According to your height your wieght should be 48 kg.Start taking aloevera giloy juice twice daily and medohar guggle 2 tds empty stomach with warm water.Do brisk walking daily for 1 hour.

I am 52 years old men height is 180 cm weight is 118 kg since last 10 years increased are 25 kg , snore badly please advice how to reduce weight? my daily diet two chapati in bf, 3/4 with veg in a/n, two chapati with veg in night, thrice a week drinks 2/3 peg large ,twice a week chicken, sweet occasionally ,tea 4/5 cup a day can not do regular exercise due to some of medical problem such as loose motion, back or body pain, body size chest 44" stomach 52' waist 47" having stomach problem from last 5 years firt starts with body pain then loose motion then fever it happens at least once in month.

Hello Lybrate user, You are over weight by 40 kg, approx with snoring ,sleep apoena which reduces oxygen supply to over load your lungs & heart. You hv to make your self strong to refuse alcoholism ,non veg, junk food. It may cause high BP, diebetes, cardiac problem. * Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * Tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Good walk for 30-45 minutes, high fibrous diet, avoid sitting at chair for more than 1/2 hr at a stretch and stand up n walk in between and some herbs (simple) will get you that if you want it. For herbs please furnish more details of food habit and physical work habitshabits. May meet local ayurveda doctor.

Hi lybrate-user you should take 1 litter worm water +3 pinch miniral salt add due to early morning and avoid high carb food exm. Chappti and rice and bread etc. U should take high protein food and green veg.

Watch your diet and do some exercises that you are able to do. Yoga will be the best. Do not go for aggressive work out. Reduce sugar and oil. Take luke warm water with lemon/lemon tea or green tea 3-4 times a day. Take light meals.

Dear your mother's fat has deposited in the abdomen and liver. Causing fatty liver. To reduce this fat she needs to control her diet and lifestyle. Have more of protein foods but low fat and complex carbs. If she does some activity your wil be faster. The diet has to be regulated over the day. Dear lybrate user, try this two yoga for having flat belly. Do it regularly five times each of 30 rounds. These yoga are namely vinyasa flow and naukasana. Best results if done regularly and as per instructions in one week. For further more please revert back to me.

Weight reduction: regular yoga practices and exercise are vitally important, especially for seniors and long standing obese. But only these two will not lead to weight loss until cut back on sugars and carbohydrates and weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements. Sugar should be restricted to only five tea spoon=25 gm daily intake and carbohydrates are to be in complex form. If interested for full regimen, inform us.

Tips for regular weight lose: increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables and low calorie foods. Avoid intake of too much salt as it may be a factor for increasing body weight. Milk products like cheese, butter etc. And non-vegetarian foods should be avoided as they are rich in fat. Mint is very beneficial in losing weight. A chutney of green mint with some simple spices can be taken with meals. Mint tea also helps. Spices like dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper etc. Are good for loosing weight and can be used in a number of ways. Regular intake of carrot juice. Avoid rice and potato, which contain a lot of carbohydrates. Among cereals wheat is good. Vegetables like bitter gourd (karela), and bitter variety of drumstick are useful in loosing weight. Honey is an excellent home remedy for obesity. It mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body allowing it to be utilized as energy for normal functions.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 - 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Hi Lybrate user … Eat few these things for reducing fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Almonds: Rich in Vitamin E and has high fiber content that will make you feel full and reduce your hunger. Green Leafy Vegetables: They are rich in fiber and very low in calories. They will help in preventing water retention. Avocado: They are rich in high fiber and have high monounsaturated fatty acids that help in reducing belly fat. Cucumber: Cucumber is a vegetable that has high water content and is very low in calories. Watermelon: It is a fruit that has 80% water content in it and very few calories. They help in easily attaining desired waistline. Take 100g protein daily in a day meal.

I'm 23 years old and my weight is about 77 kg. I have knee knock problems since last 2 t0 3 year in both legs....
1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

Simple things like exercises, certain yogasans, working out, and walking twenty minutes after each meal will definitely help your body to lose weight gradually if done daily and systematically. You could reduce the intake of rice and use more wheat products instead. Also taking wheat gruel added with a little honey as one time meal everyday or taking a glass of water (never warm or hot water) added with half teaspoon of honey daily morning on empty stomach also will help you a lot. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hello, May be you are working out efficiently. Try and, monitor your exercise with the help of qualified fitness trainer. If the diet is not correct, you cannot expect fruitful results. Close monitoring of diet is also, required. Weight loss happens when calorie output exceeds calorie input.
