Blend the mik with soaked figs, almonds and raisins an take in th morning on an empty stomach. 10 to15 mins after consuming the milk. Eat half a cup of mixture of overnight soaked raisins and green grams. Followed by breakfast.

Increase your mileage by 10 percent per week. For example, if you run 2 miles (3.2 km) per day, then add 2⁄10 mile (0.3 km) to your daily run for a week. Continue adding 10 percent to your run to increase your stamina. But make sure to alternate your training.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) Take 10-10ml of fresh lemon juice and honey before meal. B) take 30 ml of divya shwasari pravahi (PATANJALI AYURVEDA) along with 30 ml of water after meals. C) eat 5 gm of black cumin seeds along with 5 gm of jaggery after meals D) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. That being said, here are tips to gain weight faster: Don’t drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. Try weight gainer shakes. If you are really struggling then you can try weight gainer shakes. These are very high in protein, carbs and calories. Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you are trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories. Take creatine. The muscle building supplement creatine monohydrate can help you gain a few pounds in muscle weight. Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth.

hello , take high protrin and high calorie diet . take milk and milk products.have small ans frequent meals. do cycling and stretching exercise alternate days. take banana shake, strawberry shake. take after dinner any sweet item. take soya milk , sprouts, soya beans,whole pulses,paneer,egg white, lean meat.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Ashwagandha is a short woody shrub that belongs to the Solanaceae family. The powder is obtained from its roots. Take 1 glass of warm milk and add 2 tablespoons of ashwagandha powder to it. Then, mix one teaspoon of clarified butter (ghee). Stir it well and drink two times a day. Do this for one month.

He is very conscious about his health his weight is losing. He want to control his losing weight and want to increase this. He is not doing any gym or not taking any supplement. Is there any way to get increase & control it. And this weight which I mention is really satisfactory for this height or weight person. Can anybody help on this problem.

After following good dietary plan, if he is loosing his weight then he should go for liver function test, firstly he should find out the region of weight loss and cure it. For gaining weight, he can include good protein and carbohydrate in diet. Include milk and milk products, sprouts, chicken, fish, egg, whole grain cereals, dryfruits, fruit and fruit shakes in your diet. You should take small and frequent meal, like In early morning you can take 1 Fistful of dryfruits (3-4 Almonds, 1 Walnut, 2 Dates, 3-4 Raisins, 2-3 Cashewnuts, In BF- 1 Bowl Lobia Chaat / Veg Stuffed Besan Cheela/ Veg Stuffed Chapati with Veg / Curd ,In Mid morning- 1-2 fruit or lassi, I n Lunch- 2 Multigrain Chapati + 1 Bowl Chana Dal (For Non Vegetarians 1 Bowl Dal can be replaced with 2 Egg/100 Gms Chicken/100 Gms Fish) + 1-2 Bowl Allowed Vegetable + 1 Bowl Salad + 1 Bowl Curd, In evening tea- 1 Fistful Roasted Peanuts/ Roasted or soaked Kala Chana / Saute Nutrilla Chunks + 1 Cup Apple Shake, In dinner- 1-2 Multigrain Chapati (20% Besan + 20% Corn + 20% Soya Atta + 20% Oat Flour + 20% Ragi Flour) + 1 Bowl Allowed Vegetable + 1 Bowl Salad and at bed time you can have 2 dates with 1 cup milk.
