I'm a 22 year old guy. I've been suffering from severe hair loss from last two years, have grown bald spot on either side of my head in front. My scalp is itchy and dandruff prone. Can hair regrow in the bald spot? Please suggest something effective immediately. PS- I'm a nightowl cause I like to study at night. Does waking all night has got anything to do with this though I complete my sleep of 6 hrs in day.

timing is improved. one method ids there that is stop and starting method. start masturabation then note the time give some gap then again start. better to maintain much time. dont split. improves daily with hand practice first time 5 minutes next 10 minutes. do just like exercise. once split it. then stop hand practice. or one more method is foreplay with much. dont go sex for much time. give much priority for foreplay. then finally insert. then she feels happy. better to talk middle of the time. vulgarity words gives much kick in sex. spend most of the time general conversation. dont feel anxiety. divert mind at the time stroke time. think some other thing. dont think and analyse her feelings. then you do much time. take good food in time. walk more time. before sex bath compulsory. decorate room with good perfume. enjoy every movement of sex. dont think too much seriously this aspect. just enjoy. dont go any medicine for this problem. once you take after that you can not do anything without medicine. so dont go for medicine. be sociable all the time and be happy. ok all the best.

Hi, take complete bed rest. Consume high protein diet like sprouts, egg, soya, milk and milk products to regain the energy and strength which is lost due to the infection. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. Consume plenty of fluids. Take the antibiotics prescribed by the doctor for 10-14 days. Avoid outside food and fresh and hot home made food is preferred.

You maybe suffering from allergic rhinitis and pharyngitis. You need to avoid the cause of your allergies and also take anti allergy medications. Please consult for prescription. If you have an infection and have fever you will need to do a course of antibiotics. For now do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation 3 times a day.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% fat, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /8-10 glasses of water daily 3. You are right. A woman with low levels of estrogen hormones is prone to get osteoporosis, means thinning of bones and tendency to get fractures. Bot that happens in women during and after menopausal years when the periods start getting less and stop completely but food pipe cannot digest enough calcium in food as her digestive process gets slow and she can't drink milk @ a 16 years old growing up active girl. Doctors are divided to give estrogen as a supplement I too feel about the risk of getting cancer due to estrogen supplements, rather keep the bones strong by exercise, taking supplements of calcium and vitamin d, to do day to day routine activities and to accept the truth about low estrogen and to drink milk, and curds and boiled eggs as these are simple proteins and can be digested easily. One can take lots of proteins supplements but I believe to eat and breathe nature.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Hi, Hi, There is an old-age saying - “Be happy and make others happy!” Follow this in your life and you will see the difference! Management: Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.

Reasons can be-* *sitting in inconvenient posture constantly, without changing your position or without movement, *wearing ill fitting sandals, *lack of exercise or *internal disorder like arthritis. Point to observe- * if you have difficulty in climbing stairs, take lift while going upstairs.
