Hello, kindly follow health advices given below: Kindly measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal Dalia, chapatti etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Kindly go for CBC and consult physician for further management and kindly let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ cold/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever

I also want to control my anger. I loose control on me at the time of anger. But later I realised my mistake. But sometimes it's too late. Suggest me something. I badly need this.

You have to learn stress and anger management as well as to manage the situation smartly without hurting g anyone otherwise your social and personal relationships would be damaged.

My age is 25 years but my body muscles are not fully developed get me some tips for strong and healthy body.
The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. The fat that you are carrying around was accumulated in years. So how can you expect to lose it in mere days. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: monday/thursday: chest + triceps tuesday/friday: back + biceps wednesday/saturday: legs + shoulders don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc.. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein.

Most common cause of low back pain in younger generation is mechanical backache. Which arises due to ill posture, improper lifestyle combined with no workout or exercises. Few patients suffer from pathological backache. Which has causes other than mechanical. First step is to rule out any pathology and then move to improve lifestyle follow ergonomic lifestyle in office and home. Can be easily searched on internet. I had some beer last night and I'm vomiting till now. If I eat or drink something it vomits out after some time. And I had little pain in stomach. For information I had milk 3 hours before that beer. What should I do. Will it be cured after some time or should I consult any doctor?

Hi take chitrakadi vati and shool vajrini tab 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day. And pranacharya live cure capsule twice a day. Avoid spicy food and non vegetarian.

Hello, Having quality protein while going to gym is always suggested. But this need not be supplements. Try having 1 gm of protein per kg body weight. your best protein sources are egg whites, soya milk, fat less and lean cut meats and poultry, legumes, pulses, nuts and seeds. Do not go for very high protein per serving supplements as they have risk of effecting your kidneys on long run. Hope this helps you.stay healthy stay fit☺
