I am suffering from pain in my legs and ankle and specially on my left ankle. My vitamin d3 level is 15. What kind of food I take to gain my level and what kind of exercise I will do? I always feel tiredness. After wake up from sleep I feel pain in my legs and ankle and some burning sensation. What should I do.

Do contrast bath fr legs n ankle alt hot n cold immersion in water bucket fr 15 mins. Strt wth hot nd end with hot. Nd take more of raw fruits nd vegetables. Milk paneer regularly.

Build a better breakfast, Aim to eat anywhere between 400 and 500 calories for your morning meal, and make sure you're including a source of lean protein plus filling fat (e.g. eggs, beans, unsweetened greek yogurt, nuts or nut butters) and fiber (veggies, fruit or 100% whole-grains). Prioritise real, whole foods, means filling up on fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, low-fat dairy and lean protein. Know your limits with salt Skip sugary beverages Ignore the gimmicks/weight loss hypes Eat your H2O Munch on mineral-rich foods Resist the urge to skip a meal Take a hike or a walk Go to bed/ no sleep deprivation Eat spicy foods seriously cayenne peppers/jalapeños Buy a set of 5-pound weights, strength training builds lean muscle tissue which burns more calories

Looks like Calcaneal Spur, Do take these Homeopathic medicines- Ruta 200, 5pills weekly one Hecla Lava 3X 1--1--1 daily for a month, Also immerse your foot everyday in Lukewarm water mixed with Crystal salt mixed for minimum 5 mins daily. Avoid getting down from bed as soon as you get up. Do mild massage to Ankle. You'll be fine soon.

I'm a 50 yes old person suffering from backache for last 3 month. I have also psoriasis problem. Please advise.

This could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Right leg Ki Calf Mai pta nhi kya ho gya. Pain Hai. Legs band krke chl pa rhi hu , sidhi krti hu to pain and khichaav hota hai. Mai kya kru. Bohot preshan hu.

tk muscle relaxant medicine do hot fermentation and avoid strain nw avoid gym also for 3 days. its due to overstrain of muscle. then start again gym but start in gradually process

Hello do cold fomentation for 15-20 min thrice in a day. Avoid using computer, take rest for 5 min after working for 1 hour. You can use thin pillow while sleeping. In pain free range do neck exercises. Maintain proper body posture while watching tv/studying. Revert me after 7 days. Thanks.

Get your vit d3 levels checked. Use hot packs. Avoid sitting for longer duration and lifting heavy weights.
