Hello lybrate-user, I am sure you have been advised bed rest with leg end raised, medicines to support the pregnancy, to avoid exercise, weightlifting and abstinence etc. All these measures are to avoid a pregnancy loss. Please follow the advice, get regular antenatal check ups. I pray that you have a healthy and safe pregnancy.

Dental problems during pregnancy are quite common. One of the most common dental conditions is pregnancy gingivitis, which can cause red, tender, and swollen gums that bleed easily. Pregnancy gingivitis occurs because of the increase in the hormone progesterone. Even if you're diligent about brushing and flossing, pregnancy gingivitis can still be a problem, if left untreated; it can lead to periodontal disease, which studies show increases your risk for having a preterm and low birth weight baby.
If you’re pregnant or planning to become pregnant, here’s what you can do to prevent dental problems :
1. Brush and floss
2. Get cleanings every 6 months
3. Eat right
4. Chew gum and drink water
5. Treat infections

Dear user. To TEST PREGNANCY AT HOME simply add urine to a small piece of soap, if froth forms, or if the soap bubbles up, the test is positive. Mix ¼ cup of tuna juice and ¼ cup of vinegar in a plastic cup. Now pee in a separate cup and then add your urine to this mixture. After a few minutes, if the color changes to green, then you are pregnant. Take care.

I am going to get married soon and I do not want to get baby soon. What precautions should I take? Do I need to use condom every time I intercourse? Is there any days when she could get pregnant. Please clarify.

Dear user best thing you could use in barrier method is use of condom. It's always better to use condom than contraceptive pills since they contain harmones which in turn hv side effects. Thnkx.

As you said, if it was 100 percent protracted, then there is no chance of getting pregnant. Delay in menses may also be due to some other causes like PCOS, stress, Hormonal imbalance, Anemia, weakness etc. Practice de-stressing, exercise regularly, take nutritious diet. After some time, it will be normal, You can also take Homeopathic Medicines for prompt response - Pulsatilla 30 Five drops Thrice Daily in some water for 7 days. Review after 7 days for more help.
