Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Hello, it's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: management: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! medication: start taking schwabe's phytolacca berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hi. I am sorry to hear about your loss. Losing someone causes grief reaction and this takes around 3 months to go completely. The stages of grief are. Initially there is denial for the loss that it is not possible to lose them. Second is anger towards god that why did he do this to you. Third stage of it is bargaining that god can have taken anyone one else or you instead of that person which also venish with tym. Fourth stage is depression which currently I think you r going through. And last stage is acceptance which will soon come and you will be out of it. If the stage persists for more than few months than definitely you should consult to a psychiatrist. So be cool and let the tym travel. If still you feel that you need treatment you can consult me. Here is a sample diet to help you understand the diet. Early Morning: Green tea ( sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits ( avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee sugarless + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori. Exercise regularly for atleast half an hour daily.

Sexual health is an often neglected area in India, due to the topic of sex being a taboo. Some studies show that your sex-drive is a reflection of your overall well-being due to its link with the other hormones in the body. All the hormones in our body collectively affect our mood, consciousness, and mental health.

Ayurveda has known the importance of sexual health since ancient times and used various herbs to not only increase sex drive but for the overall nourishment of the reproductive system.

Here is a list of the prominent herbs that are excellent for sexual health:

1. Ashwagandha

Also known as Indian ginseng, this is an aphrodisiac for men and increases blood flow to the reproductive organs and relaxes the nerves thereby increasing sex drive. You can take 2 gm of the powder in the evening or tablets that are available according to the dosage.

2. Shilajit

This is one of the most valuable herbal remedies which is only found in the Himalayas. It is literally the fossilized remains of medicinal plants and is found in a resinous form. Shilajit can increase sperm count in men and ovogenesis in women. The recommended dosage is 300 to 500 mg per day.

3. Hibiscus flower

Hibiscus is used for hair growth and arthritis but its petals are also a good aphrodisiac. It also contains antioxidants that fight ageing and preserve youthfulness. Have hibiscus tea like the Egyptians used to by mixing powdered hibiscus petals with tea.

4. Ginger

Ginger stimulates blood circulation to the pelvic area and also boosts energy levels. Mix half teaspoon of grated or chopped ginger with honey and have it.

5. Shatavari

This one is more suitable for women though it has some effect on men also. It is a calming tonic that regulates the female hormones. You can boil the crushed roots on medium flame and drink the water or you can use the powdered form (3-6 gm) gradually moving towards a higher dose.

6. Kaunchbeej

Known is English as mucuna pruriens, is one of the rare natural sources of powerful hormonally active compounds that can affect mood and mind. It stimulates the production of growth hormones, energizes the muscles and raises sex-drive in both men and women.

it may be because of the oil you are applying, it may be adulterated. Change the oil your are using. .Kindly add camphor to the oil, only a pinch. If your have dandruff then you apply durdurpatradi oil over your scalp. Good luck.

Hello lybrate user, please try to find out what exactly cause you a big pain like is it because of riding bike, over strain while lifting any weight, or due to any improper posture while sleeping etc. Please try to elicit what causes you more pain.
