Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Follow the tips 1. Clean your face twice a day using lukewarm water to dissolve oil. 2. Avoid touching your face with your hands as this germs to your facial skin, making it to breakouts. 3. Ensure that you drink 10-12 glasses of water daily. 4. Avoid fried and spicy food. 5. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. 6. Avoid harsh skin products. Take homeopathic medicine nat mur 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update.

I am a 31 year male. Since last 3-4 months, dark circles have come up under my right eye and recently it has got a little darker. I gave tried a few dermatologists but of no help. Hi There are various causes for loss of sleep. Among them the major cause of loss of sleep or insomnia are stress, anxiety, taking of junk foods fast foods, lack of physical activity, hyperacidity etc. So it is required to find out the cause and treat accordingly. Before that you can adopt various natural method to get a sound sleep like daily practice of yoga, pranayam, avoid of all sort unhealthy foods. Do minimum 30 to 45 minutes of walking or jogging regularly at morning. Do not watch TV or Mobile before going to bed. You can take Homeopathy medicine passiflora-Q- 15 drops with 1/2 cup of water 3 times daily and Kali phos-6X - 4 tabs 3 times daily. If still you are not getting proper sleep then consult to your doctor. Thank you.

Zika virus spreads through a bite of mosquitos and fever with red eyes with rash over the body are few symptoms of it and See to it that there is no stagnation of water in your house and nearby locality for more than seven days because these are the breeding grounds for mosquitoes

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.
