Bed wetting is called enuresis. It could be due to the immature bladder which cause her to do it in bed without letting her know. I would advise you to go for homoeopathic treatment. It gives best results in bed wetting.

Apply coconut oil and massage everyday before taking bath and apply moisturiser after bath. Take an antihistamine in the night for a week if the itching is serious. Consult your dermatologist if it doesn't come down.

If you aren’t sure what the end result is, the confusion will make it impossible to focus. 4) Divide Blobs. If you have a large project that needs work, clearly identify a path that you will use to get started working on it. If the sequence of actions isn’t obvious, it will be difficult to concentrate. Taking a few minutes to plan not only your end result, but the order you will complete any steps, can save hours in wasted thinking. 5) Know the Rules Get clear on what the guidelines are for the task ahead. What level of quality do you need? What standards do you need to follow? What constraints are there? If the rules aren’t clear from the outset, you will slip out of concentration as you ponder them later. 6) Set a Deadline Deadlines have both advantages and disadvantages when trying to force concentration. A deadline can make it easier to forget the non-essential and speed up your working time. If you give yourself only an hour to design a logo, you will keep it simple and avoid fiddling with extravagant designs. Time limits have disadvantages when they cause you to worry about the time you have left instead of the task itself. 7) Break down Roadblocks Roadblocks occur whenever you hit a tricky problem in your work. This can happen when you run out of ideas or your focus wavers. Break down roadblocks by brainstorming or planning on a piece of paper. Writing out your thought processes can keep you focused even if you might become frustrated. 8) Isolate Yourself Become a hermit and stay away from other people if you want to get work done. Unless your work is based on other people they will only break your focus. Create a private space and refuse to talk to anyone until your work is finished. Put a sign on your door to steer away drop-ins and don’t answer your phone. 9) Healthy Body, Sharper Mind What you put into your body affects the way you concentrate. Nobody would expect peak performance if they showed up drunk to work. But if you allow yourself to get chronic sleep deprivation, overuse stimulants like caffeine or eat dense, fatty foods your concentration will suffer. Try to cut out one of your unhealthy habits for just thirty days to see if there is a difference in your energy levels. I’ve found even small steps can create dramatic changes in my ability to focus. 10) Be Patient Before I write an article, I often sit at my desk for a fifteen or twenty minutes before I put finger on the keyboard. During this time I feel a strong urge to leave or do something else. But I know that if I am patient, I’ll stumble upon an idea to write about and enter a state of flow. Without a little patience, you can’t take advantage of flow when it rushed through you. If you need strong concentration I recommend periods of 90-120 minutes. Any less than that and you will waste too much time getting started before the flow can continue. More than this is possible to sustain focus, but you will probably benefit from a quick break. These are the general guidelines for concentration, studying well or doing your job. Regards.

Two types of treatment available for you. If gap is more and your teeth are not in normal position then you require orthodontic (wire & braces) treatment. If your teeth are in normal alignment then you can go for teeth veneering to cover the gap.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Agar sare reports normal hai to aap ko infertility ki treatment shuru kar deni chahiye. Usase 2 fayade honge. Agar aap lucky rahe, to conceive ho jayenge aur agar nahi, to ye irregular menses ki problem dur ho jayegi.

One must regularly do physical exercises, like abdominal crunches, sit-ups, swimming, etc. Which tone the underlying muscles and remove the ugly stretch marks. Here are some exercises, which are beneficial to remove stretch marks: •For Stretch Marks on Stomach: You are required to lie down flat on your back. Now, bend your knees keeping the feet flat on the floor. Keep your hands on the sides of your head. Now, lift your upper body somewhat off the floor, contracting your abs. •For Stretch Marks on Thighs: Sit straight on the chair. Now, put your hands down to your sides, holding the chair. Now, swing your legs in up and down motion. This will help to firm your thighs. •For Stretch Marks on Hips and Buttocks: Lie down flat on your back. Relax for a few minutes. Then, lift one leg creating a 90 degree angle. Lift it until you feel a pull on your buttocks. Try the same on the other leg. Slowly, increase your pace and strain on the hips, buttocks, and thighs. •For Stretch Marks on Bottom: You are required to lie down facing the floor. Put your arms on the side. Lift your right leg up and then down. Repeat the same with left leg. Raise your leg at least 3-6 inches off the floor. Note- For best results, practise 20 lifts for each exercise thrice a week.---------------------------------- Useful Tips •Consume protein, zinc and Vitamin C rich foods in abundance. Green salad, milk, fish, nuts and citrus fruits help a lot in diminishing stretch marks. •Do yoga and other physical exercises on the regular basis. •Pregnant women should not use creams and solutions, prepared from chemicals. Normal blood sugar levels are - fasting 70 to 110 mg per 100 ml of blood, after food (2 h after) <140mg per100 ml. In normal persons inspite of heavy meal or with extra sweets too blood sugardoes not go above the limit because of presence of insulin in adequate quantity.

first of all i suggest you to change your soap.Use ayurvedic shampoo for head wash like aloevera shampoo,it will suit you best and use neelini bhringraj oil.Do not wash your hair daily. Wash it two times in a week.Do oiling at night and wash head in morning.

Hello lybrate user, type 1 diabetes usually symptoms begin as polyuria, polydispsia and polyphagia with associated weight loss in a young person 15-20 yrs. Any intercurrent illness may precipitate diabetic ketoacidosis during which they develop severe abdominal pain, vomitings. Most of the people come for evaluation of weight loss.
