I am a 24 years old male. I am in IT field ,so I sit on chair daily 7-8 hrs. I have Gas problem from more than 1 year that makes me uncomfortable if I sit on chair for little long time. i am 25Years Old And My weight is right now 56kg. After taking 2years continuously migraine's medicine. My doctor gave me some injection for every month that makes my body got swallow and I gained weight 48 to 56. And still increasing very fastly. And my periods also not regular its always for only one day in a month. Just for one day. I checked up my thyroid also but there's no thyroid. Hye, thanks for the query. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.

Toddlers are like restless bees. Need to b tc of them. They keep putting things in their mouth. Vomiting and diarrhea any one is not a good symptoms. Watch what you make them eat. Gve easily digested food like khichdi, banana, curd etc etc Gve digiene 5 ml twice.

Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

I am 39 male from Mumbai. I am 5'8 tall and weight 88 kg and have a problem from past 10 years or so even when I weighed 80 kgs and here is my brief. Everyday, I wake up feeling good. I have energy and mind is somewhat sharp and happy for half n hour. After an hour of standing or waking up, I feel crashed. I have heaviness in my eyes and feel as if I have a hangover without head ache. Very intolerant and I battle through this everyday. My basic blood tests such as cholesterol are normal. No diabetes. However vitamin d is 6. B12 is normal. I do take Antacids for my GERD and gastritis everyday which is another problem that I deal with. Blood pressure is 125/ 80. After standing up, it might variate. When I take quick 15-20 min nap, it goes away for 5-10 mins and then gradually comes back again. I also play badminton everyday and burn around 600 calories. After playing I sometimes feel better maybe because of fast blood circulation? Back in the days, l used to be fine in the evening but now, I feel like this all the time. I am looking for real diagnosis and would really appreciate if someone can help me out.

You can take 2 tab. Charcoal at night. syp. Aristozyme 10 ml after meal. avoid fast/oily foods,alcohol,smoking,junk foods,fatty foods, take plenty of liquid diets.dalia,green veg.,fiber meals,juice,lassi, if not cure then go for few tests .i.e. stool r/m, stool c/s, cbc, blood sugar,lft,and endoscopy of large intestine. Do yoga/go for walk.

Skin problems need doctor concern. Because skin problems need proper eradication of cause. Now I can advice you to take healthy food like fresh fruits and intake plenty of water. Wash your face with plain water 2-3 times a day. Avoid touching your pimples because touching will increase pimples. Do not scratch pimples because it can lead to marks. You can take little termeric in warm milk at night. For clear face take proper medication.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

Right Way to Brush-


Proper brushing takes at least two minutes — that's right, 120 seconds! Most adults do not come close to brushing that long. To get a feel for the time involved, try using a stopwatch. To properly brush your teeth, use short, gentle strokes, paying extra attention to the gumline, hard-to-reach back teeth and areas around fillings, crowns or other restoration. Concentrate on thoroughly cleaning each section as follows:

B1 Tilt the brush at a 45° angle against the gumline and sweep or roll the brush away from the gumline







B2Gently brush the outside, inside and chewing surface of each tooth using short back-and-forth strokes.








B3Gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath.




Clean the outer surfaces of your upper teeth, then your lower teeth
Clean the inner surfaces of your upper teeth, then your lower teeth
Clean the chewing surfaces
For fresher breath, be sure to brush your tongue, too
Frequency of brushing-



Studies have shown that brushing once a day in preschool settings, using a fluoride toothpaste will prevent cavities. Families should be encouraged to brush additional times at


home. Brushing before bedtime is especially important, in order to prevent plaque and food particles remaining in contact with the teeth throughout the night.

Replacing Toothbrush-

You should replace your toothbrush when it begins to show wear, or every three months, whichever comes first. It is also very important to change toothbrushes after you've had a cold, since the bristles can collect germs that can lead to reinfection.

Flossing in addition to toothbrushing can reduce gingivitis and halitosis compared to toothbrushing alone.


FLOSDental floss is a bundle of thin filaments used to remove food and dental plaque from teeth. The floss is gently inserted between the teeth and scraped along the teeth sides, especially close to the gums or underneath them. Dental floss may be made of either plastic (nylon, PTFE or polyethylene) or silk, and can be flavored or unflavored, and waxed or unwaxed. An alternative tool to achieve the same effect is the interdental brush.

Advantages of flossing
ØProper flossing removes plaque and food particles in places where a toothbrush cannot reach- under the gum-line and between the teeth.
ØDaily flossing is recommended because plaque build-up can lead to tooth decay and gum disease.
ØIt stimulates gums, polishes tooth surfaces, reduces gum bleeding and prevents gum disease.


FLOSSINGFlossing technique
Start with about 18 inches of floss, wind most of the floss around each middle finger, leaving an inch or two of floss to work with.

ØHold the floss tautly between your thumbs and index fingers, slide it gently up-and- down between your teeth.
ØGently curve the floss around the base of each tooth using a seesaw motion, making sure you go beneath the gum-line. Never snap or force the floss, as this may cut or bruise delicate gum tissue.
ØCurve the floss around the side of one tooth, forming a 'C' shape and rub the floss up and down to clean the tooth. Repeat the procedure in the opposite direction i.e. on the adjacent tooth.
ØUse clean sections of floss as you move from tooth to tooth.
ØTo remove the floss, use the same back-and-forth motion to bring the floss up and away from the teeth.
Floss holders are also available and can be used in the difficult to reach areas.


MOUTHWASH

MWMouthwash or mouth rinse is a chemotherapeutic agent used as an effective home care system by the patient to enhance oral hygiene.

A mouthwash is a flavored liquid that people use to rinse out their mouths before or after brushing their teeth. Some individuals may also rinse with mouthwash between brushings, particularly after eating foods that may cause a person to have bad breath. Mouthwash typically emphasize the treatment and prevention of halitosis as one of the many benefits of mouthwash. Mouthwash can be effective at combating bad breath.

ØBacteria in the mouth can also cause foul-smelling breath. Many antiseptic mouthwash products claim to kill the germs that cause bad breath.
ØSome mouthwash products are designed to help heal sores or irritation after oral surgery.

1. Sleep on your back sleeping on your back is a good idea because it helps saliva settle right at the back of your throat, which eventual drains down. It is a good idea to tuck yourself in so that you don't change side while sleeping. Start sleeping on your back and you will notice a substantial improvement in your condition. 2. Prop your head up propping your head up may also help when sleeping at night. Propping yourself in a vertical position will help keep your mouth close, which will prevent drooling.
