Hello, There is a possibility that there may have been a rupture condom. Power a pregnancy test should be done to confirm pregnancy anyhow.

Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk.

Hi the pain reason is because of stress over the involved arm due to muscle weakness which is because of sedentary life style if so. Need to do mild stretching of forearm muscles and shoulder stretching exercises. Than slowly need to progress to strengthening of shoulder muscle elbow and wrist joint. Plan for two weeks to get complete pain relief. Always start with stretching and warm up than only do exercise. Regards.

Hi, First check the urine for pregnancy. If it is positive, then consult your gynaecologist who will prescribe some medications to end this pregnancy and later get an IUCD inserted after getting your periods which gives protection for 3-5 years.

Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle should be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is unchangeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it effects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age.

The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour. Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee from your diet.  Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  Don't just focus on Weight. Focus more on buildinjg Fitness. Reduce socialising/company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. Love yourself and respect your body. This is the best path to good health and happiness.
