The swelling can be managed with cold compresses. Do 10 minutes of cold every 2-3 hours. Do not starin or do physical activities till swelling subsides.

Hello, Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Badiaga 200 and Chrysarobinum 200 - both twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day. Take following remedies 1. Laghu sut shekhar ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner.

My age 42 I had did ultra sonography and I have mild prostate enlargement and post void volume is129 cc serum creatinine is 0.90 and urine report normal. Psa level 0.971.i not feel frequent not I wake up to void night. Pls suggest I have any problems later and can I have prostatic.

I have read your concern about pores on your face. There are various reasons that can cause pores to appear larger: oil, dirt, and skin cells can clog them and expand their diameter (and once the clutter has oxidized and darkened, create blackheads); and while they're generally most noticeable on congestion-prone oily skin, they can also flatten out and look bigger If you have oily skin, you are more likely to have pronounced pores. Overactive sebaceous glands (or simply, oil glands) cause oil to constantly pass through the pores, and in some cases, clog them. This may lead to skin's loss of elasticity, which result in enlarged-looking pores. You can apply coconut oil to make skin regularly/ evenly oily instead of the irregular/uneven oiliness which damages look and gets clogged The unproven myth is that pores open and close. While the truth is despite what people believe is that you cannot steam your pores open. 'Pores do not have muscles around their opening to allow them to open and close,' However, steaming the skin can help loosen up underlying debris, making blackheads easier to extract. Homemade sugar scrubs can be of great help in reducing large pores as they exfoliate the skin and remove excess oil and impurities. Mix two tablespoons of sugar, one tablespoon of olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice. Gently rub it on your skin for 20 to 30 seconds, and then wash it off with cool water. 1. Method-2 Prepare a scrub by combining grounded almonds powder and orange peel powder. Apply it on your face rubbing in a circular motion. It's the best cure for opened skin pores. 2. Mash a banana. Add two teaspoons of sweet almond oil to it. Apply it. Rinse off after 20 minutes.

For fair skin : • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. . • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion .

Ayurvedic Treatment For Skin Allergies!

Skin allergies are often indicated by redness, scaly, itchy, chapped or bumpy skin. These may occur due to a variety of factors. Usually, when an allergen or a foreign element comes in contact with skin, it triggers an immune system response leading to an allergic skin condition. Other factors may include climatic changes like heat and cold, infections, cosmetics, specific foods or even medications resulting in Skin Allergies. Often, mild skin allergies do not sustain for long even if these are not treated. However, to get relief from the pain and added discomfort caused by these skin allergies, these home remedies are a lot easier and safe bet.

1. Cool down the itch

Use typical ice packs or cold running water over the infected part to treat itching. Using a cold water cloth over infected area relieves from suffering. Do not try using hot water as it relaxes in the beginning but makes the condition worse later.

2. Scare the scar

Aloe Vera is the best bet in almost all skin ailments due to its remarkable anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties. Regular oral intake of 2-4 teaspoons of aloe vera gel or the application of its pulp on areas of dark spots or scars eradicates scars and rashes from the face and other skin areas.

3. Act on Acne with Apple Cider

The best option to treat the most irritating yet much prevalent skin ailment is apple cider vinegar. Add one part of apple cider vinegar to three parts of water. Mix it well. Use cotton balls to apply this solution on acne directly and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse with water. Apply this three times a day to seek optimum results.

4. Coconut Oil sways away Eczema

First, wash your hands with utmost care. Then, pat them dry. Use your fingers to slowly rub the coconut oil on the affected area. Leave it for some time to get it dry. Use it as many times as you want to get the benefits. Actually, application of this oil on the affected portion is recommended for longer duration for best results.

5. Bye-Bye to rashes with Baking Soda

Baking Soda is to be applied on the rashes directly. Then, to get better results, press the skin softly and see the rashes disappear soon. Consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Hi , we have an excellent medicines in homoeopathy to cure freckles permanently. Take lemon juice and honey in equal quantities with pinch of salt, apply on freckles, leave 15-20 mins and wash with cold water, along with medicines. May I know howlong are you suffering from this problem?

Hi My age about 28. Weight 82 kgs and height 6" feet. Working in bank since 2011. Its desk job. And i'm doing exercise since last 8 years normally. Before joining to gym my skin is very fair. After doing gym by the time its turned in to black. I want know why skin is turned in dark on face n body. I lost glow on face too. please help me. I'm going to do marry soon. I'm feeling guilty at my friends n all when they are looking at me with sad feeling. I was very handsome before. I lost glow. The cause of blackness of face are * Long time exposure of Sun rays * Improper diet * Excessive Use of cosmetic products follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. Lack of proper care to your facial and neck skin therefore leads to sagging skin, which may set in even before you start aging. This is a problem that many women face immediately they hit 40, which is made worse by onset of early pre-menopause symptoms. Below are some ways through which you can prevent sagging of face and neck: 1. Avoid sun exposure Overexposure to sun leads to the occurrence of wrinkles and loose skin on face and neck respectively. Overexposing yourself to sunrays does not lead to immediate damage. Instead, the damage builds up as you age, exploding in wrinkles and loose skin. By avoiding overexposure to sunrays, you greatly minimize the occurrence of the same. 2. Use moisturizers and creams often Keeping your facial and neck skin moisturized all the time prevents early occurrence of both wrinkles and sagging skin. In particular, go for moisturizing creams containing vitamin A, Retin-A, Shea butter, glycolic acid and vitamin C as ingredients. Get Good Rest The common saying that your body needs rest is not restricted to internal organs. Your body includes your skin. Exercise Regularly Performing anaerobic exercises has a positive effect on your facial and neck skin. Combining anaerobic exercises with strength training exercises has been found to prevent wrinkles and sagging skin. Note that the connective tissue (collagen) underneath the outer layer of your skin decreases as you age, leading to occurrence of wrinkles and sagging skin. By undertaking these exercises, you not only boost the levels of collagen but also strengthen neck muscles, leading to tight skin and prevention of sagging skin. 6. Stop Smoking It is very important to avoid factors that contribute to sagging skin. Smoking in particular introduces into your body harmful chemical, some of which put you at risk of having sagging skin apart from causing other serious diseases. Although you may have to deal with wrinkles in old age, sagging skin is something you should fight at all costs.
