1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar.

I have problem with my back bon used to set chair five to six hours daily. I also exercise dilly but it did not worked. Please help me.

Hello. Carry on with back exercises. Maintain right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Hello lybrate user, knee pain can be due to osteoarthritis of the joint. Get him radiologically assessed in the form of standing weight bearing x-ray of both knees in anteroposterior and lateral projections and follow-up till then use knee caps hot water fomentation rest quadriceps strengthening exercises (images available on google) god bless you.

Hi Age 57 years if I walk to a short distance get hand, shoulder thigh leg, chest portion get pain, tired,digestive problem (daily 2 times loose motion) sometimes giddiness. Since 4-5 years ECG, TMT TEST DONE - report normal.

A general check up by a physician with some blood tests like CBC, CRP,ANA, ESR may be advisable. Stool examination also. Colitis due to amebiasis or giardiasis has to rule out CEO, ESR ,ANA may show some direction for pain in body parts.

Avoid Sitting For long time to prevent Muscles to get spasms or Stiffen and to avoid accumulation of Adipose Tissues as it may increase the risk of developing Waistline
Hence Try to do small movements involving Hip rotation and Moving around for at least 15 minutes every Three hours to ensure Occupational Strain in the joints and to ensure Better Metabolism

I had done minor surgery of pinodile sinus around 4 years back, during that time I had very bad back pain and after the operation it has reduced completely. But now again just from 1 years back I started getting the back pain but this time it's not like before, Its very little. Pls advice me what needs to be done.

Hello indigestion is your main problem. Do the following things. Avoid coldrinks do not eat fast food. Keep eating times rehgular. Do not eat late night. Do not eat too much spicy. Do not eat rice items in night. Do regular exercises. Early morning 30 mins walk is most important. Revert back if more guidance needed.
