Brain-to-body mass ratio, also known as the brain to body weight ratio, is the ratio of brain mass to body mass, which is hypothesised to be a rough estimate of the intelligence of an animal, although fairly inaccurate in many cases. A more complex measurement, encephalization quotient, takes into account allometric effects of widely divergent body sizes across several taxa.[1][2] The raw brain-to-body mass ratio is however simpler to come by, and is still a useful tool for comparing encephalization within species or between fairly closely related species. Follow the following tips :- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake: Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Hi lybrate-user, considering your height, you definitely are overweight. You may follow my diet chart on a regular basis along with exercise. Follow the following diet chart: morning: 6am: brisk walk for 45 min. Morning tea with 1 marie biscuit breakfast: 1 glass skimmed milk with 2 tsp cornflakes, 5 almonds: club sandwich with tomato, boiled potato, cucumber, ketchup or chutney (no butter or mayonnaise) 11am: orange or apple lunch: 2 thin chapattis, 1 katori yellow dal, mixed vegetable or any seasonal vegetable cooked in just 1 tsp oil, curd, citrus fruit. 4 pm: tea with murmura or roasted chana 7 pm: soup with club sandwich or dinner roll. Bedtime: 1 glass milk if hungry.

If you think that you are underweight, then doctor can find out the proper cause of it. It may be for poor intake of nutrition, stress, lack of exercise or disturbed sleep and also genetical factor. • You should take healthy balanced diet in which proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and fiber are there. Take these nutritional foods regularly at proper time like almond, egg, nuts, dried fruits, banana, milk, whole grains, using low-fat dairy products etc. • Don’t drink water when you are eating. It limits your food intake. • You should eat after properly chewing. It increases your digestive power. • You can take seasonal fruits. • Don’t go to sleep immediately after taking heavy meals. • Do regular exercise. • Sleep at least 8 hours. • Avoid spicy food, cold drinks. You do not mention your height. Your weight should be at this age 55kg to 68kg. Excellent result you can get with properly use of homeopathic treatment. Jaise soya bean ya chicken and eggs agar abb non- eg consume kar sake daily 1-2 glass milk and dry fruits like almonds and walnuts (akrot aur badam, daily 3-4) height ke liye daily half - 1 hour cycling and pull ups. Genetic problem na ho to height 1-2 inch badh sakti (zyada se zyada, isse zyada nahi) hai naturally males me after 18 but not in females. Aapki present height bhi bata de.
