Creams and lotions alone cannot give you flawless skin. For your skin to glow, pay attention to what you eat. Your skin is constantly shedding cells that are replaced by new cells.   1. Spinach - Don't eat spinach only for its iron. Spinach also contains vitamin A and B that are known for their anti- aging properties. This helps prevent the formation of wrinkles and removes dead skin. Vitamin B also protects the skin from the effect of UV rays and skin cancer. Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Work is a part of life, work is not life. One tends to be addicted to work for various reasons 1. You enjoy what you do 2. You are not confident about the work quality and therefore keep at it so that no one can point out mistakes 3. You feel if you are not worried about your work, that means you are not a responsible person. 4. You have no hobbies or plan for what to do after work. Assess what is your reason for being a workaholic. Set daily targets for yourself and while planning your day in the morning itself plan for the family time. Avoid going on the social media, rather start with whatever is easiest for you to do - chatting with a friend, family member, pursuing a hobby (social networking is not a hobby- it is an escape from the real world).

Doctor my Mom is Going Healthy. Even she doesn't Eat any type of junk food. Sometimes Her Legs/feet Got Swelling. And she is also having Low (Haemoglobin 8.45) as it seen in blood Test. Please do treadmill for at least 45-60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day.

Kids have all their baby teeth by age 3. These are called Primary teeth. Baby teeth start falling out around age 6; that’s when the permanent, or adult teeth start coming in. gaps between baby teeth are normal. They make room for the permanent teeth. Most permanent teeth come in by age 13

Tips to keep kids teeth healthy and strong:

0-2yrs
• Wipe gums with a wash cloth after feeding to avoid plaque that can cause tooth decay
• Start brushing twice daily using soft bristle tooth brush once first primary tooth erupts

3-5years
• Start using fluoride toothpaste at age 3- use only pea- sized amount. Make sure your child spits it out after brushing
• Try to break thumb sucking and pacifier habits by age 4

6-9 years
• Start flossing as soon as teeth touch/ contact each other
• Until children are able to practice proper oral health habits alone, parents should help their child brush and floss twice a day

10-12years
• Require children who plays support to wear a mouthguard to protect their smile

Hi, should advice to avoid continuous sitting it can aggravate the pain better should in lying position. Avoid spicy foods, potato, bread, chapatti and fried items. Advice to drink more water. Please follow the tips below to feel better: Wear anti-glare spectacles while using a computer. Practice the 20/20/20 exercise. Every 20 minutes, focus/look at an object that's at least 20 feet away, for 20 seconds. Blink often when you are watching TV or working on your computer. Decrease the brightness level of your computer’s/mobile phone’s screen. Don't decrease it so much that you have trouble seeing. Minimize watching television. Use UV protection sun glasses when out in the sun. You can also use artificial tear eye drops (E. G. Refresh) every 2- 3 hours to keep the eyes moist. Make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.
