Hi, acne at this age occur due to hormones mainly. Apply persol forte cream on shoulder and back. Also go through my article on acne. Let me know how it is after 2 weeks. Take care.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

this can be due to fungal infection so keep clean and dry vaginal portion,use vaginal wash and apply antifungal ointment or gel for itching.better visit to doctor for proper management.

For control high cholesterol eat whole grain foods, green veg., juice, plenty of water at least 8 glass of water in a day. Avoid high cholesterol foods, oily, fatty, junk, fast foods, foods from out sided, Go for walk daily, do yoga, cycling, any good exercise, avoid stress, try to take good sleep at night. Checkup your body by blood tests and physical examination at regular time.

Hello- spicy diet result in pitta dosha prakopa in body and hence causes headache, sleep disturbances, excessive menses flow, pimples, hot flushes etc in females. First of all try to minimise the intake or it will be seriously harmful for you in long run. Use these ayurvedic medicines to counter the effect- 1. Dadimadi ghrita 1 tsp twice daily. 2. Gulkanda 1 tsp twice daily. 3. Shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily. 4. Increase ghee and milk in your diet.

I have hypothyroid which is autoimmune. Taking levothyroxine from 3 months. I am frequently getting indigestion, gummy stools, stomach ache. Sometimes nausea. Is it related to thyroid. I was read that there is a connection between intestine and thyroid. Is this condition normal to anyone during thyroid therapy? Please suggest me.

Lybrate-user, hashimoto's thyroiditis (ht), which is the autoimmune condition, causing hypothyroidism. Treatment is same like hypothyroidism. With thyroxine tablets. The problems mentioned could be part of the symptoms of ht. However, some times digestive problems may not be connected with that condition. It is better if you increase intake of green leafy vegetables and fruits, that will help in reducing this. Plus hypothyroidism has to be well controlled.

I am unable to flex my hand fingers since 3 days it's in extended position. Can I know what's the cause for it?

1. Usually no identifiable cause is present in case of locked fingers. 2. Possibly cause identified, is shortening of tendons/ muscles due to reduced activity. 3. Stretching of involved muscle group, daily twice and especially before going to sleep will be helpful. 4. Also to improve muscle activity calcium and potassium supplements, with good hydration (at least 6-8 liters of water per day) will be helpful. Food rich in potassium like banana, avocada, nuts, etc. Will be helpful. If finger locking, becomes painful and frequent, release surgery might be necessary. It appears to be possible early stages and stretching will be helpful.

I am 44 years old suffering from gastritis from almost more than 12 years sir I feel nausea vomiting sensation sometimes stomachçhe tightness fullness of stomach the reasons are stress and food both equally playing role-playing I had got three times gastric ulcers and also amoebiasis also some times I get immediate small motion slightly in underwear itself when gastric problem is serious I don't get sleep and motion my motion is sometimes in sticky and colours I get redness in eyes sometimes I feel thirsty I drink lot of water my face gets small tinyearlier glow is not there in my face I feel different kind of fatigue earlier I used to eat all kinds foods out side earlier now I have controlled to take food mostly some times even now I am food alcoholic earlier now also my mind cannot control fully towards food and moreover I am not married till now and fully earn money up to the mark which I should I earn at this age now at present I sleep for 5 to 6 maximum hours I think my immune system response is less and I don't use medicines regularly when it's serious only I use it think it'll be habituated by taking continuously allopathic medicines so sir kindly suggest me natural ways to get rid of gastritis problem at least for prolonged periods not frequently by which food I should not take everything in detail ib take buttermilk daily at night upto 300 ml I feel better and get sleep some times I cannot avoid food outside at least twice in week I go to see movies I eat outside food then I feel hungry when I take more food at a time I get stomach irritation so please suggest me some good precautions and habits in daily life sir I work as machine operator in steel industry central government on consolidated basis salary I avoided can note foods from last four years now I am taking home food daily when I am in workplace sir I am taking more effort to get work done by me these days due to gastritis please suggest me good ideas to get rid of gastritis and fatigue other then drugs in mostly natural ways thank you very much sir waiting for your valuable suggestions and reply.

I'm 19 years old. My menarche starts in 30 november 2009. Menstrual cycle was normal for 2 months. But then. From January it completely stopped for 7 months.I'm not married.Suddenly in september heavy flow occurs last for 7-10 days again normal cycle starts.Approximately within 30-40days.Then again absent for 4-5months.Then again irregularities occurs. Sometimes 1to 1 and half months.After september 2012 again absent till june then a lady doctor give me cycloset syrup. I take it for 1-1.5 months but no result. Then another doctor give me sandoz tablet I took it for 3 days and whenever I took I felt headaches and weakness. Rashes on my hands and pricky sensation. Chakkr b aate the. I stopped tablet then within one weak bleeding occurs only for 3-5days and it was less than the normal. Then again starts.Every during every absence I was suffered form d problem of bleeding occurs from nose.Per day 2-3 times. Severe headache. My weight increases.Even I never take chinese food and other thingslike pizza maggi etc. I always take healthy diet. Hair growth on my upper lips is more than normal girl and also on the chin.Excessive sweat thus in 2014 also sometimes occurs normally till 2-3 months and then absent.In december again absent.27 january of this year again bleeding occurs.It was normal. Then 1march againthen 6 april again.Then 5 may.But the last one was dark mehroon and cots like bleeding.I'm allergicfood allergy from milk and milk products, onion, tomato, cabbage, dust etc.What can I do?

Hello Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You will need other supportive medicines also. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

If eating more fills you up too much, try drinking your calories. Milk, 100-percent fruit juice and homemade smoothies add calories between meals. Whiz up a high-calorie smoothie containing a whole banana, frozen yogurt, milk, juice and nut butter or flax seed in your own kitchen. Include dried milk powder or protein powder to boost the calorie count of plain milk.

6-8 hours of sleep in 24 hours is usually adequate for a young adult. Exercise should be avoided just before going to bed in evenings and immediately after taking meals.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises.
