Please suggest home remedies or proper foods that help in curing lower back ache. My husband age 37 has severe lower back pain since 6 months n exercise is not helping as it should.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform

My daily sleep is around 4-5 hours max and I do not feel sleepy at night at all. I get sleepy around 4 in morning what should be done.

If the pain is in you abdomen, you might be suffering from gastritis or gastric ulcer. It is advisable to consult a doctor. 1. Have small frequent meals at regular intervals instead of 3-4 large ones. Have protein rich snacks like lassi/buttermilk/curd/dhokla/khandvi/steamed chicken momo/whole egg/besan chila in between main meals. 2. Drink 3 litres water daily but not with meal. 3. Avoid having tea, coffee, cold drinks, alcohol, smoking, tobacco, painkillers, fried or spicy food.

Don't worry. Hair loss and dandruff can be controlled by - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your shampoo with reetha at home) 2. Stop using conditioners 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 6. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 7. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 8. Make sure your diet has lots of proteins, vitamins and minerals 9. Drink plenty of water everyday.
