Your weight is not proper according to your height.You can do exercise like weight lifting and other muscle building exercise.These will help you to gain weight.Along with this eat balanced diet.Eat more food more frequently.Add cream with tea/coffee.Take ghee,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with food.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Take plenty of dense fruits and vegetables,unrefined foods.Eat fish,egg,lean meat,peas,beans,soy products,peanut,mushroom,tofu,peanut butter.Use extra healthy fat in cooking.avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Take stress free proper rest at night.

Hi lybrate-user your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

I always feel tired, m 26 yrs of age, I feel I hv very poor stamina. I get poor sleep. Its affecting my personal as well professional life. please suggest.

You can feel tired due to lack of essential nutrients, not getting enough sleep, a weak immune system, excessive drinking, skipping meals, emotional stress, and too much physical labor. Persistent weakness can be caused by health problems like anemia, arthritis, hypothyroidism, a sleep disorder, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes and heart disease. In these cases, it is very important to find out the exact cause behind your weakness. To feel energetic and refreshed in life, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking.

I am under weight. I'm 25 years old n having only weight of 36 kg. I wanna get at least 15 to17 kgs more as my height os 5" 3. How can I do it within 3-4 months . I do prefer eggs to eat. I am an asthma patient. Kindly tell me the ways n food material to gain my desired weight.

I want to know how to  decrease weight and improve metabolism which homeopathic medicine should be taken.
As I am Dr. So I know for which part medicine is good but for decreasing weight there are medicines but I suggest you not to take medicines. It is good to follow some rules as daily exercise, decreases oily food, take mostly salads in food, fruits intake, drink plenty of water. All these things increase your metabolism also.

I Am not Able to Work More than 3 Hours I start Feeling Tired and even headache. What should I do.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from tiredness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Body building or body deterioration happens gradually. It takes many years to build and many years for deterioration. Fitness, health, body building needs constant maintenance just like any machine or car. Muscles will build gradually at a gym, but will not vanish immediately if you leave gymming. It may take many years for the reduction. It depends on the diet you take and the continuation of exercise. Best thing is to do exercises regularly to stay fit for life. Health should be a long term project, done out of love for your body and wellness.

Take alfalfa malt and syrup. It's homeopathic medication. Natural. It's of SBL company very effective. Take dry fruits ,banana shake, rice potato and all protein diet. Like chole or rajma or paneer or pulses 70 gm daily. Moong sprouts in breakfast.

Do not eat 2 egg per day it will disturb your digetion if you want to increase weight then try this. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.
