Continuous Chest pain with sweating is a classical symptom of heart attack and you should never ignore it Specially if you have any two of these cardiac risk factors. Age above 45, diabetes hypertension obesity high cholesterol family history of heart attacks or past  history of heart attack or history of smoking or chewing tobacco.  Most important things is not to waste time remember - continues chest pain or even pain in left arm, upper abdomen or neck can be heart attack which means the blood supply to your heart is blocked and a part of heart is dying and with every minute of continuous pain the damage  increases. More pain = more damage.  Get urgent medical attention, get an ECG, ECHO and Cardiac enzymes done.

First step of treatment is done by you minus any doctor and medicines and this step is self realization about being negative, being suffering from anxiety neurosis and this is yet not the reason for a heart attack but this is one of the 13 factors causing heart attack, why not change thought process at 25? read good books about zero to hero autobiographies and keep counting the hurdles on the way to achievement. Develop some hobbies, be with nature, go for long walks, maintain a diary and give marks to yourself at end of the day, markings should be honest to include your positives and negatives. Gradually you will come to terms when your own positives will outnumber your negatives, be human and accept your mistakes but try to mend them. You must do some fruitful result oriented work for society like teaching kids as part time hobby, people will criticize you anyway, whether you get admission in iit through your merit or be a part time teacher for slum kids, ignore them, sometimes it reflects back good health by being a loner, it does not mean that there is no good company around.

Can HEPA filters lower the risk of cardiovascular disease? How serious are peanut allergies?

Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, MBBS

Can HEPA filters lower the risk of cardiovascular disease? How serious are peanut allergies?
Hepa filters do prevent spread of airborne disease by trapping the germs, killing them by ultraviolet rays transmitted through them, indirectly these filters will help prevent heart disease as lungs and heart is one unit, if respiratory infections/ allergies / low levels of oxygen because of these does trigger a heart attack. Peanut allergies can be as serious as any other type of allergies but not deadly like sulfa / penicillin.

You need to focus on your overall health and change your lifestyle. Not only taking the prescribed medicines on time but also spending some time to exercise every day. You can also learn Yoga which can help you balance the mind and body, thereby help reduce the need for increasing dosage of medicines over time. Adapt a healthy lifestyle and try to implement the good habits in your daily routine. You can also add Homeopathy which helps the body to recover naturally. You contact me for further details.

High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. Having an hba1c between 8-9 shows that you are uncontrolled inspite of treatment and indicates that you are open to the complications of diabetes due to this uncontrolled state. Hba1c is an average of blood glucose over a span of 3 months. As hba1c starts to increase from 7.3 % onward the contribution of sugar disequilibrium is mostly contributed by raised fasting glucose rather than post meals blood glucose. If I ask you to check your sugars regularly- you will find your fasting glucose much raised than your post meals glucose. Hence you require change in the medicines that focus more on your fasting glucose and that will bring your hba1c down to the target of 7%.
