Hello, according to ayurveda weight gain depends upon factors like proper digestion, sound sleep, and mental relaxation. Try these modifications for weight gain- a) avoid fast food and spicy diet. B) avoid late night sessions. C) wakeup early before 6: 30 and perform yogasana like pawan muktasana and slight running schedule. D) increase sweets and dairy products in your diet. E) try to sleep at least eight hours a day.

Hello, please take good care of your diet along with your medication for all. 1. You must add protein which does a cell formation for bone and may minor fractures will be cured. 2. Add calcium which stronger your bones. 3. Add omega-3 food supplement to it. Read about it in google, you will come to knwo the importance of omega-3 for met. 4. avoid day time sleep, avoid tea/coffee in late evening and after. avoid stress. 8 hours of sleep is ok.. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habbit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. If you want ayurvedic medicine for weight gain, then consult me privately. There is a very good ayurvedic medicine for weight gain, that increases 3 to 8 kg weight in the 1st month itself, without any side effects.

It can be done easily if you take cold water and non spicy food for few days and use pure herbal'vrushya' and brunghanadi combos and'stambhak' herbs which locks nightfall. Try for a month only for 100% satisfaction.

Dear Lybrate User, *Avoid maida, junk foods. *Avoid more tea. coffee, soft drinks. *Drink lemon juice with added salt and sugar. *Consume more fresh fruit juice, banana, apple etc. *Milk with 2tsp of ghee better. *Avoid stress practice yoga, breathing exercise.

Hi, If the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight.Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *Alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *Take GRD Powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk ,drink once a day

No pills will help you to gain weight in a healthy way. You should get a customised balanced diet plan from a dietitian and also start doing weight training2-3 times a week under the guidance of a certified trainer.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. You should do abdominal exercise. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take proper sleep. Avoid late night dinner. Take small and frequent meals.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Dear sir now a days I am using Zym for loose my weight. I sleep at 11.30 pm at night and wake up 5.30 am. But whole the day I feel lazy and wants to get sleep, but I can not sleep in office time. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

Do physical exercise as well as follow a balance diet.Eat lots of foods whenever you get time and eat more often.Use more dense fruits and vegetable s,whole wheat,whole grain,brown rice,bread.Add ghee,cream,cheese,butter etc with foods.Eat protein like fish,egg,lean meat,peas,peanut butter,soybean,tofu,mushroom.Take more nuts and seeds.Use good fat in cooking in extra amount.No water before and during meals.and do not skip meals.Take proper sleep.

To reduce fat avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Eat small amount of food.Use watery vegetables,whole fruits.Protein foods will help you in this area.Use small amount of healthy fat in cooking.Use lukewarm water after meals.Avoid too much oily and spicy foods.These are common things but for more quick result consult me privately on lybrate.
