Take, plenty of water/ take, easily digestible diet/ avoiding junk food/go for meditation/ avoid dust/ smoke/ alcohol. Homeo-medicine -- coffea cruda 200-6 pills, at bedtime nux vom 30-6 pills, thrice a day.

Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take Berberis Aquafolium Q 10 drops with water twice a day. * Management part for the acne-- 1.drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2. Eat healthy and balanced diet including whole grain meals , green leafy vegetables and fruits. 3. avoid oily , junk and spicy food. *Home remedy for acne-- Crush coriander leaves and take out its juice, then mix it with a pinch of turmeric powder , now apply on acne at night. Vertigo is very common these days in any age group due to excess of noise exposure and damage to inner ear, humming sound, whistling and giddiness are the problems which are getting in people are very common these days, these get complicated when they are not taken care of at proper time whistling or buzzing in the ear is getting commoner these days in people of all ages. Most common causes is wax or any object in the ear, after getting your ears clean these gets over. But if ears are already clean than this is worrisome. Common causes which are responsible are high cholesterol diet, alcohol, smoking, loud noises, cervical spondylosis, trauma (self or inflicted) over the ears. If this is the situation than report to your ent doctor immediately tinnitus is basically due to hampered blood supply to ears due to which ears start dying. As this process starts a person starts hearing noises. When a person starts hearing noises then it is already late diagnosis as these noises gets heard by someone when they are of 40 db intensity, below that threshold these noises are not heard. So it is already to late and the damage has become permanent. Problem with these noises are that we can control at what level person goes to his specialist otherwise these noises keep on increasing and can give you headache frustration and depression. Now a days tinnitus maskers are available which help you to lead your life peacefully. Giddiness is never the side effect of medication. And you need to show up for psychiatrist.

In my opinion you can take it in morning but it's better to get it confirmed by your treating doctor.

Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. to gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals(high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. you will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Hi lybrate-user. Thanks for writing in. At the age of 25 years its early to have visible ageing changes. But thanks to modern anti ageing treatments its possible to stop ageing and reverse some changes. You can start by using Good sunscreen like shadowz silk sunscreen during day time. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and For headache take tablet paracetamol 650 mg eight hourly and I will suggest her to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months.

Hair does tend to fall more in winters because of frizziness. Apply oil regularly to your scalp and keep it clean. Keep your comb separate and clean. Do not rub or massage scalp very hard as that will increase hair fall. Eat well. Don't skip meals and eat more protein like curd, milk, sprouts etc. Get enough sleep. Hair fall can be due to various reasons apart from season also. We need to find out the reason and apply treatment accordingly which can be given after a detailed case history. If above mentioned measures don't help please consult for treatment.

Healthy and glossy hair depends on a healthy and wholesome diet. Hair is made up of protein so a protein rich diet helps grow hair strong and healthy. Minerals are also important for lustrous hair. A recommended protein diet includes wheatgerm, pulses, legumes, and most importantly, soybean. Soybean is not only an excellent source of protein but it also acts as a DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) inhibitor reducing DHT levels in the body. If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1.Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2.Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3.Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5. Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. Hi effective method to treat dandruff would be to combine 2 tablespoons of fresh apple juice with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Dab this on the hair and keep it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. Do this for once or twice a week to cure dandruff. Apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp once in a week. Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation.

Mr bharat, what is the dosage? it appears that the dose is not adequate, or patient is not adhering to dietary restrictions as suggested and may not be doing any exercise at all. I would like you to furnish some more details like - weight, height, level of activity, current fasting and pp sugar levels and hba1c %. Hi, since childhood I am suffering from low body weight and growth. Kindly suggest a remedy for the same. I have tried all kindly of treatment but they are of no use (tried homeopathy, protein shakes, diet enhanching drugs etc)

eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines which I won't recommend. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

If your hair loss is due to hormonal dysfunction, foods rich in vitamins can help set that right. Vitamin A-rich foods such as mangoes, carrots and other yellow-colored foods can be a rich source of this important vitamin. However, too much intake of vitamin A can cause hair loss too, so be careful to not overdo it. Chickpeas are also said to work miracles in reducing hair loss, since they contain zinc and vitamins A and B6. Soybeans also contain valuable minerals that can aid in growing healthy hair.
