First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

I am 22 and I have less beard and mustache. I want a full beard. If any treatment for my issue? It's not a genetic issue for me. My father have good beard also at his young age. You may use minoxidil.... And you are right that it is a hormonal issue but it is dangerous to manipulate hormones.... they can make the whole system haywire... and have many side effects... So I usually advise not to do anything.. It should be left on its own..

Sir your dentist has diagnosed it absolutely right. You can go for occlusal grinding for relief or orthodontic correction for the same. After a dental professional (like a dentist or oral pathologist) has diagnosed you with linea alba, they will most likely start treatment by advising you to get rid of whatever irritants or behaviors are causing the condition. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine alfalfa tonic (sbl) (1tbs) twice a day for 15 days and revert. *avoid fried and spicy food *avoid stress and anger. *take a sound sleep. *take milk twice a day *include fruits, vegetables in your diet. *take small meals.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Discharge from ear means there is a damage to ear drum. If the injury is small it may heal on its own. Antibiotics and ear drops should help. If not then only ENT surgeon will be able to guide. Thanks.

Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Hi, The tendency for fungus to recur in many adults, especially on the feet and toenails, is a genetic condition. Their skin cannot recognize the fungus as foreign and get rid of it. After having a fungus there for a while the body's immune system learns to live with the fungus and no longer tries to get rid of it. Steps to prevent fungal infection of the skin includes: - Wearing shower sandals in public showering areas, wearing shoes that allow the feet to breathe, and daily washing of the feet with soap and water. - Drying the feet thoroughly and using a quality foot powder can also help prevent fungal infection. - Change clothes -- especially underwear – everyday. - Keep feet clean, cool and dry. Change socks. Wear shoes that "breathe" like leather, rather than plastic. - Make sure shoes fit correctly and are not too tight. - Avoid walking barefoot, especially in bathrooms, locker rooms, gyms, on carpeting, and in public bathing areas. Wear slippers or stand on a towel or piece of paper. - Keep toenails short, cut straight across and avoid ingrown nails. Do not use the same clippers on abnormal nails and normal nails. - Family members and close personal contacts should treat any fungus infections they may have to avoid trading back and forth. - Discard old shoes, boots, slippers and sneakers. Do not share footwear with others. Medication: Tellurium 200/ twice daily and Sulphur 200/ once a day daily - take them for 2 weeks. Revert me back there after.

Dear lybrate user, hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) effects of radio therapy or chemotherapy. 4) nutritional deficiencies. 5) autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. You need the following medications:- 1) take 5 drops of thuja 1000, once in a week. 2) take 5 drops of homoeopathic acid flour 200 every morning before brushing your teeth. 3) take 4 tablets from biochemic kali sulph 6x tablets, thrice daily. Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face.

If the workload is causing the stress, learn to manage your work well. Even when you overdo exercise, it can cause stress. You could talk to your supervisor and tell him about the stress and he may suggest some better ways of doing what you are doing. Stress is eventually all about the perception of stress. If you change the outlook, the result will be 350`different. If there is a possibility to delegate some work to someone else, please do so. To feel energized you must eat healthy food involving whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Drink green tea and a lot of buttermilk every day. You may eat an egg every day too: it is a multivitamin and multi-mineral, all built into one. You must exercise regularly, especially the aerobic kind. Get at least 8 hours of good sleep and the more you sleep before midnight the better. Learn some stress management and meditation. You must identify our feelings and make sure you express all of them, appropriately. Maintain good relations, especially at home. Deep breathing exercises help to calm a person, immediately. Do not indulge in drinking and smoking.

Dengue Fever is Caused due to the bite of an infected female aedes aegypti mosquito, The disease can be fatal if Dengue Hemorrhagic fever or dengue shock syndrome developed Once bitten it takes about 3-10 days for the symptoms to appear. The most common symptoms are – 1. High fever 2. Severe Headache 3. Pain behind the eyes 4. Nausea and vomiting 5. Swollen lymph node 6. Muscle and Joint Pain 7. Exhaustion 8. Skin rash Following tips for Prevention of Dengue fever: 1. Turn over empty pails and buckets, so that they do not collect excess water. If the container that contains water cannot be emptied, remember to cover it well when not in use. 2: Remember to clean out empty flower pots and not to over water potted plants. It is advised to not have any stagnant water around as it acts as breeding ground for the mosquitoes. 3: Apply mosquito repellents on all exposed areas, during the day as well as at night on a regular basis to prevent dengue. 4: Make sure your window and door screens do not have any holes. If so, block those areas properly to eliminate mosquitoes. 5: If someone at home is ill with dengue, try to not let the mosquitoes bite them or others in the house. 6: sleep under a mosquito net (especially small children as they sleep during the day and hence, the chance of mosquito bite is high during this time). 7: If you use a cooler remember to empty out and clean the water tray regularly, even when not in use. 8: Always cover your dustbin when not in use. 9: A natural method to keep mosquitoes at bay is to plant Tulsi near your window. The plant has properties that do not allow mosquitoes to breed. 10: Using camphor as a repellent also works wonders. Light camphor in a room and close all the doors and windows. Leave it this way for about fifteen to twenty minutes to have a mosquito free environment In Dengue fever Take homemade freshly prepared light food like chapati, dalia, curries, Fruits etc Plenty of fluids.

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.
