For insertion take help of some lubrication but if you have good desires and foreplay is good lubrication come automatically. Ask your wife to help in getting insertion. Changing of positions also help. Diet is fresh fruits what ever available and similarly fresh vegetables and one hour of jogging or brisk walking every morning. This will keep you sexually active and fit.

Hello, if it is a pimple with whote head or pus, it will get fine in a few rdays. It is good if you applied cream. Just leave it and do nit try to puncture it. It might het immfected. Let it dry, it may take 3 or more days to go away.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water.The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: • get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold • staying at home will keep you from spreading germs • drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Humidify the rooms you are in most or your whole house if possible. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Dear user. Women body produces only one egg in one mestural cycle. If it gets fertilized by a sperm and gets attached to the wall of uterus, the women body ceases producing eggs till delivery. So the second semen will be able to do nothing except being inside the vagina alive for around 4 days. Take care.

Hi, If the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight.Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *Alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *Take GRD Powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk ,drink once a day

Hello,you can take homoeopathic medicine Berberis Aquifolium Q ( 10 drops in little amount of water) thrice a day for a week and revert. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Hello Lybrate user, There are many reasons when we start eating more than normal. Sometimes we eat because of build up of anxiety, fear, inner tension, or stress. In this instance, overeating is almost like a panic attack. We start binge eating. Find ways to lower anxiety, inner tension, or intense energy. Sometimes we overeat to get over our disappointments. We look towards high fat or starchy foods- pizzas, ice creams, junk food. You may be staying hungry for long periods. Avoid this and have small frequent meals. Eat balanced meals. Eat a protein rich breakfast so you will feel full for a long period. Excess carbs make you feel hungrier. Avoid temptation. Listen to your body and focus on what you are eating. Don't compulsively overeat to get over your emotions. Don't eat while watching TV. Whenever you feel hungry first drink a glass of water. If you still feel hungry than have something nutritious.

TRY these remedies.. 1.Take 11 guava leaves, 11 black pepper, 1 cup milk and one cup water. Put all of them in pot and boil it well, when it reduced to one cup, drink in empty stomach. Take this daily for at least six months or a year. 2.Boil cumin seeds in water and inhale the steam. It helps dilate the bronchial passage. 3.Take 5 gm of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and 30 gm of sugar. Grind the mix to a powder. Take half to one teaspoonful and mix it nicely with honey. Take it twice a day 4.Pulses like old rice (rice which is stored for at least one year is called old), wheat, barley, kulattha, mung beans, arhar beans, etc . should be consumed. 5.Honey, warm drinks like herbal teas, spice teas are also okay. 6.Sprouts, nuts and seeds can be taken in moderate amount. 7.The heavy foods and those which make ama should be avoided. This mainly includes milk products like cheese, curd, butter milk, creams, and banana, etc. 8.Oily, greasy and fried foods which are difficult to digest should be avoided. 9.White flour and white sugar products should be avoided. 10.In addition, try to avoid the cold foods, cold drinks and other refrigerated things. 11.Avoid excessive or physically demanding exercise. Yoga and Pranayama can be helpful.

Hi, please get your complete medical check done for liver profile, thyroid profiles, kidney profile and sugar profile. You are a little overweight. Start doing 30-60 mins exercises regularly. Eat more fruits and fiber in your diet so as to help your digestion. Avoid oily food and maida laden food in your diet.

I am suffering from headache from my teenage. Now the pain is severe. Headache leads to vomiting too. And it's a major one. Sometimes half head aches a lot. It doesn't get cured so easily.
