Hi I wanna know 1 thing and that is I have one cousin brother and he often use social networking sites and when he surfed any social networking site then he usually send messages to unknown persons and then if they do not reply to my brother message then he usually send them messages again and again until they reply to his question (message) and few time ago my brother has send one message to one politician and in that message he has wrote that please become my friend and at that time .that politician has told my brother to talk with him via call but my brother do not talk to him via call and at that time my brother starts disturbing that politician and then few hours later (that politician send one message to my brother and in that message that politician has wrote .i m going to feed an fir against uh and that time my brother has said sorry to him and that politician said its ok but do not disturb me again but few months ago my brother again send one message to that politician and in that message he has again wrote that please become my friend and then that political has asked the reason for why do my brother wanna do friendship with him then my brother told him the reason and then that politician said to my brother:-why are you talking like girls with me then my brother has told him that aisa kuch nahi hai and then my brother and that politician start chatting with each other sometimes but few days before my brother said one thing to that politician and that is:-nice dp and after seeing that message that politician has blocked my brother and thats why my brother make a call to him and then my brother has asked to him (why did uh have blocked me) then at time that politician said my brother -(why are uh disturbing me) and why do uh wanna become my friend and that time my brother told him that I like to make new friends and then he has told my brother -(why are you talking like girls) and then he has suddenly hang up the call and then after waiting for sometime my brother has again make a call to him and then that politician has shouted on my brother and then he has also said my brother -(i do not wanna do friendship with uh and he has said to my brother .are you mad and that time my brother has told him that he is suffering from depression since his fathers death so now I wanna know that is these all things are normal or not and is there any insult feeling in this or not?

Your brother's behavior is obviously not normal. By abnormal, I mean he is interfering in someone else's life. Such kind of behavior is threatening to others. He is overindulging himself in making friends with others. This is like forcing others to become friends. This is a sort of passive aggression which is characteristic of depressed individuals. He tries to be close to others but gets irritated by their rejection. He feels unworthy and due to this he resends friend requests. Getting to know strangers may be good way of socializing but he is unnecessarily bothering others and himself. He needs to make friends in real life. Virtual friends do not add much to your social satisfaction. This way he may create legal problems for himself too. He needs professional counseling.

Do not wash hair with hot water for the very same reason, always use cold water or water at room temperature. Dry and frizzy hair when you walk out of the shower is the indication that the water was too hot for your hair.

Hi, most probably your ent physician, who you consulted, has prescribed you the right medicines given his clinical assessment of your problem. I would advise you here to have trust in him and complete medications as prescribed. Do visit him for a follow up as has been advised by him so that he can review treatment progress and do the needful. In the meantime, do keep your life style and diet streamlined. Avoid foods that you are allergic to, and also hot, spicy, cold foods and drinks. High calorie, sweets, oily, greasy and fast food stuff be best avoided. Do warm saline gargling at least twice daily. Avoid yellow bananas. Avoid direct blast of cold air and also avoid bath with cold water, use luke warm water instead. Keep your mouth clean, brush every time post meals, preferrably with a neem paste.

I feel when a person stops growing up, the hole also stops becoming lesser. It may remain at 2.2 mm. Go for repair operation with confidence to lead a normal life after surgery.

Most common skin disease due to wrong feeding habit such as irregular hours of eating, improper food, excess of starches sugar food n bakery products. Excess of fatty foods, chronic constipation and menstruation disorder in female are some of common cause in this also it? s found in cases of excessive use of tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco and hence only depend on ointment? s / otc products n medicine? s does not serve your any purpose, but suppressed a symptom n same re-appear after some time with brutal symptoms particularly in skin diseases issue so find out where you have to correct? fresh juicy fruits, such as apple, pears, grapes, pineapple, lemon, or plan water either hot or cold should be drink. Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicine Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update with the feedback. Use Arnica hair oil and Arnica shampoo.

DEAR LYBRATE USER...A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric on face with gentle massage,two times in a day...B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of triphala juice ,at night before sleep...C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…D) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyavardhini rasa after meals...Do all these things for 15 days ..it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions..THANKS

Replace Junk Food With Healthy Substitutes

No matter how healthy a diet you're maintaining to keep your body fit, an occasional craving for Pizzas, Burgers, Potato Chips and other fast foods are bound to happen and are very normal. However, junk foods not only disrupt a healthy dietary routine, according to a recent research conducted in the Ontario based University of Waterloo, there is a direct relation between the craving for junk food and disruption in the normal functioning of the brain. Here is a list of healthy and tasty substitutes for junk foods which might be considered as alternatives when you have those sudden and strong cravings.

  1. Puffed rice: A cup of puffed rice contains balanced amounts of calories (54), fat (0.13 gram), carbohydrates (12.29 gram), protein (0.98 gram), iron and fiber. Mix it with little amounts of green chutney, tamarind chutney, chilies, potatoes and peanuts and you have "bhel", a tasty and healthy snack munched on all across India, which is not at all harmful as compared to the high fat containing fast foods.
  2. Corn: Corns have a balanced amount of carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins and other minerals in them. Roasted corn or boiled corn with lemon juice and little spices can be used as tasty yet healthy substitute for junk foods.
  3. Rice crackers: If you can't make up your mind about whether or not to pick up the packet of potato chips from the market, don't bother. Try nachos or rice crackers instead. Every bit of it is as tasty as the potato chips; rice crackers contain a large amount of fiber and a minuscule amount of fat.
  4. Nuts: According to a recent research, chocolate cravings occur because of a lack of magnesium content in the body. Chocolates contain an unbelievable amount of calories (290); so you can have nuts such as almonds as substitute foods whenever you get that inimitable chocolate craving.
  5. Homemade Frozen Yogurt: Yogurt contains little amount of calories and a considerable amount of proteins. Frozen yogurts can be the best alternatives to ice creams.

Here are 5 ways to add a glow to skin 1. Exfoliate - exfoliation is defined as the removal of dead skin cells on the skin's outermost surface. You can use exfoliating gloves or a brush to get the job done and see the difference in your skin immediately. Exfoliating keeps your pores from clogging, which is another benefit in regards to acne control. The renewal process of your skin is sped up and your moisturizer will penetrate deeper into the skin which will give you that moist glow. Exfoliation also helps with uneven skin tone as it removes dead skin cells which contribute to that uneven look. Consistent exfoliation of your skin will help with wrinkle prevention in addition to giving you smooth glowing skin. 2. Exercise - there's a reason why athletes are some of the most beautiful people in the world. That reason is consistent blood flow. Exercising circulates your blood throughout your body giving it a natural flush to your skin. If you don't know where to start, try walking and taking the stairs whenever you get a chance. This will make your transition into other traditional routines more manageable when the time comes. After you initially get your body active there are many different physical activities to explore, especially if you are not into the traditional gym routine. Try kickboxing, tennis, running or spin classes. 3. Cucumbers - cucumbers not only taste great, but are filled with vitamin c and caffeic acid. When this happens you get that dry and patchy look and that is what you don't want. The object here is glowing skin, remember? chill your shower down just a tad. You will still be able to have a calming relaxing shower without stripping your skin of what it needs. Remember, don't stay in there for an hour. 5. Green tea - green tea is by far one of my favorite drinks. It's also one of my favorite methods for cleansing your skin topically as well (a good green tea facial cleanser will have your face glowing like a star). Green tea is by far one of the most powerful antioxidants you can utilize when adding a glow to your skin. Rich in antioxidants, green tea helps rid your skin of free radicals, reduces inflammation and feels great going down. 2 cups of green tea a day along with a good facial cleanser will have compliments raining down upon you.

migrane can be managed with lifestyle changes and medications, try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. It is very important keep a headache diary. Continue keeping your headache diary even after you see doctor. It will help you learn more about what triggers your migraines and what treatment is most effective. A dose of riboflavin in appropriate dose as prescribed by me, also may prevent migraines or reduce the frequency of headaches. Coenzyme q10 supplements may decrease the frequency of migraines, magnesium supplements may also be used to treat migraines do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

I am 26 yrs old male. Whenever I got up from my bed or sleep I got back pain it lasts upto 10 mins and then pain is gone and back to normal. I tried sleeping in floor too still I got pain. What can I do?

It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

This usually happens due to anxiety. The neurotransmitters involved in anxiety disorders in brain are the same that supply nerves of the involuntary muscles of the bowel. Hence anxiety in the mind and brain increases bowel and bladder activity too in some individuals. Once anxiety is managed your problems will resolve. Try some relaxation exercises like yoga and meditation during exams. Have a good sleep. For more queries and assistance consult me online.

Dandruff is one of the main cause of hair fall, other includes worry, inadequate sleep, lack of exercise, infection etc. You need a comprehensive treatment like local, internal, exercise and some diet advise, you have to keep the patience as treatment is bit of longer duration, if interested let us know.

After cesarian not taken advice medicines it's difficiancy of calcium, end iron. Change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, mines, minirales, protein, milk end milk products. Massaje mahabhringraj taila two times in a week. Wash with keshraj powder. Test hb% Dr. Tare.
