Hi lybrate-user, Yes, you can go any time through the day for a walk. But make sure that you give a 2 hour gap after major meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner)

Mai padhti hu but mostly bhool jati hu bahut irritation hota hai jab bhul jati hu or jo jyada % late h unse jyada padti hu or us tym yad bhi hojata hai par fir usme se 10% hi ache se yad hota hai kya karu or kai bar likh ke bhi dkhte he but fir bhi bhul jate hai or itna course hai ki roz revise karna possible nahi hai or mujhe isliye ab man nahi hota padne ka. Kuch aisa ki ab concentrate kar pau padhai mai or yaad bhi rahe sab.please help

You must be under some stress. Meet with a counselor and do sort that out soon. In the meantime do some of these recommendations very faithfully: daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good nights sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called super brain yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hands thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

It is a sign of sinusitis and I will suggest you to take a flow of steam over the forehead through a crescent steam inhaler

1.Walk for 45 minutes everyday. 2.Avoid all fried & sweets from schedule. 3.Drink water half an hour before & after meals. 4.Drink green tea( without sugar ) 2 times a day. 5.Avoid tea and coffee. 6.Take only low fat milk & milk products. 7.Take high fiber grains in breakfast such as dalia ,oats ,poha 8.Make sure to have salads in your every meal. 9.Drink 3 litres of water daily. 10.Take fruit & Vegetable salad or sprout salad as an evening snack

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes. Homoeopathic treatment for Hairfall HAIR GROWTH OIL ( Wilmar Schwabe India) Apply twice weekly at night.Leave overnight A.C.9 ( BAKSON ) Chew 1 tab twice daily

I advise you to take proteins in form of food, rather than artificial/readymade products. If you r interested, I can give tips, & also, will advise few homeo medicines to put up wt. But here we should know few details abt your actual health in general, any issues, how is appetite, diet intake, etc. F ts nspite f all proper nutritious diet, you r not getting wt, then there might be certain reasonslike heriditary, or any, mal nutrition. To be excluded.

Wear cotton clothes and fully cover your body including face and hands while going in direct sunlight and drink a minimum of three litres of water per day and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water.
