Please help me to understand that how can I maintain my attitude? Have become biggest issue of my life. Issue: Its not like i am not charged up, energetic and enthusiastic but i am unable to maintain it. For the matter of a fact, I also know that its quite not possible to be always enthusiastic or confident but in my case frequency is very high of being pissed off. I have planned to start up Yoga very soon for the same but still if I can get any specific path or route to follow only for this particular issue, it would be highly appreciated. Please look forward to the issue as its becoming crucial day by day.

You are righy yoga can help you dramatically.Start doing BRAMANI PRANAYAM atleast for 20 minutes early morning.Report after 15 day BRAMARI PRANAYAM or Bee Breath 1.Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. 2.Place your thumbs in your ears, your index fingers above your eyebrows, and your remaining along the sides of your nose. Keep each pinky finger near a nostril. 3.Breath in deeply through the nose. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. .4.Use your pinkies to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. .5.Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6.Repeat twenty times.starting from 5 times

Sir, Post viral muscle and joint pains, weakness are trouble some. You need good nutritious balanced food. Take plenty of water, vegetables and fruits. Go for short walks in the evening. You can add protein supplements in milk . If the pain, in the legs are not tolerable, Get back to me for further advice. Wish you fast recovery.

Hello user first diagnose the cause of hair fall. Then eliminate that cause. Causes can be tension, stress, sun rays, weak digestive system, bad food habits, cold drinks, fast food, lack of proteins vitamins etc. Remedies:- eat properly. Like proteins enrich food do yoga use ayurvedic shampoos only take half spoon trifla two spoon soaked white til. Take milk with 1 pinch of haldi. Apply curd in your hair before hair wash (10-15) mins eat beans and daal. Apply good oil in your hair 2-3 times in a week. Avoid use of alopathic medicine too much. Do not take any kind of stress. Avoid sun rays directly on yours head. Apply mustered oil on yours nails. Both feet and hands. Once or twice in a day.

Eat small, easily digestible light meals add more green vegetables rather than dals and nonveg drink adequate water, buttermilk everyday in lunch herbal medicine to correct your metabolism laxative at night if constipation.

Hello lybrate user if there s Only joint pain without any infection then simply you can do warm water hand exercises daily and try to take short breaks /intervals while doing household &kitchen work. exercises with spongy ball and hand exerciser will be helpful.keep in mind do exercises with some rest time thrice a day.

Massaging your breasts regularly is considered to be one of the best home remedies to naturally increase breast size. A regular breast massage for about 30 minutes every day can effectively increase the breast by one cup size in just one month! Massaging your breasts would increase blood flow as well as the flow of phytoestrogens found in the bloodstream to the breast (hormones instrumental in the growth of breasts). Massaging the breasts regularly would also stimulate the increased production of prolactin, a breast enlarging hormone that would be instrumental in increasing the breast size. How you need to do it: Rub the palms of your hand together as fast as you possibly can. This would generate some heat and energy. After rubbing your hands rapidly together for about 6-10 seconds, place them on the breasts. Rub your breasts inwards (clockwise direction on the right breast and anticlockwise direction on the left breast). Continue rubbing the breasts for about 2 seconds (considered as one count). Follow this with at least 300 counts each in the morning and night every day for a month to effectively increase your breast size. The exercise may take about 15 minutes and you would need to rub your hands together at regular intervals to keep the heat and energy flowing into the breasts
