What is sleep paralysis and its common causes?
Sleep paralysis is a sleeping disorder, its symptoms are such  that you suddenly feel in the middle of the night or in mid sleep that you can't move, react, talk, etc. and feel that your body has frozen. This immobility is accompanied with frightful or eerie visions or sounds, which are not the reality and you still hallucinate. 
This is often caused because of the following reasons, which are considered common causes of sleep paralysis:

  • A medical condition called narcolepsy
  • No fixed time of sleeping and waking, thus creating imbalance in sleep patterns
  • Inadequate sleep through the 24 hours
  • Excessive stress and workload
  • Alcohol consumption or drug abuse

  • Extreme caffeine consumption

STOP ALCOHOL ONCE FOR ALL. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I was 75 kg before 2 years. After that I slightly kind of became a stress eater. That means from a certain point in my life till now, eating different kinds of tasty oily food only gives me happiness. If I become sad also I eat so much and happy also I eat too much. Dealing with stress by eating is a common occurrence. 'Comfort food' tends to make you feel better because it is usually something delicious, fried or sweet, and loaded with calories. It is also seen that people with anxiety and depression tend to resort to comfort eating. The problem is that being overweight or obese puts you at a high risk for heart disease and diabetes. I suggest you talk to a psychiatrist to look for any depression or anxiety. If that is the underlying cause, medication and counseling will help you. Other than that you need to consult an experienced nutritionist who will help you plan a diet which suits your lifestyle. Don't go for any fad diets or plans which are in vogue; not all of them are suitable for everyone to implement. You will need to incorporate exercise along with dietary modification and lifestyle change. The best results are seen with a combination of diet and exercise. Before starting any form of exercise, consult a doctor and get a check up done. Do not opt for very strenuous exercise immediately as you might injure yourself or harm yourself. Keep in mind this is a long road, with lot of obstacles, but with motivation and hard work you will be able to achieve your goals. Wish you the best.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Any exercise which pumps up heart rate is good. You can try'7 minute exercises' from -FitnessBlender- on YouTube. You can also try HIIT or Tabata or Aerobics from this channel or from -PopsugarFitness- Do at least 45 mins exercise. Better to go to an open park instead of home.

If you are suffering from hypertension then you should consume anti hypertensive medicine regularly. If your bp is normal then there is no need to take this medication.
