Tab. Meftal spas three timnes a day you can take till you have pain during menses. If it is severe then ultrasound should be done. If mild to moderate pain no need to do any ultrasound.

Check whether its a mannerism you have developed which manifests your anxiety or just a habituated behavior while involving in some activities which are interesting or the ones which involve a deep thinking process. If so remind yourselves before you start any such activity that you should be careful not to do it. There is also a possibility that you are suffering from trichotillomania for which seek the help of a clinical psychologist.

1. Stop smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption 3. Reduce your weight if overweight to desired level 4. Avoid sedentary life style, Go for regular exercise and play some games 5. Do yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotions and relieve stress 6. Sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 6. Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vege tables, fruits. 7. Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods and drink plenty of water

Use homeopathic Arnica hair oil daily. Oral homeopathic medicines will help after knowing cause and location of scalp baldness for further help. So consult privately if required. Avoid chemically prepared shampoos and other products. Healthy diet & sound sleep will stop current hair fall. Tc.

There's 3-4% risk of loss libido. If at all it occurs title occurs within 6-8 weeks of usage. And is completely reversible. If you have started it more than 2 month s n not experiencing any problem. Stop worrying about that.

I am diabetic patient since last three yrs. During routine check up it was found that my creatinine is 1.04. Six months back it was 0.89. Fasting sugar is 110 and PP is 115. My age is 54. What should I do to lower the creatinine level back up to 0.7 to 0.8. Microalbumin in urine is 1.70. Normal range is up to 30. My fasting sugar is always between 100 and 110. How to lower this? I am taking Glycomet SR 500 tab in half. That is 250 mg once in a day in evening. I am much worried about kidney health.

Hi lybrate-user the earliest feasible indicator to predict kidney function derangement in patients of diabetes is urine microalbumin and not kidney function test (kft) which unfortunately is most commonly prescribed. Amongst the parameters tested in kft it is serum creatinine that is most commonly focussed by both doctors and patients. Serum creatinine is a byproduct of protein metabolism in the body. It's normal values differs for ages, for sex and for your body state of health. Hence unless it is very much out of range you don't needy to worry much because at low levels it fluctuates. Your urine microalbumin is within range. Hence you are safe. Regards.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

  1. Circuit training: Circuit training is a type of workout that involves doing one exercise after another in a set time frame. There is no rest between the exercises and this increases the fat burning effect in the body. A typical workout consists of push ups, squats and sit ups.
  2. Diet: It is important that the food you are eating provides you with the necessary nutrients that allow your body to recover. Exercising takes a toll on your body; so eating a well balanced diet allows your body to recover from the stress of the workouts.
  3. Drink coffee: Drinking coffee before your workout increases your energy levels and enhances performance. It has also been reported that drinking coffee before a workout makes the workout more enjoyable.
  4. Exercise outside: Taking your workouts helps you in feeling more energetic and revitalized. It has also been reported that working out outdoors has a beneficial effect on your self-esteem. Exercising outdoors motivates you to work out regularly.

Hello, first of all stop using the dye on hair and follow the below guidelines:- Correct our diet because what we are eating , that is reflecting on our body, so we should take Foods that are rich in iron and zinc help our body to fight against white hairs. Eat these following foods; like mushrooms, corns, green leafy vegetables, almonds etc. Avoid too much oily foods. Drink adequate water. Our Homoeopathy also helps to reduce and prevent the hair fall. 1. you should take lycopodium 200 , 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. 2. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , once a day. 3. Apply jaborandi Hair Oil (SBL) on your hair and scalp thrice in a week. 4. Wash the hair with Montana herbal shampoo(SBL).
